  1. Played only pyro PT since beta testing. This 1.2 is pyro PT grave. As it was the only spec I enjoyed in the game, unsubbed not returning until they change attitude on how to change classes. And I don't care about flamers here, nerfing burst to class with 2x2 sec stuns and 1x25% dmg bubble without self heals is definetely sending it to hell. But there is still this other class that can bubble, CC immune sprint at 200% runspeed while knocking back and rooting everyone while carrying ball behind enemy lines. Ah yes, all those who don't like drama should watch marauder threads after 1.2 hits, they are going to be gods ;]
  2. Freezing account, this is ********. No self heals no utility to avoid death, only 25% shield. PT pyro will be the weakest class ingame.
  3. Not using Flame burst often as PT pyro, that easily crits for up to 1900 and places 700 ish crit dot on target and using rocket punch instead is pretty stupid. Also if you would spam it mindlessly to get to 125 heat is pretty nonsense, not everyone has one brain cell to play like that, so cool story bro. Tracer missile is absolutely ok, if you don't like it play other class ;] Or kill enemies in warzones with shoulder slams ^^
  4. This happened in age of conan, they nerfed everything so bad they needed to completely rework classes, and people kept leaving. Today from 40 servers there is 5 left?
  5. Play pyrotech since beta and never had problems with anything except those escaping sorcerors. Lack of heals is outweighted by good crit \ surge \ burst. This class is perfectly ok now. If they nerf dmg for PT pyro, I cancel sub because then the class will be joke. Already surge nerf was bad.
  6. I mean people that say that tracer misile spam is stupid. I adressed the problem with tracer missile spam earlier, so lets say it again. BUILDS are built around ability A stacking stackable debuff B and bufff C. In this case tracer missile stacking heat signature on the target and tracer lock buff on player, one buffing ability rail shot and both one buffing heatseeker missile. Thus, to get good benefit from both you have to spam tracer missile. Ok lets move on. As powertech you spam flame burst, to refresh burning dot on target adn 30% chance to refresh rail shot, and rocket punch 45 % refresh railshot. Therefore PT is FLAME BURST,FLAME BURST,FLAME BURST,FLAME BURST,FLAME BURST,railshot spam. Lets move on to another class or everyone got it? By saying that mercenaries that use tracer missile are just spammers you just show that you never played that class, or your brain simply didn't get that stuff allright. I personally have only lvl 30 merc, but I rolled it because i love tracer missile spam. My opinion and I don't see any reason why some social wellfare skiller shoulld tell me that tracer missile spam is bad for me, because like it. Last few days after meeting usually 6 sages in pvp I have an opinion there are other things that deserve dev attention, like MULTI purpose classes, that absorb 4 hits before you break their almost spammable bubble, and when you manage to get the low on hp, they stun you with one of 4 CC, sprint 200 meter away, heal to full and fry you like hamburger.

Dev: Hits PT with nerfstick Powertech dies Btw have you seen the sorcerer thread with 18 medal sorcerer with 990 K dps, 400K heal and 25K protection?????
  8. Because you can give him your outdated tionese gear and you don't rely on ninjaing juggernaut gear. And because it REALLY doesn't matter which stat is his primary stat.

Run through him, he cant turn that fast to target you, the cone starts in the body center so you have to be all the time behind him or run 10 m AWAY, its short distance you should get only 1 tick 1700 crit max. Jet throw him away. Stun him. Try to be as far as possible. At 10m you are jsut within the bad flame burst railshot distance. Slow him with whatever you can and keep 10m + range.
  10. I am missing 2 parts of rakata, and I can say its heat problem, for some reason PT heat consumption is jsut far above others. Flame sweep should have reduced heat cost to 16 or even 10 and at least doubled threat. Rocket punch or flame burst should also have some heat reduction and threat up in tanking cylinder. 31 point talent should be something else than nobrainer similiar talent to all other trees.

  12. Why tracer missile? Power shot and unload is what refreshes cd on railshot, i have not clue how you plan fitting tracer into that rotation?

Thats what I mean, except in pyrotech you spam FB too and it refreshes your 30% more crit 90% armor ignoring and 20% more damage aking railshot and can use thermal detonator while the target is burning with incendary missile. AP offers nothing for pvp. Even synnergies from low level talents buff incendary missile much more. They should make AP more useful maybe removing retractable blade and adding movement possibility talent for flamethrower and replacing retractable blade with flamethrower also placing fire DOT on target. Or spell that places some increase on flame damage on target for some time. Retractable blade doesn't benefit from flame synnergies at all. The tree is incosistent and usable only in pve effectively. I am calling for buff not nerf
