The character token costs 2000 Cartel Coins currently, the price on the GTN will depend per server. Basically all you do is, use the token go back to the character select screen, create a new one AND CLICK ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OPTION.

Small update, changed my spec build around a little picked up Concentration on the telekinetics tree, as it is, I use 3 disturbances and gain nice amount of force back! May not be a proper way to do it but it's a small way around the problems I have in some fights with force management

Nice reply, but ye I can see why it won't make them a secondary healer, but I haven't really got to knuckle down with the new nerfs due to todays issue, either way the main post may change a number of times when I get more information.
