  1. Go to the server forums, and look for Casual guilds. These guilds are usually what I would categorize as the "overbearing" guilds, I know this because I run one myself. Here you won't get yelled at for not having the best equipment, best rotation or failing a couple of times in a flash point or operation. Also, you will find that Casual guilds tend to socialize a lot more, getting to know each other, personally. This might also be one thing you would like. So go there, have a look see, and write the guildmaster/officer of the guild. I'm certain that you will be able to find loads of friends to play with then
  2. It's a nice feature, nothing wrong with suggesting things. On top of this, I think they need to implement restrictions... if your class doesn't fit, you can't need the item... if you don't have the alignment requirement, you can't need.. and so forth. That would be on top of the above.

    Schematics

No, there is not. You will need to check your crew skill every time
  4. As a Guildmaster, it is hard to keep track of my guild members activity levels. When do you plan on expanding the Guildmaster options to involve, but not be limited to; Guild Banks, Last online time/date of members, changing the name of the Guildmaster rank, adding more ranks than 10, Invite to group through guild window and so on.
  5. Think you misunderstood his question In some games, you enter the game in a "starter" guild, which has no leader, but is more like a placeholder for all newcommers. This is not the case of SW:TOR Here you join the game, alone. You can then ask in general for a guild to join, or go to the relevant forum here on SWTOR.com, and look for a great guild to join. Good luck when you get your PC, it's an amazing game!
  6. But some companions on imperial can use assault cannons and some companions on republic can use sniper rifles, so not completely a waste
  7. Wrong, if you make light side choices your stuck with the light side points, they are just deducted from your total Dark Side points. Though I did not know that you won't be able to hit Dark V! This saddens me greatly...
  8. If you ended up in the fire, you were standing in the wrong spot and the guy pwned you... It's pvp with deadly enviroments Love it !
  9. I vote on the healers or the guy that scored the most (if I know who it was...) They should highlight the MVP area a bit more, as I think many don't know that they can vote.... It's an awesome feature though
  10. Don't know much about the Jedi Sentinel/Sith Warrior Marauder, but this page: http://db.darthhater.com/skill_calc/jedi_knight/sentinel/ Has some nice premade builds in the top right corner, som of them even have descriptions as to why.
  11. No, not yet. (implying that this might be something they will implement later on) Only option, is to go back and re-roll or put on a helmet to cover your face.
  12. Smuggler is your overall trainer, it will be named this through out the game. After you pick your advanced class, your Smuggler trainer will train you in Gunslinger (there is a new tab at the bottom next to your normal Smuggler skills) So you are at the right trainer
  13. Complete list of all companions, what gifts they like to receive and their functions. Spoiler heavy site, so don't enter if you don't want to know what your getting!
  14. Light/dark side options only show if there are actually a light/dark side option. If it is available, and you have checked the box in settings "always show light/dark side options" you will have a white star or red V shape to the left of that dialog option. Play a bit more with it on, and you will see
  15. If you don't want comments on your post, and us speculating about why you are asking the things you are, you should specifiy what you need from the community. If it was just a simple yes or no answer; No
  16. Hey, I follow you... Haven't played 100 games (yikes) I don't have time for that (that is 25 hours of play....!!!) but I have played some PvP, and rarely end up in the others.. But we just gotta wait, I'm sure they will turn up something nice for PvP in the future Remember, the game is only 15 days old (from official launch).
  17. Scoring at least... Right now, Huttball doesn't encourage people to score... why is that? I hope they will add a medal for scoring could be in increments 1, 3, 6 and so forth
  18. This is actually fairly easy to explain... Huttball is possible to do with Imperial vs Imperial or Republic vs Republic, the others are not. Since most worlds have a heavy load of Imperial, it is more likely that more Imperial players sign up for PvP than Republic. Thus leaving Huttball as the obvious choice for the queue to pick if there are enough players to start a game. If you make it so that people can choose the Warzone they wish to enter (and this will happen it seems) they will kill certain Warzones as they simple won't pop.. thus making wait time longer... So I think it would be a very bad idea. The solution would be to make more Warzones where it's possible to play Imperial vs Imperial or Republic vs Republic.
  19. I found that you can remap the key, but only to UI related like skills, friends, guild and so forth. You can not remap the key to be used as a quickslot key.. I'm not sure if this is ment to be or if it is a bug, if it's ment to be it's fairly strange...
  20. I can recommend this site: Cyberneticpunks
  21. Actually SW:TOR have created a new one for OOM: Out of Mana OOF: Out of Force
  22. At the bottom right corner, at level 10, you can click the icon there and join a queue. It's attached to your radar.
  23. No, it is not a forced choice. You can play the game without them, just don't expect to be able to do it very well... In some instances, yes, you might have to have a companion with you for certain interactions or dialogs, then dismiss it afterwards... And just use them as your crafting table... Sounds to me, that you don't want to play this game... Being "forced" to play a certain class? You can pick any class you like... any... Not sure what you mean about "have a certain apperance because the type of companion". Your apperance you choose yourself and if you don't like the dark/light side options, make sure you stay away from them... you can even turn off the Sith corruption... Your rant seems misplaced and again I don't get why you would even consider playing this game
  24. Great change! I'm happy for the 50's bracket! Let's see if they will make a mid-way split later then as I also proposed 10-29 and 30-49. Would make perfect sense. I just hope they don't let people choose their warzones... this will inevitably make some Warzones harder to enter than others... resulting in their deaths... Ohh, and you can't make fully pre-made groups, as you can only enter in groups of 4. So chance will have it that the 4 you enter with are not pre-made and stupid... so you loose anyways... good stuff
  25. Not really, as you stated "Bountyhunters and Imperial Agents are not Sith" So basically, they should not be corrupted by the force... but then again, they shouldn't be able to earn dark side points (or light for that matter) Good thing you can turn it off then if you want the fluff to be true
