From a business point of view this is a massive nail in the coffin for this game. MMOs to survive need to cater for casual gamers, who have too many commitments to devote time to grouping, and just want an outlet to relax while they have time. This game seriously cannot afford to lose subcribers they don't have an abundance of them, and there are far too many less restrictive free to play games to compete with. Riding on the coattails of the upcoming "Star Wars" movie won't last long if you annoy customers, leave well alone in my opinion because I highly doubt it'll end well.

Agreed, after the nerf the Contraband Slot machine is completely useless once you've maxed the faction it's pretty much just taking up space in the stronghold, I won't be buying packs to get another I'll just grab access to a stronghold with one max the faction then leave. If people were moaning about the games economy then maybe give out different prizes. I won't be spending all my credits using mine to get a re-skinned walker mount when I have faction to buy the yaven 4 version. Slot machine idea was good as it encouraged people to come visit strongholds and gave them more of a use, but unfortunately slot machine now is just a boring money sink. But on a lighter note I can put my crafted stuff on auction house at much higher prices.

I agree it is misleading. I have 100% complete but pretty low prestige compared to the public rankings, but my Nar Shadda stronghold looks nice I didn't want to throw every mount I had just for points because I like the rooms to look like they have a purpose. I also thought when I looked at the public listings that the high prestige ones must be awesome, but they were a mess of random uninteresting mounts and randomly placed furniture.

Think I had my chances to flirt when first acquired Vector and I didn't, I have raised his affection to max with gifts, being nice and quests etc, but now I've level 50 and he's talked about his diplomacy stuff so guessing I should have flirted. There should be something you can give/do if you change your mind in the future.
