TL;DR - A list of Bioware's increasingly bewildering and seemingly illogical decisions. Please provide links to other posts made my Bioware staff to add to this compendium of how to not communicate with your player base, and how not to run an MMO.
Completely ignoring 759 members of the PVP community (and that’s just the players who read forums).
Ignoring their customers demands as well as ******** all over the advice they requested from the people who play their game. In this instance, Bioware tells every Sage with a complaint - "L2P" - and that its the player's responsibility to manage gross imbalance through strategy.
As if once wasn't enough, Bioware copy and paste some of the most glaringly mirrored responses to their customers as well as, again, ******** all over the advice they requested from the community.
I do wonder if the developers get any job satisfaction from knowing that the only reason people play their game is because of the license, not the content, game play, service, or game design. And the only reason why they still have jobs is because of the Cartel Market - which was in fact born out of their initial failure to maintain a successful game.
Your customers are trying to tell you something Bioware. Listen, or you'll end up in the same mess you found yourselves in 2012, when you begged for your customer's forgiveness for not listening.
