  1. For peope that can't read 1000 words a minute when aliens chat with subtitles..
  2. Only real issue with having 2 seperate maintenance times is eu servers getting alot more traffic from US players during their downtime.
  3. Wipe on a boss in a flashpoint and its LOADING SCREEN for the Fleet/planet, takes you right outside the instance and then LOADING SCREEN for the instance.. thats really anoying! I agree about the air lock thing too. I dont know what they were thinking with them, they're so completely redundent and time wasting... I hate it too when I exit my ship into an airlock and after the loading screen im facing the door to my ship. Miss clicked that a few times and off to the loading screen and back to my ship I go! >< I'm still enjoying the game but there is so many anoying issues atm. I guess to get the best out of this would be to wait 6 months for things to be cleaned up properly.
  4. Heh all we get is Consular columi chest drop when we do it. Maybe it's because we dont have a consular in our group
  5. I really hope they add more gear models or open others up to be modable. Theres some nice looking lower level greens and blues that would be awesome as mod gear. Sadly all the mod gear I can find are the same few models recolored. My companion Nadia for example starts of with awesome boots. I try to look for something similar as mod gear but every light armor boots I can find look almost exactly the same with different colors... wtb a fashion department for Bioware!
  6. Camera is buggy and resets itself sometimes when on inclines with a looking down or upward view alot. Dont think its mouse related, though some bugs might be.
  7. The idea is sound IF they make it passable. But giving the gear out to people that dont need it or giving it to wrong specs is awefull. It doesnt stop ninja looting since it's ninja looting for us.. A simple accept/decline loot win option would let the system cross you off on that item and then reroll it for the others of that class that can use it would make so much more sence.
  8. We need at least an option to pass or trade it to someone else that was on the fight within 2 hours like WoW does. We would also need a /roll added to the game as for now whenever master looter is use you also have to play as loot council too..
  9. Had this happen to me, except i was very carefull not to use any aoe at all since I could see exactly what the PvPers were trying to do. The mobs I was fighting were hostile to both Aliance and Empire and they just joined in dpsing the same group that I was and I instantly got flagged without even touching them... The only thing I can think of to think this isnt some bug is if my companion attacked them or used some aoe automaticly. I wasnt impressed...
  10. I hope they do add more than just moving things around. I meen I would love to be able to move the side bars into 2 rows of 6 cubes wide left and right of the middle bars. But for better functionality and enjoyment for some, being able to see procs clearer and control over the display of buffs and debuffs makes a big difference. At the moment in a flashpoint/op it's hellish trying to track your own debuff on a boss when it shows everyone elses debuff. Specialy others of the same class or those that share the same graphic. No target of target or some kind of threat indicator makes things pretty tough on tanks too. Moving and resizing would be great, but we don't just want to customise the current UI we want more of a UI to customise!
  11. If you still have issues with it, you can hug up on a turret so when you all aoe you burn a turret down as well. Would be a shame to not put all that damage to good use. Just make sure you have the shields down on it first.

You will still get the crit on charged burst but the point is you want charge burst to crit before you cast aim shot to reduce the cast time of aimed shot by 1 second thanks to a talent you can get in your early 20s called Quick Aim. Since you dont have the talent yet it doesnt matter, you can charge up Smuggler's Luck before you pull and start with an aimed and SL will still be up for your charged.
  13. Another way to gear up is to pvp for the bag rewards and if you win a gear piece, strip the mods out. This will get your mod gear level = to Columi level just without the setbonus.
  14. False Emperor can be really bad at this if you nab up and get nocked off the edge. Sometimes you die and lay down there dead. Sometimes you get automaticly sent out the instance. You then have to wait about 3-4 mins of loading screens to get back in before he dies. Bad part is if this happens just before the end of the fight and your not in a guild group who will wait for you not only will you not beable to get any loot but if you were on the quest you get phased out from the rest of the group and cant re enter. A solution to this could be releasing sends you to the beggining of the instance where there will be a med droid just inside too. This saves us having to load 2 pointless loading screens. To stop players dieing and running back into the fight just put doors and force fields that lock and go up when fights are engaged in rooms just before the boss. To save running all the way through the instance there could be portal point to click on.
  15. But there's no /roll system in the game at all so you will have to sort it out between you who gets what if you go with master looter.
  16. Would be nice if it would say have a short red glow or something when an interupt or cc is used when you have this up so you can actually see that it has done something.
  17. Just for an alternative that I have a habbit of doing. I never really use keys to sidestep. Just hold the right mouse button down and use A and D or left arrow right arrow in your case.

I was under some false assumption that there were 5-6 chapters and since the first chapter ended around early to mid level 30 I was looking forward to playing through 3-4 of the remaining chapters as endgame content. Sadly everything just wrapped up around 50. Also for endgame I was a little disappointed with how flashpoints and raiding tied into the story. They just feel bolted on as optional extras. I can understand that for flashpoints since its not really good to holt story progression till a flashpoint is finished. But raiding is endgame only content and there doesnt seem to be any flow going into it. Infact I dont even know where to go to enter a raid, it's just not in the character progression unless you actually just turn up at the raid instantance. The story is great leveling up but it doesnt feel tied into endgame. Which is odd for a game that labels itself as a story based mmo. In comparison to World of Warcraft the leveling there is someone dull imo and leveling feels like doing simple objectives in a zone that linked to a storyline and then at end game you play out the story in the raid content. TOR is the complete oposite. Play out the story during leveling and do some random raids at cap.
  19. Powertech can grapple for the first nockback to position him. And smugglers/Snipers have Pulse Detonator, Cover Pulse respectivly. Its pretty hard to not have more than 1 grapple or nockback in a group of 4 that works for this.
  20. I think alot of the low levels that are there are just alts capping zones in the PvP area..
  21. Whats wrong with the epic armor mods barrels and hilts from the daily vender? Sure theyre not the best of the best epic mods but theyre still ranked [51] and the same quality as entry leve 50 epics. All the other mods can be taken out other epics. All im doing is using mostly mod gear with epic daily mods and taken the mods out of PvP bag reward. I get that you might loose your look after you've got even higher level epics. But its pretty early days for that for most people. Im sure they'll add more custom options soon.
  22. Personally I would rather they added aload more voices so the ones they do say dont get so repetitive. I do think the ship droid should only talk when you enter the ship instead of greeting you every time you walk passed it.
  23. Don't need addons at all. The current UI is useable but not ideal for the harder stuff. Issues at the moment are just simpe things im hoping they'll fix in the new UI updates they're adding. To list a few, showing all the debuffs on the target makes it hardwork to track your debuffs, no target of target is anoying. Some kind of threat indicator of anykind would be very helpfull. Raid frames are awekward for healers to see debuffs properly, theyre so small. Having so many abilitys that some have to go up on the sidebars is also very much less than ideal. Having to look all over the screen to check cds or worse click some if you dont have the keybinds left for CDs and relics is abit of a pain. Im using about 25 keybinds at the moment and still need to click some things because its just more comfortable than to make up some new hard to reach key or mod key combo. Id love to be able to macro my relic with an ability CD so i can share a keybind.
