My view of balancing class Trooper.
I wish to make a class dynamic and balanced against other classes.
Please rename the threads "Reanimation Vanguards (PowerTech)" to Reanimation Vanguards (PowerTech) & Commando (Mercenary)

Vanguard (PowerTech)
(new!)Abilities:
Repulse Load – Converts 4 charges Shoulder Cannon to defensive mode, absorbing 15% of incoming damage and returning the 20% incoming direct range, tech and force damage to the attackers as a kinetic damage over 5 seconds, then the effect decreases by 5% every 1 seconds.
Swap the talents in the talent tree – Soldier’s Endurance with Overcharged Cell Capacitor .

Assault Specialist
Assault Plastique – add. Reuse abilities undermines the explosives, or he detonates after 4 seconds.
Adrenaline Fueled – (remove damage reduction by [15/30]%) . add. Increases your defense chance by [17,5/35]% for 6 second.
Riot Augs– add. High Impact bolt pierces 3 enemies standing on the firing line at a distance of 30 meters. Prime target taking the damage by 100%, others 80%.
Patronage – add new talent. Reduces the cooldown of Sticky Grenade 5 sec., Shoulder Cannon 20 sec. (1 point)
Burnout – add. Increases critical chance Full Auto by [5/10/15]% and the damage dealt Full Auto by [30/50/70]% to burning targets below 30% max health.
Degauss – (remove Increases your defense chance by [12,5/25]%). add. At activating Diversion the enemy is losing you as a target and you can not be a target for 2 seconds. (1 point)
Assault Trooper – add. Increases the critical bonus damage of Sticky Grenade [15/30]%.
Ionic Accelerator – add. Sticky Grenade has a 60% chance to finish the cooldown on High Impact Bolt and make next High Impact Bolt free.

Tactics
Combat Tactics – (remove automatic critical hit of High Impact Bolt). add. Damage dealt by Stockstrike increases kinetic damage your next Gut by 120%.
Battering Ram – add. Ion Pulse has a [20/33]% chance to trigger a chain reaction striking 3 targets within 10 meters
Pulse Generator – add. While active High Energy Cell....
Blaster Augs – add. High Energy Cell: increases internal and elemental damage reduction by 5%.

Defense
Guard Cannon – add. Repulse Load no longer costs charges Shoulder Cannon.

Abilities:
Combat Support Cell – add. Targeting an ally with Full Auto will heal the target for 130% of your damage dealt by Full Auto.

Combat Medic
Bacta Infusion – Cooldown 17 secunds.
Probe Medic – add. 1 charge Trauma Probe heals up to 5 allies within 10 meters of the targeted ally .
Trauma Probe – add. When Trauma Probe is activated, increases the regeneration targeted ally by X heals per second.
Preventative Medicine – add. Using Kolto Bomb increases generate energy cell by [1/2] per second over 12 sec.
Armor Screen – add. Reduce the cooldown of Reactive Shield by 30 sec.
Kolto Pods – add. Increases the critical chance of Kolto Bomb by 15%. In Addition Kolto Bomb builds 4 charges of Combat Support Cell
