  1. I disagree, purely on the basis that there's almost no way to tell if a person has designed a spec specifically for PvP. Let me give you an example: In the Jedi Guardian's Defense tree, the talent Profound Resolution decreases the cooldown of Resolute (the Jedi Knight's CC breaker) by 30 seconds. Now, to any seasoned MMO player, that would immediately seem like a "PvP talent", since most tactics in PvP revolve around preventing an opponent from fighting back. However, NPC enemies in SWTOR (especially Force-wielding ones) like to crowd-control players with a lot more frequency than I'd seen playing other games. So, while it may not be what the number-crunchers consider "optimal" for a tank or a damage dealer to take, it still has some merit for PvE. While I can't name any off the top of my head, if there are any talents that drop the cooldown of interrupt abilities, the same can be said for those, since I've encountered countless NPC enemies with channeled damaging attacks that pop up with surprising frequency and used constantly, and you really do need that interrupt usable as much as possible. So, with no way to really say "there's no doubt in my mind this is a PvP spec", I don't think it's feasible to say that one must always be used for PvP.
  2. 1) Hood Up/Down Toggle (I like my hair and would like to see it again.) 2) No restrictions on early Lightsabers (It would be nice to have a larger selection of fully-modable lightsabers earlier on. Sucks that nearly all of them have a Dark or Light side requirement.)
  3. Clipping issues, I'd think. Not really sure how close the models come together, but I can't help but wonder how bad of a clipping issue you'd have if the cloak model was too close to your ***.
  4. This is the first thing out of Skyrim I've ever heard that I agree with. Well said.
  5. I am sad. The server that my guild was assigned to filled up and I haven't yet gotten in yet. I hope it won't be terribad trying to log in so I can play with the guild I joined.
  6. I remember seeing an option somewhere on the site where you could update a Standard Edition copy of the game to the Digital Deluxe Edition for an extra $20 or so to get the pre-order bonuses from that. Is that still available?
  7. Also remember that your choice of companion will make a big difference in how easy it is to solo PvE content. As Sentinel is exclusively a damage dealing Advanced Class, it benefits most from companions that are able to tank, as they can last for a while taking damage and giving you time enough to burn down the enemy, and companions that are able to heal, who may not be as tough, but their ability to recover both your and their HP means you have a better shot at outlasting the enemy. T7-O1 makes a decent tank companion and is the first companion you get, while Doc is a strong healer companion, but is the third companion you get. I've heard that a Sentinel paired with Doc becomes a one-team wrecking crew in PvE situations (baring Flashpoints and similar), but I've not had the chance to level a Sentinel high enough to test this.
  8. He wears blue, so obviously he's part of the Republic.
  9. Wait, though I do hope I get in soon. I'd like to get my main on the realm that was picked for my guild before the population gets too high...
