  1. I just rerolled from an rp-pvp server. LOL
  2. I have all but given up on all group quests. putting together a group in chat blows.
  3. Prices are high due to the low volume of crafted items for sale. Make more junk and it will all cost less. As for Legacy and vendor stuff, that stuff is well out of my price range. That is all end game stuff for me.
  4. I always find a buyer for the things I craft. I never sell lame greens. only the blues, purples. I reverse engineer the greens in the 20% hope of a new schematic. Some days I find I am the only one selling earpieces. Droid parts are all too common though. I have never found that no one buys stuff. I find there are not enough crafted items that I need. I think everyone picked Biochem so they could make cheap stims for themselves.
  5. We can hope. That would be so cool my head would explode.
  6. OK really? It is just the normal swoop bikes. The players are racing them around a map. you want them to create a new physics engine? LOL
  7. I haven't seen anyone racing on Ajunta Pall yet but This is a great idea. I love it when the players start to take over the direction of the game. Here's betting that this is an official feature to the game within six months. http://www.galacticswoop.com/
  8. I have a 34 smuggler and I was having all kinds of trouble getting groups together. I rolled an agent this afternoon and i have had no problems getting groups together. Same gameplay. Maybe cooler uniforms. The companion is creepy but all in all the other player seem to be nicer, more helpful on the sith side. Kind of ironic.
  9. No that is a helpful post. two points for you.
  10. "leaky eyed"....LOL thank you for giving everyone a fine example of the possible players you may encounter when you use the LFG tool. Even with players like you I still think the casual gamer could use the LFG. Fire away troll.
  11. I think this boils down to two groups as usual. Casual gamers and high level gamers. As usual the casuals just want to play on the weekends have a little fun. the high level gamers have twenty other "on-line friends" that they level with day in and day out. The LFG tool in WOW was not mandatory. You can still group with your guild. You can still beg for another player to help you in general chat if you like that. It just seems stupid to not have a tool that many users want and would use. Yes you will hook up with a lot of jerks sometimes, well maybe a lot of the time. But your quest still got done. It just seems better to have a tool that some wont use then to not have a tool that some would use.
  12. Any rumors on what the heck this leveling will do for us?
  13. I'm pretty happy with the game. They will more than likely add so many things over the next few years that any problems I have will be addressed. MMOs are kind of always in development. For good or for bad WOW was always changing it up. I think a lot of the complainers on these forums really want the game to be as polished as a ten year old game that has been tweeked continuously for those ten years.
  14. The casual player IS what these guys think is wrong with the community. LFG tool will get you hooked up with some real gems sometimes. WOW LFG used to make me so mad sometimes. This is worse. On ajunta pall I can't get a group together to do a 2+ or 4+ to save my life. It can take 20 minutes of standing around at the quest start. If I have time and I hear someone else begging for help on general chat I will jump in, other wise half the planets I have been on have quests that will never get done.
  15. LFD tool in WOW was used at your own risk. If you "had" to do a dungeon you used it. 50% of the time there was a least one jerk yelling "hurry, let's go, don't do it that way do it this way...." Sometimes I got a good group and we ran several more dungeons together because the chances of getting another "good" group was slim. In SWTOR I have all but given up on 2+ quests. Public chat has proved to be less than useful. The Who feature works, but very slowly. I am not one of those people that have four hours to wait for an answer. I guess if I played eight hours a day it might work out well. You have to decide if you can put up with the 12 year old jerks in LFG so that you can get your 2/4+ quests done. I think putting up with the jerks is worth it.
