  1. Just got this problem too. And transferring didn't seem to help me.
  2. I have this issue on my Sith Warrior, level 65. Has been going on for some time now.
  3. This just happened to me. Made a character and didn't like its playstyle, so I deleted it well before level 61. When I went to make the level 60 it consumed the token, and made a level 1 character that ended up on the fleet. I deleted it, and went to try again but the token was consumed. This was a token I bought from the Cartel Market too, not the freebie. I am hoping customer service can restore it. Or at least return the 2k credits.
  4. None of my characters' companion gear was returned on anyone. It is odd. That and no one is wearing pants.
  5. Please make Level Sync toggleable (turn it on and off) similarly to how mentoring is done in RIFT. Yes, if you want the bennies of the Level Synch you have to turn it on, and if you don't care you don't have to even worry about it. It is actually very fun for me to go back and feel powerful in older content or help a friend through a tough quest and blow it away. That's FUN for me. I leveled so I was rewarded with power. Sure, if I want the benefits of Level Synch, I could turn it on too and run around with friends that way. I stopped playing GW2 due to the way I never ever felt powerful. Ever. I never felt I could go solo an old dungeon or just blow things away. I would be killed by swarms of level 10 mobs sometimes at 80 there. It was frustrating. I stopped playing the game even though I enjoyed the game itself. I still play RIFT because it's not a forced powerdown. If I want to get the goodies and do the events with lower level folks, I have to mentor down. If I don't care, I can blow through things and I'm even penalized if I try to participate in events (higher levels can't come oneshot event mobs, there's a debuff) with those of lower level while NOT mentored down. So in short, please don't take the feeling of being powerful away from those who enjoy it. It would ruin the game for me, and I cannot be alone in this. It's not about credits to me, it's about the feeling of being high level meaning something. Please make Level Sync optional/toggleable. Thanks for reading.
  6. To those saying they'd only said they had no intentions of existing companions being SGR, go back to some of the earlier comments about them not just wanting to change gender pronouns , but they wanted to do it RIGHT. Then they didn't do it at all. It's very frustrating that after all this time after their initial promises and the long wait, they still haven't gotten around to doing this. Existing companions could be made SGR options but they apparently don't want to do the extra work involved. And the Makeb 'flirt' options are a joke compared to an actual romance with a companion. Not to mention, they also segregated it so m-m only on Imp side, and f-f only on Pub side.
  7. Interesting. Could be why there are rumors of people who ordered in December already are in. They are making sure at least one person gets in for each day perhaps, so that their butts are covered? While it may not be true that there are people in that ordered just before the launch, it could be. This might be why.
  8. I think I deserve courtesy from the company I'm buying a product from. Being strung along with no idea of when I'll get to use the product is frustrating and each wave that hits yields more disappointments. They have no publishing of what dates were included in what waves, so there is no way to gauge it. We're left in the dark. That's the point. I don't care if I only get 12 hours. Just tell me that so I don't have to be disappointed whenever I go to check when waves are announced and I get nothing. Some estimate, even if they said "Probably on the 15th" is at least something. I'd not even need to check on the 14th then.
  9. Ultimately it is shoddy customer service to give not even a hint of an ETA to people waiting to use their product (that they may or may not ultimately pay for at this point). They could have given general estimations to people in mails so they didn't have to be disappointed at every single wave that came out that didn't include them. Look at it this way Bioware: You're giving everyone presents every time you give out waves, but guess what? Most people don't have anything when they unwrap that present, except disappointments and hopes dashed. I don't know how any Customer Service people could find this acceptable to toy with people in this manner (people who may be very eager to play). This whole game is soured for me, personally, due to the way this has been handled. I don't really care when I get in, but I'd like to KNOW when, instead of having my hopes lifted and dashed at every turn. Do better, Bioware. Do you really want to keep showing the shiny toy to the children, only to yank it away every few hours from some of those children? That isn't kind or good business practice. It certainly doesn't encourage purchase of the game. Disappointments are disappointing. Give us some ETA even if it changes. Something more than presents that are probably empty but we open hopefully anyway.
  10. But some people don't HAVE to wait...and didn't have to wait. Others did. Others are. They are NOT doing a good job with customer service. Stringing people along with no ETAs, no solid information about what times or even days people should be expecting to get in, is terrible business practice. "Wait and see," is not good. Countless disappointments when wave after wave passes and people are still waiting only sours the experience further.
  11. Oh lovely...this from the SWTOR Twitter: The third wave of Early Game Access emails have been sent, one more to go! So...only one more today. Surely they have SOME idea who's not going to make the cut. Tell us. Geez.
  12. Why do some people find it necessary to come here and post replies belittling people voicing their disappointment or frustration with the way Bioware is handling this staggered launch? There've been people telling others to stop complaining, stop behaving like children, calling people spoiled, and so forth. This game is a service that has been prepaid for in part and will be paid in full for those that stick with it (and monthly fees). People that are dissatisfied with this service have a right to voice their opinions. Regardless of whether you agree or disagree with them, they are letting Bioware know they're dissatisfied with how they are handling this product they've paid money for. Perhaps those complaining about the people who are complaining, should be the ones to stop behaving like children. Not everyone is happy about the way Bioware is handling this prelaunch. Not everyone is happy with the lack of information and any reasonable timeline. If you're happy, that's great; however, if you aren't happy with those who aren't happy and are voicing complaints...those people aren't providing a service that you paid for, and thus they aren't obligated to change their behavior to suit you.
  13. I don't really care when I will get access at this point. I just want a darn ETA. They should go ahead and send mails out to everyone giving date and time, so people can go on with their lives and not feel the need to check all the time wondering "is it now?" ..."what about now?". Disappointment is only going to build for those who won't get in today, or tomorrow, especially if they are given no general ETA of when to start checking their mails and they're so eager to play that they check every hour. No matter how successful the launch is, the experience for many will be soured by this lack of information.
