Would you rather have a massively powerful group striving toward evil domination and killing EVERYTHING in their way, or a massively powerful group striving toward killing the other massively powerful force to protect everyone else? I disagree. Sure the predators have more endurance, but the Fetts have way more Aim and Alacrity. As soon as the preds shot something, they would know where they are and spam whatever move the Bounty Hunter's equivalent to "Grav Round" is and then hit 'em with a cryo grenade and heal themselves, repeat and done. Also, their ship is way too OP to lose.

All I wanted to do was sit down and play a fancy-shmancy new mmo. I used to play WoW for 7 hours at a time with no problems. I have absolutely nothing that could ever possibly, remotely have even a minuscule chance of causing BSOD's downloaded or installed on my near brand-new computer. I get swtor, play for a few hours, BAM blue screen. I restart my computer thinking it was a random fluke, play a bit more and BAM another one. This repeated a few times, I did some research, and found many people with the same problem. TL;DR Not my computer's fault. He is a nice boy.

I just hope their *other* team is working as hard (if not harder), AKA the bugs team. Please stop causing blue screens swtor!

Ok, this might sound like a very dumb question, but what kind of case should I pick? I do not want to get the best video card, motherboard, and all that other stuff just to find out that they are too big for the case I chose. Does the case even make a difference other than size?

I want the best computer for Swtor and World of Warcraft. Highest possible FPS, 0% lag (unless it is caused by network or game itself, otherwise avoidable), highest graphical settings applied, etc. Simple as that. Any help at all is appreciated! TL;DR BEST. COMPUTER. 4. SWTOR. EVER.

OK. New Question. I have done some mild research on computers, and found one I might like. The "CyberPower PC Black Pearl." It comes with 2 Nvidia GTX 580's and a bunch of other cool stuff on it, and is kinda cheap compared to Alienware or something. Is it worth it, in terms of bang 4 buck?

lol, its not like i will rage over the difference of about 5-10 fps between the best-of-the-best cards. i just dont want to BSOD after a couple hours like on my "regular" computer. i will just wait it out and see how the 600 series looks.

so basically i should just choose the cheaper card from either company. considering most of their cards are mirrors of each other, much like swtor's classes are across factions, the main difference is the name.

The reason I need to know these things is because as soon as possible, I plan to go on what I call "Gaming Binges." I have little-to-no time during weekdays to play, so I do all of it at once on the weekend. 48 hours at once isn't too unlikely for what I have planned. Just so you know

so if i were to decide on nvidia, would i get the GTX 580 or the GTX 590? I have read that they are each better than the other for different things. also, i would probably only have room for one card. Also, what is the effect of having two cards? Does it increase performace or something?

so since ATI released the HD 7000 series, i should wait for the GTX 600 series to compare them? I can wait a few months if it results in a better choice.

is there a difference between mmo games and, say, a shooter or something? i hear that they use different parts of the card or something.

Calling all computer experts! Please give me some insight as to which brand's cards offer better PERFORMANCE for MMORPG's such as Swtor or the game-that-shall-not-be-named? Take each company's best card overall and compare them, who comes out on top? Price does not matter. I want to be able to run this game for 48 hours continuously with no lag, fps, crashing or other issues to get an idea of usage rates.

I play swtor as a single-player rpg that has multiplayer capabilities. Other people are there for help and stuff, but I ignore them 99% of the time.

Alright so I should be fine this time. 2 levels ahead, geared through armormech, done with class quest, etc. No real reason to stick around and do under leveled quests.

Are you allowed to skip the planet's side quests if you are a few levels ahead? I am 22 on Taris and want to move on to Nar Shadaa. I know you need your class quests though, duh. Thanks.

So does that mean I do need a tank? I am fine with that, but no healer companion is a little disappointing for me lol. And for reference, the only thing I will play is solo PVE for leveling, then worry about endgame. Are my healing abilities, not specced, good enough for my class quests/solo quests? I'm basically figuring out which advanced class is "easier" and more fun to level.
