I've played this game since launch and I have always stayed positive about the bugs when they happen to my mates (when I play I play on vent) and also when they happen to myself (and I have had quite a few...). But I am so over this game now and I will most likely be quitting. Your in game support are horrible, all they reply with is something like "I'm sorry please read the patch notes that's all we can do at this time". When I sent my alt money and it went missing... sorry cant help... I killed a champion and it was "to far to loot" and same again we cant help sorry check forums. Now on my class quest for sniper right at the end of it chapter 3 I have a bug and they reply with check the forums... COME ON WHAT A JOKE? Then you FINALLY release the game in Australia (what are we 2nd world gaming community) with only 3 servers which are FULL right away and you announce server transfer is in late April... So that means I have to still not do end content or I am forced to play a new character with 150 people in my area at all times and do it all over again. Well I don't want to level a character I already have 4 50's... Now you aren't saying anything about Legacy levels and you don't even know if they can transfer over with us..... so I've wasted this time getting some legacy levels, thanks! Also you have said new races are in the next patch which will be out in March so why not do the patch 1st then release the Aussie servers so people can level from day 1 with the new races and not be like damn.. reroll again.... Looking a head helps you know? This is really horrible customer service (I should know I work in the field and I'm studying in it). You guys should just not release things without knowing how it will work and same for announcing things. Good luck in the future, I hope you can get it right and stop all these bugs, all the bad in game support responses and the fail launch with only 3 servers, 2 month transfer time and no name reservation.

I agree that this is upsettingl about the transferring! Almost 2 months to play my main or I have to make a new character and level it with 150 people right next to me... Good work guys. P.S I am very thankful for the servers in Australia and the PING of 20-50. It was amazing for the few min I tested it

A taken name is a taken name. Wont let you make a character with a name taken... They had better set something up about names and transferring because it's only fair to people who started months ago. Have more servers as well so we can at least have a chance at getting a name...

I tried to get a name as the serves came up but it was taken already. I also know other people who had the same issue. Get all your facts right

They should do something about names... It's really stupid and annoying if they don't.

Yep already open, PvP one is full, PvE is Heavy and RP is Standard I think.

How are you going to handle all the people making level 1's to save a name? When it comes to transferring our characters to these Australian servers the names we currently have will be taken and stored by a level 1 or new people.... Some people have had their names since December and to have other people come in and reserve them isn't right. Also please add more servers... the PvP server is already full and was full in less than 5 minutes.

I think in order to repair/destroy anything in Ilum that is to do with these PvP objects you should have to be level 50 and that level 12's shouldn't be able to log on and repair or destroy anything. People on Wall of Light are going on to a level 12 and then changing it to Imperial so that they or their friends can get the daily or weekly done.
