Who wants to explain HEC to me. Because as of now, the only thing i can see it being used for is to get a bigger crit. Plasma and Ion are better in every single way, something should be done about HEC to keep it on par with the other two.

I was so looking forward to these with 1.2, but didnt look too far into what they did specifically other than boost speed temporarily. When the time finally came that I could purchase them, I was somewhat disappointed. I was hoping they would be a speed boost similar to that of the consular/inquisitors. Turns out its just a mount speed boost for 12 seconds that cant be used in combat, you get knocked off of as soon as you enter combat and cannot be used in warzones. Honestly I think I would just prefer if you cut down the boost to a stackable 30% that can be used in combat or something for that 12 seconds other than this mount type thing atm. Or even better I would have preferred the rocket boots to being a scaling mount, which I knew wasn't their initial purpose. Sure its fun being Iron man every 30 seconds, but I feel as if that 4.5 mil could have been better placed.....

I've been using the 7/3/31 build since the day I hit 50, so about the 16th of December ( early access), I don't know if I would say I created it, but it I am a strong proponent of it. It offers everything I love about vanguard, bursty dmg, survivability and mobility. I have a few videos up if you would like to see it in action. Just look up lvl 50 vanguard on youtube, you will find a few videos, 2 of them being the spec above (assault pvp and 50 bracket assault).

I have tried so hard to get used to Plasma Cell, seeing that 1200 dmg over 6 seconds is pretty crazy, but i gotta say, it is NOT worth it for me man. TBH, dispelling has rarely been an issue for me yet, including pre-mades vs pre-mades and countless 1v1's with those who can dispel. I have spent spent probably around 4 mil on respecing back and fourth between assault ion, assault plasma, tactics ion and tactics plasma, and so far, assault with ion cell is whats bringing the most success.

Hmmm, im going to have to say, sometimes. They are pretty ridiculous if they ever get the chance to do their dmg, but its pretty difficult with all the cc in this game. Overall tho, with their group buffs, they are pretty nice to have with you, just for them alone.

I get 500k regularly on my vanguard. Now thats an exception.

Thanks for posting my video. I gotta say, I'm glad I didn't record any of my 5k crits though with what this topic is about... did I just say that? oops? And yeah, I'm a partial clicker. Do have about 7 or 8 moves bound, but my stims and self buffs are not.

This video shows exactly why I dont like tactics, its pretty much a one and done spec. Oh and Spamming only ion pulse is boring as hell. Oh and if you're trying to 1v2 anything with a healer? forget about it, you wont be doing much. You do a pretty decent job with it tho. props.

I can match your dmg, exceed it normally, and do it while moving! Oh, and not being able to be interrupted is why I do more dmg than you. Oh and if more than 1 person is on me im not automatically screwed. Oh, and I see bigger critz. Oh, and my armor looks better. Oh, and I got grappling hook.

I gotta say, I prefer the random Item in a bag to the chance at getting a single commendation. Maybe its just me, but the drop chance on these bags so stupid considering you can only get 2 a day, excluding weeklies. I finish my first entire pvp set in less than a week of champion, and 3 whole sets in about 2. and now Im going on my 3rd week as BM and have maybe a 3rd of the set. Really I guess I'm just complaining because I was so lucky at getting Champion gear and now I'm feeling the pain of no bag drops.
