Does no one remember Grand Moff Tarkin bossing Vader around?

I love the new lightsaber! My Jedi Sentinel looks awesome with those and the black and yellow Outlaw chest piece. I'll have to post a pic later.

If you don't like it DON'T BUY THEM! No one is forcing any player to buy the cartel packs. It's not a requirement to play the game. Nothing stops working if you don't buy cartel packs. So take a chill pill and play on.

Dark Age of Camelot did this nearly 15 years ago. There's no reason they couldn't do it now since most of the robes use the same model with different textures. They don't actually need an animation to show the character putting the hood up or down.

I don't want this to come off in a mean way, but maybe you shouldn't play an MMO. I don't typically jump into someone else's fight, but sometimes I'll watch and if it looks like someone needs help I'll jump in or throw out a heal or two. It's an MMO. MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER.

Oh people will complain. People always complain. It's what our society does now. We find ways to turn every positive into a negative. Personally I love stuff like this. Yes I sub and that costs money, but it's not part of my original agreement as a subscriber, so it's free to me and a nice bonus!

I would just love the option to lower or raise my hood. We had the option in Dark Age of Camelot years ago so it can't be that difficult to code.

...and I can't believe what an obvious rip off of Star Conflict it is! I have to say I was more than shocked. On the upside I knew exactly how to play since I've put in a ton of hours in Star Conflict.

Kind of sucks because I didn't even come close to getting enough faction to buy a single thing I wanted. I have enough canisters, but still only the first level faction with THORN.

Well here's my two examples from last night...doing my dailies in the tunnels. No one around and I hit my Mortar Volley at the three mobs I've pulled. As it's firing off a 55 Jug runs right through it which flags me immediately for PVP. Being only level 45 he proceeds to stop and kill me. Now there was plenty of room for him to go around me, but I went with it was an accident and he thought I started it. Until I revived and he proceeded to come after me as soon as I pulled again. Later I got into a group and we were doing the moss. As we were fighting a champ a group of flagged Emps run in and start circling around the area. As soon as someone hit an aoe they all make a bee line for us immediately flagging us and then proceed to wipe our group. I watched them do the same thing to two other groups. At this point I don't see any reason why PVP is allowed in the tunnels and I feel it should be a PVP free area. As a Tank I shouldn't be forced to limit the abilities given to me to play my roll because someone else feels the need to be a jerk. On top of that I don't have all day to keep going and waiting for the flags to drop. If I remember correctly this was an issue in WoW and they removed the ability for someone to be flagged in that way for the very reason it was seen as a flawed mechanic.

My 45 Trooper got the canister last night.

Hehe. First time I got this I was infected at the GTN and fell asleep in front of my computer. Woke up and my character was dead and I had the completion screen up with rewards. No work on my part at all.

I've been very positive about this game since I came back to it. I left just after the last Rakghoul event to troll around some other MMO's and am really glad I decided to give this another go.
