  1. Even with a guild it is near impossible. It took me nearly 3 weeks of spamming LFG for that mission before we were able to must 4 people to do it.
  2. 73ms and you think it is unplayable. have no lag here in the US and I usually ping around 75ms to 150ms with no real noticeable effects of lag.
  3. All I got from his post was his crying over nothing.
  4. CLICK the link he posted and go from there. Oh forget about it, even if you clicked the link you would probably still ask. You go to those areas listed on the link and search the area with your seeker droid. They are random spawns and do not appear in the same spot of those search areas constantly. It takes time and patience and if you have neither do not bother with them.
  5. Well it was held on the first day of the work week and many people in the US were at work or busy with other things. Now had they held this on a Saturday or Sunday evening it probably would have had a ton more people.
  6. ding ding ding.. we have a winner
  7. Courtney would you be able to find out if ( I am not saying they need to be specific ) will we ever see a full on Expansion to the game. It seems a lot of people are becoming negative and so far you all have not come out and tried to quell those fears. We have heard little snippets about the SSSP but we would just like a confirmation that it is really being worked on and if this will be our first full expansion to the game. I am the type of person that really loves the game but I also like seeing road maps of what the future will hold for the game. You don't have to give dates for when it is coming out but Bioware would do themselves a great deal of good press and good will if they would release a roadmap of future content that they want in the game or are currently working on.
  8. Just because it is delivered digitally doesn't mean it isn't a full expansion. Many gaming companies are forgoing physical expansion because doing it digitally are less expensive. Yes LotRo does have full blown expansions. I have had a lifetime account with that game since beta and they have had a couple full blown expansions. So stop talking about something you know nothing about.
  9. Just what are you basing your information on? LotRO has full blown expansions and is free to play and do many other games that are free to play. I think you may need to Google just a bit harder next time.
  10. The SSSP or Space project as you refer to it is gonna be a major expansion to the game. I am hoping they do announce that and at least have some playable demos for people to check out and some game play videos.
  11. I think Bioware has already made their stance on the issue of macros/addons. We will never see them and that is a good thing.
  12. I am not talking about using Cartel Coins, reread what I said. What I posed was something totally different but would yield the same result but without the use of Cartel Coins.
  13. Better yet they could do it like Eve Online does with their Plex. Allow people to buy one or three month subscription blocks of time and then sell it on the GTN to players for Credits. In essence people could theoretically play for free forever if they were rich enough. It would be a win/win for Bioware/EA since they lose no money on subs and other players are happy buying a month or so of sub time with Credits.
  14. You have two choices to fix it and they are both on your end. You can either 1. Buy a physical security key @ 4.99 (which is very cheap) or you can 2. Download the security key app for either the Iphone or Android phone (if you have one) which is free. You do one of those and your One time password woes go away, other then that the One time passwords are here to stay.
  15. Then perhaps maybe you should actually try reading what was said. How you got that they are shelving PvP is beyond me. Maybe going back and actually reading it may help you a bit.
  16. *waves* See you next patch cycle so you can claim you're leaving again.
  17. PvP did not keep this game afloat. That is the most assinine statement I have ever read. PvP has never kept any game afloat as they are a minority of the playerbase in MMO's (except for Eve Online). You guys think you're the center of every game when in fact it is quite the opposite. I PvP from time to time and my main is Valor level 58 (haven't done much PvP lately as I have been busy gearing up my PvE sets) so I am both a PvE and PvP player.
  18. Okay thanks for the laugh. PvP did NOT keep this game afloat and in fact PvP has NEVER kept any game afloat as the PvP'ers are a very small but vocal minority in any MMO. You can believe what you want but that is a fact.
  19. So losing 1% of about 1% of the community is alot of PvP'ers. I really hate to break this to you but PvP has never and will never make or break a game.
  20. Please say you will be announcing the first MAJOR expansion to SWTOR during E3 and if you do I hope it is the SSSP and hopefully you would have a working demo for people to check out. I think that alone would bring players back to the game in droves.
  21. I call BS on this. I have never had a problem with PvP with the warzone and 8 on 8 or even Ilum when we had open world pvp in that huge area. While some of you did have problems I would say it was more of a computer configuration was more of the problem then the game engine itself. Fact is PvP is not as popular as some of you believe it to be. I have played in tons of MMO's over the course of the past 20 years and I can state for a fact that PvP was never as popular as some of you seem to think it was.
  22. If you are so unsatisfied with the game then why are you continuing to stay subscribed? Just quit the game and go elsewhere. It is simple and easy to do. Fact is there will be many more expansions to the game and yes some will be smaller adventure packs like Makeb was and others will be major expansions such as the SSSP will be and was recently confirmed as still be actively worked on.
  23. Well you can do one of two things to get rid of that permanently. You can either A: Get a physical security key or B: download the security key app if you have a smartphone. Other then that the one time password is here to stay.
  24. There are interviews out there where a dev stated they have played it and it is absolutely amazing and nothing like we have in game now. You won't hear much more about it till it is in a more ready state. My guess is that the SSSP will be the first MAJOR expansion to the game.
  25. Google SSSP or the Super Secret Space Project for SWTOR and inform yourself.
