The character token costs 2000 Cartel Coins currently, the price on the GTN will depend per server. Basically all you do is, use the token go back to the character select screen, create a new one AND CLICK ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OPTION.

Your force shield explodes and stuns targets around said player with force shield, that's basically it xD. Used mostly on healers from what I've seen

Small update, changed my spec build around a little picked up Concentration on the telekinetics tree, as it is, I use 3 disturbances and gain nice amount of force back! May not be a proper way to do it but it's a small way around the problems I have in some fights with force management
