I have yet to find a use for inheritance/birthright gear. I passed a birthright chest to my 34 alt, and it was worse than what I was wearing. Passed an inheritance gun to my alt at 14, replaced it by 16. With as out of reach as this inheritance/birthright gear is to get -1000 of space comms 200 dailies or random drop from TH missions or kills- I'd expect more functionality from it. Like xp gain, or even scaling stats. Right now, it's really not even worth getting IMO. It hasn't facilitated me leveling any faster or easier... might as well be the random purple I can use for a level or two before I replace it with a 2 level higher green.

This. I have a Scoundrel, Shadow and Assassin. I like the stealth classes best. When properly used you can get out of all but the trickiest situations. The problem I have with the out-of-combat stealth is being stealthed but still holding agro. The mobs don't pursue me (unless I de-cloak) but stuck in combat never the less. I *think* this is caused by a channeled attack or late hit after I've stealthed (maybe ability delay on the mobs).

Dailies reset at 7 am Central Time. I stand by the dudes on Ilum and watch the blue turn gold. It was 6 am prior to the time change. I would assume HM reset then too, but I cannot confirm that.

I've been in warzones with mid level toons and been stomped by lowbies. I've been in warzones with low level toons and stomped high levels. One of the best warzones I played in didn't have anyone over level 32, and it seemed the enemy didn't have under it. More brackets to pvp would only create empty brackets (20-49). I think they should put the two brackets back together, create a separate bracket for ranked level 50.

What level do I get skill at?

I think it should be Ilum not Coruscant/Kaas City. Fleets are fine. You stage a strike teams (Flashpoints operations) from fleets (naval/air) not from Capital Cities.

I'd like to see a speeder tune up kit craftable. Adds 10% speed to rank 1 and 2 speeders. I got a sweet 90% speeder from Kilran I'd like to continue using.

Class quests make up only about a 3rd of all the questing you do. All the other quests are exactly the same. If you are suggesting that AC respec should be allowed to avoid having to repeat storylines... better get leveling because that's the WORST reason to do it. It sounds to me like you are very, very lazy and don't want to level up another toon.

I think you've gotten your gameplay styles backward. PVP is playing against a very, very simple AI. PVE is delicate and complicated balancing act to balance real people and how they use their characters skills. When pvp is happening in vent: Meh, huttball. When pve is happening in vent: 'Why'd xxxxxx disconnect' 'he does that randomly' 'oh well-''*banchee whail* Aw, wife aggro' 'AFK' 'Sorry guys, my baby hit the F9 key' 'That's ok, my cat walked across my keyboard' Yeah, putting words like 'because it was causing faster than intended deaths in PVP' SHOULD NEVER be in notes. Your squishiness in PVP should nerf me. If classes need a balance pass, that's fine. But nerfing because 'OMG! I DIED IN PVP XXXXX CLASS IS OP!!!! NERF NAO!!!!' Should never happen.

I support same faction PVP matches if the participants are permanently prevented from grouping, pvp or pve, with anyone they've fought against. Yeah, I'm gonna pound the snot outta you in Huttball (the BEST place to hunt down traitors) but I'll be more than happy to run EV with this traitor I was supposed to hunt down.

I got the pants (level 50 Voidmaster Legwraps) from a Heroic Turn in blue box from Darkness on Ilum (republic Ilum heroic). This was some time ago. I got them on my Smuggler and just hit 50 with my Shadow the other day and was looking though my Smuggler's packed bank.

I am currently using Voidmaster Legwraps. Level 50 Orange pants. I got them from a daily box a while back on my smuggler. Social item vendors have orange pants...

Look on the social vendors. Lots of pants available there.

I turn the shadows off anyway... they don't look right.

I would say grinding is doing the same, repetitive, mind-numbing, redundant process until a desired effect is achieved. Simply traveling (half the leveling process you have no choice but to walk) in this game is all of that... let alone doing someone's job for them (despite calling them an idiot, or a 'new level of hopeless' they STILL pay you). Grind quests for xp, grind fp for gear/social/light/dark, grind WZ for comms, grind space for comms... A level/tier based progression system holds hands with grinding.

I'd rather they not waste their time. I've run and maintained a ventrilo server for many, many years and will continue to do so in the future. I wish games would STOP putting them into their games. They seldom work right and general create more problem than they are worth. Also, later, they can spam me with advertisements if they so choose. Nah. Do not want.

I hope so... this is best looking gear ever. In reality, I hope they don't put new gear in yet. Need more than ONE new WZ before they add in a new set of gear. A fix to ilum or new functionality in other open world areas would be better IMO. Don't get me wrong, a new WZ is good, but getting the gear in the same old WZ isn't going to be any different than grinding out the gear now.

All the hate for SWG huh? You know the crappy NGE version of the Trader Profession has more diversity than ALL the character classes in this game? True story. You could do EVERYTHING (with varying degrees of success) as a crafter in that game. To OP, I think the two games represent different ideals. SWG was more a reflection on a Rebel insurgency on Imperial occupied territiory. The war was fought with different tactics. SWTOR represents actual, front lines all-out war between to opposing forces. I do not feel this game would have been done justice without specifying it were the old republic.

Nearly every MMO I've played has broken things while fixing things. Such is the life in MMOs. Sad part is, I've come to work around bugs all on my own. In live, I'm not so diligent about reporting them.
