They haven't released content since the legacy and that's to encourage people to re-roll. That's if I'm not mistaken for social players not groups. Your creditably is down. Just admit you don't know. This on topic EVERYONE should be able to access the companion. Regardless of HOW they play the game. PVP or groups. It should be EASY. This is a friggin VIDEO GAME it's for entertainment value. Once you start making things not fun. It's like when Bioware gave out a free month to players of a certain legacy then said it would be open to everyone that had an account etc. We find something else to play.

This poster claims that a MAJORITY of players group up and only a small minority play solo. Then when called out for his BS. He claims "Only Bioware has that information" yet he claimed to KNOW that information. Very poor attempt at back peddling.

But you don't know that 450k are doing hard modes. You just magically came up with that number. I have numerous guild's and 7 50's and not once has a guild said "We do Hard Modes" is anything a guild is just a place to be social to somehow say that they do "Hard Modes" is utter and complete BS. You want to carter to Hard Modes people? Warcraft had the same idea of making everything elite hard and they lost millions of subs in their cata expansion. It did not work then...and it will not work now. People who play are casual gamers. Like myself they play for the story. You blowing smoke will NOT STAND. You or I do not know who plays what. So don't act like more people play hard modes. I been playing this game for almost a year and I've never done a hard mode. In fact when I hit 50. I just re-roll. Bioware would do well to make this companion open access to everyone. I don't think they want to run the risk of losing subs based on your arm chair speech. If they do. That's fine. One less sub they have to worry about.

This game doesn't have a billion subs. I have played since Beta. I wanted this game for years before it came out. When it was very first announced. I googled the company to finding out ANY bit of progress. I have invested just as much into this game as someone who plays Hard Modes. YET I AM NOT GETTING EQUAL TREATMENT. I assure you with a game with 500k subs or under. It's a major deal to lose ANY subs. That's money not going into their pocket. That's like saying no hard modes. They are only a small minority. Do you have any numbers to back up your case? No of course not.

I pay my money to play this game just like EVERYONE else. I have to laugh at these people saying "Work for it" we're all sitting down on our butt's playing a video game for HOURS. It's supposed to be entertainment. The new companion is content. They should let everyone access content regardless. It shouldn't be solely or partially on PVP, or Dungeons to complete. It should not be a quest line. It should be as EASY to obtain as logging in. WHY? Because we're all playing a video game. Let's not act like we're doing hard work sweating our butt's off. Your only making people who don't like to sit with others forcing them to do that content. It's without morals. We got the founders title easy enough logging in. Why do I have to rebuild the world in order to play the companion. GIVE ME MY DARN COMPANION if you want me to stay subbed.

Getting better things or an advantage is just an illusion. Yes I can pay someone 20k a person to do the mission and get the EXACT same thing as you. This is about E Peen you wanting to be a special snowflake that somehow is different. It's just time consuming. It's not impossible to pay off people to do the mission. It's just a hassle. ou are not getting an advantage on anything. And if you were getting an advtange. Then dev's need to seriously need consider the game in favor os one people other another will never end well.

Reminding people. This is a VIDEO GAME. It's for entertainment. You shouldn't have to spend excessive hours on ANYTHING..why because it's a Video Game and for entertainment as I just described. People love to mock those who "Don't work for it" exactly what are we working for. It's a VIDEO GAME. Now that I have that in your head. We were sent vanity pets by mail, DDE edition sent all of the extras in by mail. Why can't we get this new companion by mail. Can anyone honestly say that they have fun grinding pointless quests to obtain something that should be able to access by everyone. That's what this is about. Can everyone access it. There are people who PVP solely. Those who use dungeon finder solely and those who do the main story. It's not impossible to play this game solo with legacy perks if you wanted to. It shouldn't be hard to obtain access to content and yes I'm one of those "Just give it to me" I paid for months of no content. I deserve and even entitled to this new branch of content.

When? It's been what months since they talked about raising level cap and we know even less about the planet. They were SUPPOSED come out with a new PVP map months ago. I know because the month before I stopped subbing and months later when I did sub. It wasn't there. I very seriously doubt with them working at this pace. They can do this. They have a habit of announcing things and not following through. As for the interdlude I think that's just telling you what you have done. I seriously doubt that's there to remind you of whats to come. Their team has gone down. Bioware Co Founders have given their notice. I think they're just going nickle and dime their current subs, that's just me.

I think it's fair to call it like we see it. As of right now there new patch or expansion will have new story lines yet won't further any of the current story lines for our companions or carry choices over. It's easier and cheaper I think to make new storys without considering what you did in old. In two months this game will be out a year. If they haven't continued the story's by now. I don't think they ever will. I guess best thing is to enjoy the story lines we have right now.

Lgeacy has been a massive failure. It's a BAIT AND SWITCH paying 500k to unlock extra EXP. Something that should already been unlocked when we touched that Legacy level. It's a complete outrage and a disgrace.

People like to joke that those who complain about not wanting to do a hard mode are wanting "Free Stuff" this is a Video Game. Not a job. When I plug in my 15 bucks a month ON TOP of the actual price of the game. I play for entertainment. You create a game where "everyone" has to work insanely hard to get one item. That's called a Grind and they are not fun. Despite what Elite people say it's the solo players who rarely go into hard modes who are more likely to use this companion. My price to obtain this companion is the cost I pay per month. Yes. I do want Bioware to give me my companion FREE. It's been MONTHS since they told us it was coming. We have to jump through all these hoops. This is a BAIT AND SWITCH. Just like with Legacy. We THOUGHT we were getting super cool items to encourage us to play ALT'S. Wrong. We unlocked the option, twice for the item. Then we have to pay to use it. It's disgusting. Just GIVE US THE COMPANION. You gave us vanity pets, The Founders title in our mail. Why do we have to grind for a companion.

It's not a great idea. It's capitalism at it's finest. You are promoting something on a Bill Broad it be AD's for a product. What if we don't like the guild? what if we have a guild? it's just shameless promoting . No different from corporations profiting their latest soft drink. Not to be rude. But the people on TOR know how to make extra money. They could promote Pepsi or Dew products in game and get more the triple the profits then promoting a Guild for money in guild store. It rips at the integrity of the game and under mines it. In the long run it will be abused for products and other issues. Simply not to throw cold water on this issue. But we don't need it. Guilds can recruit like else where. We don't need a bill broad. It's a gateway that turns into a slipper slope.

What should happen is DDE are ONLY getting 250 coins. Compared to CE which is 1k. DDE should get 500 coins. It's a complete ourage that they are not treating customers as equals.

It's a complete outrage. We are paying 15 dollars for contet. We have to jump through all these hoops. If we want to play it. We have repeat the stale quest line just to see a new companion. And when we get up. No doubt have boost up his affection. It really makes you wonder. How fast they can do content if they take this long to release this companion.

You don't want aruge because your losing. We should get equal cartel coins. Half is 70 dollars. That's more then the regular by more then 20 bucks. The CE already got everything plus more. Why is it we give them even more. I think it's favoring one fan base over another and quite frankly. It's a little unfair. I'm in favor of equal treatment.

Did we know they would give cartel coins to people who bought the CE? No you paid for CE you got the items extra. You don't need more. Now on top of the items you are getting, you are getting even more stuff. A tad excessive? Give DDE at least HALF, that's fair we paid 70 dollars plus tax that's HALF of what CE paid. Sounds fair to me.

I could help but notice when I clicked on "My account" it said for my DDE I get 250 coins. A game that has cost me 70 dollars more then the regular. Why are we not even getting HALF as much as CE? they got a statue, music, etc and a bunch of other items. We only got the digital, yet we didn't even get HALF. We should get at least 500. They paid that much money, I understand it's more but they shouldn't be rewarded that much Tlder: stop raging at more then half of your fan base and give 500 Cartel Coins to DDE. We demand equal and fair treatment. Also why are the coins ONLY given to ACTIVE subs when it goes free to play. It's been what, four months since you said it would go free to play. Are we supposed keep it active ALL during this time.

Not really. Not till "Free to Play" is fully done. Even then its taking MONTHS for them to finish. When it's finally finished. I just don't see them making an expansion. I think when its done they are going work on the bugs and just leave the game here depending on how much cash it makes. I'd love for them to expand the story lines. With the Companions I just don't see it happening.

I'm the type of player that plays strictly for the story. I have nearly ALL alt's on empire and republic. The only toons I am missing are, Trooper and Jedi. Right now I am finishing up Bounty Hunter. It's a massive pain to level up. I know all the side quests by heart. Your boost in legacy is not enough. I think players should be able to pay to get a massive extra boost then we already get. When we get those boosts we're having fun, we're playing longer and more interested. Right now My level 6 trooper has been that level for weeks. Simply because I don't want level all over again even though I'm legacy level 28. It's just not worth it. Give the players in free to play shop. More EXP boosts. Even more. So they can play their way.

For all anyone knows. It could cost 2500 for one item. I know that I should get more cartel coins that 250 is worth more then the DDE. The CE whining of paying 150 for the music sound track and statue earned them 1k. That's frankly just not fair. We paid close to 70 dollars for ours.

I have been devoted to the following of your games since Dragon Age Orgins. I have acively been a loyal follower since then. The only reason I bought this game when I discovered you were behind the writing. I have been acively playing your game (SWTOR) since pre beta. I recall when your website only had the sith warrior bio and not much else. Yet fan Friday I would eagerly look on the site for scoops of new information. I have never been one for group content play. I have never done a single hard mode. Simply because I do not enjoy them. Imagine my shock and horror when I discovered then in order to get a new companion you would have to do a hard mode. I feel that being a loyal follower of the game. I should get this companion easier and should not be biased against just because I do not do hard modes. Please listen to your player base and remove this from hard modes. Think of the players that do not do group content. I urge you to re-consider this. We shouldn't have jump through hoops to obtain this companion. Sincerely,

You know why I should get this compainon without any work? Because it's a video game. When I pay my sub. That enttiels me to nice things. I shouldn't have to do a 10 part series quest. If you want me subbed to this game then THEY WILL modify their rules. It's a video game yet it's biased against people who don't do hard modes. I find it to be a complete waste of time to do hard modes. I have done random dungeons while leveling but never a hard mode. Now I have to jump thorugh al these hoops to get something that should come free. And what happens when I get it? I have re-do all the steps to get him added on other ALTs. Just GIVE IT TO US.
