My class quests have gone to, on alderaan completed a quest for house Pantera and then nothing it just went. Phoned EA helpline and the guy on the phone was useless. I sent off a ticket, I cannot progress at all.

This is why I hate being on the forums listen to me and understand, I have tried everything I don't need to read workarounds because I have used them all. my god how I detest these forums. I just want bio to fix the problem so I can leave, like banging your head on a brick wall sometimes with forum dwellers.

Ive given up I cant even get past the login screen like talking to a brick wall , no answers from bio no help,same problem time and time and time again. getting bored I am not phoning again waiting 2 hours for the game not to be fixed. Have to wait for bio to recognise the problem and then sort it. I hate these forums don't like being on them, the sooner the problem is sorted the faster I can leave.

I don't need 2 this has happened too many times before, I have been through everything again we get the same answer update your launcher etc. they keep making the same problems occur time and time again. the same answers for the fix time and time again, its not my pc is the game after the update and the fix comes their end. my 3 cents.

Hi im repair bot 123 your problem is a common one and one we keep making, im sorry other then phoning and waiting 2 hours for a fix that does not work, you have to wait for a fix our end, we do apologise for this fault that keeps occurring and we are unable to stop from happening again.

Again the same problem need a fix now, how many times can the same company keep screwing up the launcher getting bored of updating launcher etc does not work. fix please.

bio can you please sort the launcher updating issue out again please, third time its happened ffs sort it out I don't care that this is a diff topic my patients is running very very very thin.

Im sure if you said to someone that does not play games that you subscribe to a game for a monthly fee that you where a sucker, but you get something out of it you would tell them. Cartel packs are the same a chance at some rare items, a bit of fun, up to the person if they want to buy or not. But calling them suckers is a bit rich.

I spent £12.00 on coins after spening my alloted 1900 and I got a nice crystal, some nice lounge clothing which looks good, cash, speeders so for me Im happy. But I would love to be able to spend cartel coins on new hair styles for my characters, make up etc. After you had a character for a while it would be nice to see them with a nice new look. I think a lot of people would go for that, even gender swaps. Worked well for Arenanet with GW1. Id spend more cash for that.

When as a healer your happy with the CCs only to have a hyped up BH using DFA. Happens all the time.

Was in Black hole last week, was a player I see heals a lot in that area and she asks for none flagged PVP players for torvix only. Some players are ok with it some moan, its her choice, but I was shocked at the torrent of abuse leveled at the player, very unpleasant insults about her sexuality and other disgusting unwarranted rants. I told her to put them on ignore. I asked them to stop and was myself swore at and called a torrent of sexualy offensive swears. This happens in most games and I am not nieve but its the ferocity of the insults that shocked me. A guy called Brogars and a guy called Drethox, who said to me Brogars was his bro. I have been other places in the game and seen similare things. When I first started the game it was never as bad as this. I hope with the introduction of FTP it does not get any worse. All these players are on ignore now, I told her to complain or screen shoot any further insults.

Open a ticket and ccomplain dont do it on here they dont care, just flood the ticket box.

Im stuttering like mad, had the same drivers before the patch and it worked fine now its pants. My friend cant even go on the fleet due to lagg and she has a 50 meg connection. Before the latest patch she was fine. Is there any point in complaining any more on here, best to send tickets off in huge numbers and see if we can get something done that way. It goes beyond a joke.

Maybe they where Naive in trusting Electronic arse but you need a majoy player to get a game like this off the ground and marketed, althought the marketing has been abismal. Not sure at all. I know one thing its start to suck. It may be my last month subscribing as the last patch has created more bugs its just pure incompitance.

It would be hard to walk away from something you have worked hard on for years. Im not sure if you have commited yourself to something which has taken years of dedication to produce and be so easy to walk away from. These guys were already pretty wealthy, to me its personal to them to see the game going from bad to worse.

I have said in the past FTP, players who choose this option will not pay for anything in game. They are adamant that once you buy a game thats it, and they will not put a penny into the game. There are too many other games and free MMOs out there for them to want to pay to continue paying for a game. Subs at the moment might not be floating the game but at one point they had enough to do just that, due to incompitance with so many issues going unfixed its become a joke. Only tonight after the latest patch there are bug after bug. They just dont know how to run an MMO. With the 2 bio founders leaving its clear the games on its last legs and the FTP option is its final gamble.

Torvix was terrible just now, as a healer pulled so much agro, enemies kept respawing, we got thrown out of torvix due to some kind of instance error, was a nightmare. Just hope its a one off and not bugged.

Maybe, maybe not. Imagine TOR was your baby, you put so much of your life into making it a reality and then after almost a year you see it being run so badly, maybe they had enough and left. Now TOR has no one stearing the ship. I hope im wrong but the way the game is being run It would not surprise me that they just wanted out. Subcribers down, FTP being introduced, servers cut, two founders leaving its business suicide.

Its worrying that BioWare co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk have left the studio, for what reasons we dont know. Cant bode well for TOR.

I agree, some people on here live in dream land, had one a few weeks ago who said she had crunched numbers and done graphs, etc, You have so many costs running a game like this. Server costs, engineers, etc, people working on the game, people on the telephones, customer service tech support, It goes on and on and on. With the lack of real marketing its a shame I love this game so much but to see it run like this by cowboys its heartbreaking.

I agree, there are still so many bugs and problems in game that have not been sorted. Tickets sent they dont respond to. Its staggering the mess they have made over the servers its nothing short of a joke. And they want people to pay monthly for being bumpded from one server to another, loosing ones name, then we have FTP comming in which is death to the pay system. They should have looked at Blizzards model and learned how to treat people who pay a fee for a game. Its a disgrace how they have treated loyal customers with terrible gaffs on this game.

I did predict this mess in another post, unhappy people, loosing names, the changing servers is a new one. I was lambasted by certian people on the forums and told I was wrong. Bio screwed up this big time, we have not even had FTP yet. Even more reason to worry. This MMO is dying on its knees and they break people up from servers. They really have no idea how to run an MMO.
