OMG you win the internet! That is the single funniest thing I've seen all day. If they were smart they would have never stopped staggering and they would be sendin out emails right now as I type this. Instead they will leave servers empty all night while I wait along with thousands of more.

Nice to know that BW/EA are done for the night now that the servers are empty. GJ GUYS! If BW leadership know anything they would have kept releasing servers and players all day and all night until everyone is in. Obviously BW leadership dont understand why you would do this.

I thought a bad launch had empty servers while thousands of people wait? My favorite part of today is the pvp xp exploit due to empty scenarios.............hahaha that's too funny.

LOOOOLLLLLLL so true so true. When I first logged into beta I thought they made a mistake. Surely no current game could have such low resolutions for their textures. GW2 is even closer now. Last class got leaked btw.

The grand strategy is that a executive made a decision about launch. This executive has never played a mmo. The executive must always do what's "safest" The executive hasnt even actually played a video game in years. The management under the executive dont' want to get on their bosses bad side so they keep their mouths shut even though they know the player base will be unhappy that servers are low pop while tons of us wait in the wings. That's the strategy.

Empty servers ftw? You would think they would have kept pushing out emails all day and all night. I mean I would have but I also play pc games a lot, while it's obvious to anyone that 90% of devs and 100% of executives don't actually play games or they would have kept releasing emails all night long.

Mad rush on the 20th? You ever been in a mmo early start before? The mad rush was today. The 20th will be a bump at most.

I think the real fail is putting 250Million into voice actors when any idiot who has played even one mmo can tell you that 90% of the players willl spend 90% of their time at max level. the voice acted quests has to be one of the biggest waste of money and resources in a mmo's history. You wanna bet that the leadership of Bioware/EA has never even played a MMO? Fact is most dev's dont have time to play mmo's. The executives definitively do not play mmo's. If they did they would have never put that much money into voice acting content that most players will be done with in 3-5 days.

My favorite part is the Warfront giving bonus xp for games that didnt have ENOUGH PLAYERS. I would have rather sat in que all day like Rift's launch. At least I could have grabbed my names. Rifts launch > Swtor launch

I can believe it. I love that people think the servers are going to fill up after work. There will be a bump, but it's not going to fill them Wish I could get in and be with my guild. I would have rather had ques personally than waiting for a voice out of the sky to say go.
