Instead of just leaving the match all together right?

I just got done doing 3 WZ against premades in a row and in all 3 only 2 mins into the game only me and 1 other person on my team were left in the WZ. People would rather just desert the WZ then stay. Being that server pops are so low there is only 1 pvp guild imp and repub side that dominate the pvp circuit. The only thing 1.2 has done has given premades more incentive to win and opposing players less incentive to stay and even try. Before 1.2 it was "Crap, A premade. Well let's try our best, if we lose atleast the game will reward us for trying." Post 1.2 it's now "Crap, A premade. Should I stay and try to get my 4 medals so the game doesn't think I'm AFK or should I just leave and not waste my time."

Yes this is BW and they did do that for this game in launch. You could pre-download the whole client.

Can someone help me with this math If Marauder > Sorcerer and Sorcerer > Everything else wouldn't Marauder > Everything? I'm confused because I keep on hearing how Marauders rip through Sorcerers but are so weak in pvp but Sorcerers are OP in PvP Would this mean Marauders are OP?

most classes have in interrupt, and the interrrupt only stops the spell they were trying to cast. all healers have multiple sources of heals. ok so we have 4 defensive skills. does that mean our purpose is to take dmg or soak up dmg? any tank class can do it better ie guard/taunt. you need to change ur playstyle depending on the team for any class. this isnt marauder specific.

marauders can kill fast but any dps spec class can kill anyone fast. no one seems to be comparing marauders to other classes tho that do everything marauders can do but better. Id have to say snipers are the best at picking out squishy targets, the dps output is nowhere near a sorc or a sniper or a merc u compare marauders to ops and assasins to taking down targets quick? marauders are at the bottom of the chain in that category. ops and assassins can rip through people waay quicker.

1. If you're 1v1ing in a WZ 80% of the time ur prolly somewhere where you dont need to be. commando/merc don't need interrupts they have stuns and knock backs and their dmg output alone get silence a healer. 4. So you can soak up alot of dmg and delay your inevitable death by 5 secs.

why would anyone wanna be good 1v1 in a team game. any class can disrupt a healer any class can kill just as fast or faster then a marauder so basically they just soak up dmg when their cooldowns are up?

What do Marauders excel in or outshine other classes in? In other words, what is there strong point?

I don't understand. I see all these people talk about position and I guess they are assuming the enemy doesn't position themselves to knock you off which happens 90% of the time. I can strafe around the target all I want but all he has to do it hit the W key and I'm out of position.

The funny thing is that once rated WZs happen this will be even more apparent.

Ok so a rage marauder has an easier time getting a 5k crit, thats it. Gaining medals as a Sorcerer/op/mercenary dosent really matter what spec you are. you can still get the healing and dmg medals no matter what. Same withe Powertech/jugg/assasin, defend and dmg medals come no matter what spec. pure dps classes have it harder to get medals though, especially pure dps melee class. I cant sit back and tag everyone on the map to get my kill medals, im limited by range.

Until you can find a way so the all classes have access to the same amount of medals please get rid of medals. As a marauder/sentinel I have the hardest time out of all the other classes and even getting the most basic medals. Other classes have an unfair advantage at getting medals easier and quicker, which makes the system unbalanced. I saw in the patch notes that the first 4 medals will only be counted towards accommodations and whatnot. Ok, that lets me know that you know there is an unbalance, but it still doesn't address the fact that they have more access to more medals and a much easier rate.
