  1. I know it's been said 270137312312312 billion times already, but I'll say it again, I'd really like to see mini games added. Why say it again? To keep the idea alive. More so, I'd like to know if mini games are even being considered. Because if they aren't, then there's no point for me to hold out hope. I don't even care if you add Pazaak or not. I just want something to do between raiding, pvping and crafting. I want to play content that I wont be locked out of for a week after doing it, or have to wait in que for hours in order to play it. Though for pazaak, you could have players vs NPCs or player vs player. It'd be cool if players could challenge other players to a game just like how you challenge someone to a duel. Operation/Flash Point bosses could drop Pazaak cards or you could even have normal enemies drop them, so that people could go back to old worlds and try to get them. It'd continue to encourage people to re-play your content. If Pazaak is out of the question, why not something smaller? How about a Jawa junk collecting game? Or better yet...freaking Pod Racing! I mean, come on, why not? You could collect pod parts with the Jawa game. lol I don't know, I'm just making this up as I go. tl;dr Mini games!
  2. Personally, I like hooded robes. For those who don't, they should have the option to put the hood down without having to add some sort of ugly headgear. Though I still want to see more simple, sleek, looking Jedi/Sith robes in the game. I'll cross my fingers for some of those to come out in the future.
  3. Wow. Nice ups in Black Hole com rewards. Makes up for the loss in SM EC, I suppose.
  4. Yesterday I did not get my reward for an SM OP in GF. Half my team got it, and the other half didn't. I sent in a ticket about it and the reply was: "Thanks for the report. We have alerted the {whatevers} about it" . And the ticket was closed without giving me the reward. Sigh... I was going to send in another ticket, but I decided just not to try. So thats it. I'm not going to GF SM ops till they fix this. I don't like wasting my time for nothing. No one does.
  5. No matter how you spin it, that system is selfish. lol. If you get matched with a team of selfish people, all the power to you. Need to your little hearts content. But you're most likely not going to get that perfect match. Why do you think you're entitled to a reward for every downed boss anyway? If you *REALLY* think you should have one, how about just being happy for someone else getting an upgrade? That should be enough of a reward. It is for me anyway. I even enjoy seeing random PuGs rejoice when they get an upgrade. I put myself in their shoes and remember all the times that I got my own.
  6. You were smart, sir, to foresee this. BW just loves pissing off their players.
  7. ..... Unless they're going to raise the cartel coin price for them *MUCH* higher, I want the credits I spent on my rocket boots back.
  8. I understand how frustrating it must be for you guys, but it doesn't make any sense to have maintenance revolve around the minority. It'd hurt BWs profits. Having a different time for your severs could work, but that'd take extra effort on BWs part. Personally, I don't see it happening, but you never know.
  9. Whenever I end up in a PUG with fresh 50s, I try to explain things to them as clearly as I can. I also offer to do all the bosses so that they can gear up. I wouldn't kick anyone for aggroing by mistake. I've done all the Flash Points 2898734893874287934872387948712387712838791289 times and I still aggro once in awhile. It happens to all of us. People don't pay attention, lag spikes, etc. However, as someone who has been a lv 50 for a very, very, long time, I will be honest and admit that some fresh 50s can be frustrating to deal with. I have the biggest issue with the ones who have absolutely no clue how to play their class. Among the worst is those who spec DPS, then que as a tank. This is all on top of the fact that they have crap gear...

    Why?

Oh. My. God. ...They listened? I really hope this isn't a prank of some sort and they actually changed the colors. The white version looks really awesome and the other is pretty nice too.

    Why?

Right...who cares? Aesthetics is an unimportant part of the world we live in. In reality, most people care about the performance of the game as much as it's graphics. If every outfit on SWTOR looked like Barney the Dinosaur but they all made players super awesome sauce and able to kick everything's butt because they had great bonus' and stats, people may be amused but I doubt people would spend money to subscribe to the game.
  12. I'd buy the remakes for 100$ each even if they only had graphic updates. I'd love if they had all the missing content in them and such though. However, I don't think the game designers/company that made KOTOR 1 and 2 have a licence with Lucas Arts anymore, which means they can't do anything Star Wars legally. Something would have to be done about that. I'm really not sure how that whole process works.
  13. I know it's been said already, but making stricter rules for Tanks and Healers will only make your wait time as a DPS even longer. Also, there are two spots for DPS while there is only one spot for healer and tank on a team which gives DPS' the advantage. Actually, it's that way for everything in the game; more spots are giving to DPS' in operations too. What you want to do is encourage people to roll Tank and Healer...not discourage them. I think larger groups for Flash Points would be fun though. Perhaps they could make nightmare versions of every Flash Point and increase group sizes for them.
  14. More on this topic here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=531439 Gear I'm referring to: http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/image_thumb81.png Please don't do it. PLEASE!. There are so many other colors out there that would make it look decent. It looks so horrible in that color that I cannot even express my hate for it properly. People have always suspected that BW purposely makes endgame gear look terrible so that we will waste credits on pulling mods, but I never thought it was true until I saw this robe....That robe just keeps getting worse and worse looking.
  15. Radzkie

    Why?

Yeah... it looks horrible on males and females. At least we're even now. lol

    Why?

I just want to get in the minds of these designers and figure out what they were thinking. There are a million other colors and shades they could of gone with. I get they wanted to have each class use similar colors, but does it HAVE to be that way? A grey, white or dark ocean blue version of this robe would of been a billion times better.

    Why?

http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/image_thumb81.png ...Why? ...WHHYYYY? ....WHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY? Why did it have to be banana/mustard yellow? First, the Black Hole and up gear is clearly feminine on male consular's, and now they're going to be the same color as the Bananas in Pajamas? Honestly, I am not mad. I'm disappointed and confused as to why this was chosen. Did someone on the design team actually think that that looked good? That is an honest question, not a snipe. I'd love to know because, right now, it almost feels like they are purposely making bad choices.
  18. The "new" gear for consular's is pretty much just the Black Hole gear with HORRIBLE colors. Really? Banana yellow? I mean, come on, guys. Honestly...HONESTLY...does anyone actually think that looks good or did the designers watch the TV series Banana's in pajamas during their childhood and thought it'd be hilarious to see players run around in similar costumes? I will say though, I am grateful they covered the arm so it's not so drag-queen looking on males. It shows they do listen.
  19. Agreed. I ran my main through it as the event quests were released. After taking a day or two off I was going to run my alt through it, but discovered the event was strangely already over. The weapons were a huge disappointment too. BWs excuse for that is that there is going to be one type of legacy weapon per event, but that will just piss off certain people every event. Whoever thought of that needs to be fired.
  20. Is there some official BW page that says that? I'm guessing there is since you seem confident; and if you're are right, then BW just took Soresu and decided to call it a variant of Niman. lol. Just look at the Sage's opening stance and you'll see what I mean. For Soresu's opening stance, when you're using a one-hand grip, the off-hand is held parallel to the main and up in a challenge(forward), as opposed to Niman's where the off-hand is folded across the chest. Then there's the Soresu spacing and positioning of the sages feet... His lightsaber is waist-height while his dominant foot is at the back. Niman's blade is only suppose to be held at waist-height when the dominate foot is forward.
  21. If I have to wait for hours to log into my sever(s) because of F2P players taking up all the space, I'm unsubscribing. I wont sit there and pay for something I can barely play while others pay nothing and possibly get more time than me.
  22. Sages use their lightsaber often, and properly according to their form. The lighsaber form Sages use is called Soresu, which is for defense and quick, lethal, strikes whenever an opponent is close and open. It's actually quite similar to fencing, though much less aggressive. Whats funny about this thread is that Soresu is used primarily by the Jedi, so saying Sages aren't Jedi is very inaccurate. Also, as a side note, I see nothing wrong with a class that excels in Force combat instead of lightsaber since every other Jedi class is the latter.
  23. Note to Self: Never make a Miraluka character.
