  1. Surely you mean they couldn't care less? Because "probably care less for some crybabies" is a nonsensical statement.
  2. Yeah the guild issue is plain messed up at the moment. And slightly pointless as guilds will probably end up having to move due to full servers on the Live day anyway.
  3. Actually if you comprehend what they said, that doesn't mean "as little as 1" at all. It means as little as 0, in fact.
  4. Load of MMOs have events that aren't from "our" world, but coincidentally happen at the same time and are very similar. Have the said there'll be no events? Or just the above?
  5. Legally it doesn't matter how you or they think of it though, it matter what it is.
  6. Well not everyone, "up to everyone", as a lot of that everyone isn't actually playing at all and isn't enjoying anything game-wise. Once the 20th comes though legally they can't stop you (legally the staggered pre-access if a big iffy in many countries), they can only shut down logins for everyone.
  7. No difference at all. Assuming a lot of people play for the first time on Live day (which Bioware will be hoping for I assume).
  8. It's the choice of words advertisers have being using to sell for 100s of years...... and yes they know fine well people will misinterpret it, that's why it works so well.
  9. Better communication and a worse case time-frame would have reduced the complaints by up to 100%.
  10. They seem to be doing ok, however if they'd simply published a bare minimum time table (and fixed the PvP exp issue), they'd have had up to 100% less complaints.
  11. It makes no difference, they'll have to open a LOAD of new servers on the Live date, and they WILL NOT be able to stagger that. It's like building an intricate sandcastle, it doesn't matter, because when the tide comes in it will simply be swept away.
  12. Huh, that's just not true. They all have queues, yes, but staggered access is basically the same thing. Other than that I can think of several that had no problems at all with launch really (certainly no worse than SWTOR PvP exploit issue).
  13. They are, have you seen how much they've spent?
  14. They pretty much are (no matter how wrong they may be). You go out of business pretty fast otherwise (unless you got some sort of hook).
  15. Ironically you are just displaying a sense of self-entitlement that people should think what you think because you do. People don't always agree with you, or think what you think, or believe what you believe. That is just life.
  16. "Up to 85% of the posters on the forum", if you please.
  17. Exactly, they've created a much worse situation for themselves by not doing a few simple things. The seem to have been afraid of not being able to deliver, but the must have a worse case they can surely bear, and as they say fear leads to the Dark Side.
  18. Because the 19th is the end of pre-access, the 20th is Live day, on Live day everyone has to be in. So they have to have all pre-orders in by the 19th, after that it is the "end of the world" as I said.
  19. Given past experience Bioware doesn't give out much (which causes them a lot of avoidable problems IMO).
  20. Then they must have a worst case schedule they are working too, because they have to beat the 19th, that is the "end of the world" for pre-access (again if they don't then Live day is likely to be an utter nightmare).
  21. I'm not unhappy, I'll get in when I get in. I'm saying that if they did as mentioned they'd have a lot less angst going on on the forums. And that saying a statement of the possible isn't a time-line. It's like saying you're going to die sometime between now and 2200, it's meaningless. At the moment no one knows when they are getting in any more than the person who's fridge is broken knows when it is getting repaired when they've just been told "we'll be along to fix your fridge between the 13th and the 19th".
