What secondary stats are you looking for in your companion techblades? I hear a lot of people say "defense" but what else? (Accuracy, Alacrity, Surge, Sheild) If defense isn't the primary stat you're looking for, what is? (Crit or Power) Trying to make sure I have the best techblades possible atm and will be RE'ing them to get the best combos possible. Thanks, Swijr

Win = Daily/Weekly PVP Credit (most of the time) Stats = WZ Comms 3 Win = 1 Champ bag 8 Wins = 3 Champ bags Stats = 1 champ bag per 8 to 20 games depending on how good/bad you are Win > Stats When you have no more wins needed...then it's stat time. You only get penalized if you leave after the match starts or after you FIRST enter the WZ. This way you can see who you're playing with first. Swijr

That's why I never care when I end up in the middle of the ranks because I covered the ball carrier or ran around like a chicken with his head cut off on voidstar keeping folks off of doors. Admittingly, I don't consider myself a great pvp'er, but I'm pretty good at WZ's in terms what I need to do. I can't even understand your comments. The lack of basic grammar is painful. The bag change is perfect. I'm a lvl 50 and can now at least get the Centurion gear for set bonuses while I wait to finish off my champ set. Meanwhile, we get to do it all over again at 60 valor (currently at 54). Your complaint makes no sense since the bags were all RNG and literally ANYONE could get ANYTHING during a bag open. So you power leveled to 50. Opened 200 bags, have a full champ set and some noob comes up with 10 valor and has the exact same gear as you. It's all an RNG.... Your point is lost and just has no validity. Swijr

That's what I was looking for, thx for that link. I agree, critting low lvl stuff is teir'd rng. I don't crit many purple 50's, but I do so more often now that I have dumped a ton of gifts into my companion and now that I'm using him solely for weapon crafting. Swijr

And you'd be wrong since YOU'RE not crafting anything, your companions are. It's has everything to do with your companions and if I could find the thread, it was also stated by the devs (especially since the companions have bonuses for various crafting, gathering and mission skills). Aric Jorgan is my armstech bonus and I get TONS of crit'd weapons from him (his affect is at about 8k now). Yuun is my Investigation bonus and I get crits on Investigation missions more often than ever since I got his rep up to almost 9k. The same goes for my tank/droid for scavenging. My ship droid fails missions often and rarely (if ever) get's a crit on any mission/crafting. It's all about affection. Swijr

Regarding a post in the previous thread about what lvl crafted gear is on the GTN (saying it's all 50 gear), I disagree. I'm one of the few techblade crafters on my server. I make blades from lvl 25 through 50 (both blue and purple). While my prices are a little high, I have product there for everyone. I don't make guns at all because there's so many of them that are looted, that buying them is a waste. Barrels are "ok", but not my bread and butter. Good crafters should know that they'll make more $ from the 21 - 41 lvls than from the 50s (unless you're in biochem). Swijr

What's funny is that TOR missed the boat (and every other MMO for that matter) when it comes to crafting. If instead of named gear dropping from raids/FPs they had components drop, you could get a crafter involved and they could make the gear for you. Sure, it opens up the ability to sell what you loot and give non-raiders the chance to have good endgame stuff...but who cares? Having a sliced Krayt gun and comp armor made that game a ton of fun! (Especially when we had all black armor with red helms for PVP...it was a great look when we rolled 20 deep to fight the Imps! ) Customization...another miss with TOR. Swijr

Not entirely true. I was a Master Brawler, Master TKA, 3 lines in fencing and a Master Chef. I did end up dropping Master Brawler for more crafting/merchant skills once I was fully committed to it, but you can make due without it. Swijr

You hit the nail on the head Trenyc! That's what I miss the most. The "friends" and community that I had in game. The overflow of emails requesting product and me doing the same to tailors and BE's to get my products made. Spending countless hours crafting some of the most amazing stuff and then naming it the most off the wall names. It was still Vasarian Brandy, but could have easily been named "Save my life juice" with the same stats. Man, SWGEMU is looking good all over again. Swijr

You guys were my bread and butter as a master chef. I had some of the best food/drink buffs on my server from amazing spawns and great additives. Man, I miss that system! Swijr

ANY MMO that picked up HALF of what SWG had going on would get every SWG crafter in their game in a heart beat. So many people are trying to copy WoW...make something new guys, it's not that tough to make it work amazingly. Swijr

I'm making a ton of money with Armstech as well. Not sure why everyone is complaining about all the classes. There's something for everyone in every profession. You just need to work the GTN and know what is needed by everyone. Swijr

Since it's only been a little over a month, I'm still hopeful...but it's waning. I'm not going to pretend to know how to tackle the in game issues, but I can comment on the forums since I've been using and making them for years. Make 3 new forums under a "SERVER" Category: PVE, PVP and RP (don't allow posts in them). Under the applicable category, add a forum for each server. Under each server add a Guild (LFG and Guild promotion), PVP and Trade forum. The main server forum will be for general chat and PVE's, the 3 sub forums are self explanatory. I agree, there are a TON of servers and that equates to a TON of forums. But it's all DB space, it's not an impossible task. If it's a time issue, I'd gladly offer my time in exchange for sub time. I can whip it out in a day. Seriously guys, this is what your community wants. Thanks, Swijr

It's situational, I use it when I have the high ground/cover and it's either a great AOE or wasted and I stop shooting. It's great to have for PVP as a "if needed". I especially love it in Huttball when a group is running up and I just lead the short forward some and BANG, 5 players just got beat up. Swijr
