  1. Dominion. They'd throw the Jem'Hadar at them just long enough to get a changeling to impersonate the emperor. Borg. The alliance has numbers, so they'd maybe take out a cube or two before the Borg adapt. Even Jedi wouldn't buy them much time, because Midichlorians could likely be assimilated too.
  2. No they shouldn't they should let west coast servers move to AP. Screw jung ma and its latency.
  3. There is only one west coast rp-pvp so either we get screwed and get the option to move to an east coast server or the easterners have to transfer to us. Wouldn't it be better to allow west coast pvp servers come to us or let us go to them?
  4. Off the top of my head, Link is left handed in most of the zelda games.
  5. I like to see the robe over tunic with loose pants look that jedi had in the movies. The Aayla Secura look is good too. I'd like some "civilian" clothing too.
  6. Something like this shouldn't give ay kind of perks outside of maybe a title.
  7. So what happens if I am on Tat and get ganked by a 40 and decide to log on my 50 to stop him? I loose valor for ganking a ganker? No, if you don't like world pvp then don't roll on a pvp server and don't flag on a pve server.
  8. Uh, no. Body type 4 has clear muscle definition. Too lazy for my own screenshot http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=380263&page=4 What most people seem to think body type 4 looks like.
  9. A Jedi shadow or sith assassin that doesn't want to fall on her face whilst round house kicking in a robe. Well male body type 4 isn't fat. Take of his shirt, he has a hulk build. The woman isn't really overweight either, she just has a little junk in the trunk. Go walk down the isle at walmart, you will see much worse.
  10. Yes, but then again I started with vanilla Everquest. There is no such thing as a hard MMO anymore. No, I don't have the time I had when I was young. I can see where some people would find it fast though. I will say, back in the day the steep learning curve bred excellence. No and I probably won't. Nowadays I just pvp. Fighting other humans is plenty hard and there isn't a huge time investment. I would totally support harder pve stuff though for the people that want it and I'm totally fine with y'all being rewarded for your trouble.
  11. Offer a faction switch. If that doesn't work add stuff like pure black sabers and x-wings to republic only. Oh, and mon cals. That'll do.
  12. I think transferring and changing your character to the mirror would be a pain in the *** to implement. If anything I'd rather see something like in EQ2. You do a big long quest and join the other side.
  13. I'd play a wookie if he stole a universal translator from star trek first.
  14. Player housing would be great so long as you couldn't just drop a house anywhere you wanted. Why would anyone put a city next to that big tusken fort? My guild and its ally had a city a stones throw from where a bunch of Krayt dragons hung out. Naboo didn't look like it did in the movies, it looked like urban sprawl. Just let us decorate an apartment in the big cities, that's all. Let guilds decorate a star destroyer. I would however love to have a planet where we could drop some bases and take the other faction's over.
  15. Naboo and Dathomir. Other than that I'd like to see bioware just make **** up. Its a big galaxy.
  16. You are not being gimped. I payed the 7 bucks to ship the key fob and I am using NONE of the garbage on the vendor. Its about account security not playing barbie with your companions.
  17. I agree. Problem is, they would have to make quest items multi clickable and maybe even expand some of them. I don't see it happening but new areas should allow more bodies. I think there needs to be more open quest areas. Like on tatooine we were doing one of those heroics with the jawas and ended up teaming with a guy who was trying to solo it with his companion. We all got out of there faster, it was great. The instanced stuff is there to give you a feeling like you aren't just another sith warrior saving captain bunghole from rampaging rancors. They both have their place. I hate these because I am old and afraid of change. Just give me the option to turn them off.
  18. I run the game on a 6850 on high, it runs fine. So will this. The rest is overkill, but whatever.
  19. You just nailed it here. PVP should be for the sake of PVP. Making people waste a bunch of time for the best PVP gear in a gear centric game is bad design. Gear should be easy to get and if there are rewards for arena it should be cosmetic stuff that those of us who compete and win at life don't need.
  20. I don't want macros so I can create "win" buttons. I want macros so I can make one button hit my stealth, my stealth level buff and my cleanse skill. It wouldn't give me an advantage, I can hit those abilities quickly with my super mouse, but it would save me space on my crowded quickbar. Macros that let you play the game afk (like SWG) and macros that make things more efficient (what most people here want) are two different things.
  21. I never played WAR, but the idea of large scale PVP sounds awesome. I'd like to see a planet were we could go at like they did on naboo in PM.
  22. Your right. SWG was terrible, SOE spent all their time on a good crafting system instead of making it feel like star wars. Bioware didn't make that mistake. Sure, parts of the game need alot of work, but they don't need to make it into wow2 to make it successful.
  23. Why? Star wars is a huge IP, bioware can do without the kids that want wow-style pvp.
  24. Arena stuff is fine so long as it isn't the only way to get your gear. I prefer wpvp and I don't want to be penalized because I don't want to sit in a box and fight a group of number crunching kids that think their performance in a video game actually matters. And if the devs want to know how to make pvp that is good, stop looking at wow and start looking at DAOC.
