I've played this game since launch and I have always stayed positive about the bugs when they happen to my mates (when I play I play on vent) and also when they happen to myself (and I have had quite a few...).
But I am so over this game now and I will most likely be quitting. Your in game support are horrible, all they reply with is something like "I'm sorry please read the patch notes that's all we can do at this time". When I sent my alt money and it went missing... sorry cant help... I killed a champion and it was "to far to loot" and same again we cant help sorry check forums. Now on my class quest for sniper right at the end of it chapter 3 I have a bug and they reply with check the forums... COME ON WHAT A JOKE?
Then you FINALLY release the game in Australia (what are we 2nd world gaming community) with only 3 servers which are FULL right away and you announce server transfer is in late April... So that means I have to still not do end content or I am forced to play a new character with 150 people in my area at all times and do it all over again. Well I don't want to level a character I already have 4 50's... Now you aren't saying anything about Legacy levels and you don't even know if they can transfer over with us..... so I've wasted this time getting some legacy levels, thanks!
Also you have said new races are in the next patch which will be out in March so why not do the patch 1st then release the Aussie servers so people can level from day 1 with the new races and not be like damn.. reroll again.... Looking a head helps you know?
This is really horrible customer service (I should know I work in the field and I'm studying in it). You guys should just not release things without knowing how it will work and same for announcing things.
Good luck in the future, I hope you can get it right and stop all these bugs, all the bad in game support responses and the fail launch with only 3 servers, 2 month transfer time and no name reservation.
