This game is such a fking joke.

Let me guess. You have 20 toons, all below level 30. ****. No one is trying to be special, they're genuinely furious because this isn't fair. Go spread your denial somewhere else.

I spent more than half of all my credits (I'm a pvper) in 2 days with this nonsense. I chose to spend my time playing the new content through (how unreasonable), I didn't expect that I'd be penalized for it. You really are the worst dev team I have ever experienced in any game (I started with Asheron's Call in '99 or so).

I love that the millions of credits I've had to spend since 3.0 are now a complete waste, I'll never get back. I didn't even level fast. Nice job, Eaware, as usual. What a fking joke.

You know, it's probably silly, but I honestly feel like the devs really ARE punking pvpers. After all that has happened (and hasn't happened), it's the only thing that makes sense. That's obviously a conspiracy theory, but it's just as useful as expecting anything to change. Nothing will change. After the pvp population left the first time, it became pretty clear that they wouldn't be wasting any time trying to keep the remaining players (hell, those players would obviously sub either way). I think Eaware has thoroughly proven that they don't know much about pvp. In fact, proving this seems to be what they focus most of their time on...aside from the cartel market. It's useless to pretend it could be different. It won't be. Generally speaking, this is by far the worst run mmo I have ever played. It is a fun game - in spite of the devs, not because of them. Unless another round of firings happen, I see no reason to expect anything is going to change.

Your medicine must be a lot stronger than mine, OP. I'm not even sure we're playing the same game.

Could you make another thread with the same format that offers nothing? I don't feel like you've done it enough this week. Besides, everyone knows quality pvpers are all jagoffs. You can't get good without being irritated by the shoddy play of others. It's a symptom of the pvp universe. That's just the way it is. You can dress it up however you like, but it's the truth. If you are even the least bit good at pvp, you're probably an arsehole if you pug. I imagine it's the same for raiders, but I wouldn't know from experience, in that case. All I know is, before I learned to play, I was much more tolerant of others. The second you glean an idea of what's really going wrong, you're probably a match or two away from consistently raging from there on out.

There are two problems with this idea: 1. It is a good one. 2. It is about PVP. Because of both of those things, it probably won't happen.

There are certainly hacks (Eaware has said so, themselves, and there are countless videos), but they're exceedingly rare. I've probably witnessed ten or so actual instances since original beta. That's in person. I've seen more on videos. Lest we forget, the Gingerz debacle, as an example. I Even so, the VAST MAJORITY of hack claims in this game, are simply from people who don't know all of the abilities. I haven't seen a genuine hack in probably over a year. It's not a problem. Never was. Again, that's not to say it hasn't occurred, it's a fact that it has. But, the scale has never been worth sneezing at.

I queue solo 99% of the time, and always have. I have never had an issue with premades. Sure, you get stomped from time to time, but it's not like they have extra stats or anything. They're no different than your team of pugs, especially since half of them aren't even using voice comms. I've found that on the rare occasion where I queue with just one other person, the difference is huge, despite not using coms. That's not because we communicate better or have some secret power. It's because the two of us aren't mouthbreathers, which means there's two less on our team. The real heart of the premade problem is the pugs they're playing against being terrible. That's as far as the problem goes. In fact, I wouldn't even say there IS premade problem. There isn't. Hell, watch a video. Most premades are just friends, and are rarely even discussing the warzone they're in. haha.They stomp you, because they don't suck as individual players....not because they're such a finely tuned unit.

You bought the CE a long time ago. It came with extras. Why you feel entitled to something extra with every major patch is beyond me. Besides, it's a f2p game now. You're going to keep getting shafted, because you don't deserve anything. Deal with it. Eaware has your money already.

I thought that was a pretty fair assessment, OP. To be perfectly honest, other than Asheron's Call (my first), this is by far the funnest mmo I've played. I've had a blast in this game, particularly because I play mostly solo. The problem, however, is the same that it's always been. This is, by far, the worst game I've ever played in terms of developer management. It is an abject failure in that regard. It's a damned joke, really. I'll be around until shortly after housing, just because I'm curious. Really, I'm here because I don't particularly like any of the recent mmos that released. I'm praying to the gamer gods that Archeage will save me. Time will tell. Also, if you've been through every server merge, you probably have the same feeling I do right now. The more it starts coming up, the more serious you have to take it. I don't mean that in the sense that I think it's going to happen. I mean more along the lines of the population dying again, across servers. I've seen lots of people brush worries aside recently, but if you think server populations are fine, you're lying to yourself.

At first, I would have said to suck it up - you're just clicking a mouse. I'm where you're at now, though. It's ridiculous how often it needs to be done. Literally, multiple times, every time I log onto a toon on the fleet. There has to be another way. If not the OP's suggestion, then something else. And, again, I agree that all you have to do is click your mouse a couple of times, so it's not that big of a deal. At this point, though, it's the principle of it. It's that whole "why is nothing being done" feeling.
