  1. This is what I wrote in the "Cancel my subscription" textbox, I think it sums up my thoughts pretty well and the box didn't accept more than 2000 chars so I had to keep it short aswell!
  2. I just got it also  Ashardis, Assasin Tank <Guardians of Stars> Atho City EU Imperial
  3. Seriously, why don't you see what a unique and awesome position Artifice has in 1.2? First of all - for all non-Mercenaries/Marauders (and the reppie counterparts) Artifice will be the ONLY source for BiS offhand crafting. Yes, you get nice offhand token drops in the operations, but do they have Augment slots? Nope, only a nice artificer can RE these offhands, hopefully learn the schematic and then proceed to critcraft them for maximum effect. Secondly - Since Enhancement mods don't have any classbound stat on them (Aim/Cunning/Str/WP) you'll have so much more options to make a killing in 1.2 Whenever there's an armor piece that noone can use or wants, loot it, strip the enh mod, RE the enh mod, learn it and now you can craft a zillion of them. Just like in 1.1x where noone wanted the 40stm/51acu/21def enh so prevalent on tier tanking gear and everyone craved the 40stm/51shield/21 def or whatever, so will there be some BiS enhancements in 1.2 So get out there, grab some gear, strip the enh, learn the schematics and craft for max profit. As has been mentioned, getting some lower mats requirement orange lightsaber schematics would also not be amiss while everyone is craving for augment slots in mh slot also.
  4. As the title says : Please make a Willpower Tanking Relic from Matrix Shards! The lvl 50 matrix shard tanking relic is currently only found in 2 varieties, depending on whether you're a force user or not. Matrix Cube M7-Y3 : +52 Strength, +60 Endurance, +18 Defense Rating. Matrix Cube M7-Y3 : +52 Aim, +60 Endurance, +18 Defense Rating. Meanwhile WP using classes get to use this : Matrix Cube M7-R3, +50 Endurance, +58 Willpower, +24 Critical Rating and there is no other alternatives from Matrix shard relics at lvl 50. For Forceusers 3 Yellow gives a Str tanking relic as listed above, 3 Green gives a Str dps relic and 3 red gives the listed WP dps relic. One would then assume that a forceuser making a 3 blue shard relic would get a WP tank relic, but alas - we get an Aim dps relic I think it's a bit unfair that both Aim-using tanks and Str-using tanks get a matrix-shard relic with defense on it, when Willpower-using tanks don't. I just don't see why you would give Aim & Str tanks a tanking shard relic and not WP tanks Thanks for reading.
  5. The Armor/Mod rank 23 and above do exist. You buy the rank 23 from Mission Support Vendor for 8 daily tokens each (only armor/hilt/barrel, not mod) in either Belsavis or Illum. You get these tokens as reward for doing dailies. If you do the 2-4m hc dailies there, you get 3 tokens AND depending on the quest a Mod/Enhancement/Armor rank 23. I don't know if these can be RE'd to get the recipe for them, BUT I do know that the recipe requires an epic crafting mat that only drops from the high level hardmode FP's/Ops (I got one from False Emperor HM and Soa normal mode 8m) So welcome to Cybertech 400, make your grenades and rides, then swap to biochem, get to 400, get the 5 reusable stims/adrenals/medpack (2/2/1) for your class, then go level something worthwhile that will make you money. As it is, everything cybertechs can craft to make creds (APART from Ship upgrades rank 6) can be had better from a few daily tokens/quests. The only notable exception are earpieces, but to get a worthwhile prefix for your earpiece (and not some useless +presence!!) when you get a schematic, you need to be lucky. Still with that, you need to crit on the crafting and produce an earpiece with an augment slot for it to beat the 120 daily token earpiece (120 takes ~6 days if you make ALL dailies) So yes, call me embittered - Cybertech was my first love - but now I'm biotech 400, sticking with it until I get 2 more Biometric crystals for my offspec stim/adrenal, then I'll do something else. And yes, I can still use my grenades/BoP ride from cybertech while having biochem And the biochem epic bop reusable consumables are also usable without biochem. And to answer your RE question - everytime you RE an item, you have X% chance to learn the next higher schematic (prototype from green, artifact from prototype), so it doesn't matter if you RE 10 of the same items at once or one by one. If you do it one by one, you can stop crafting once you have the schematic instead of wasting mats on crafting the lower version. (Note rank 24-25 mods are gotten by pulling them out of columni/rakata weapons *sigh*)
  6. What I think most people overlook is the fact that with 3 Biometric Crystals from Hardmode FP bosses or EV normal bosses and a little time, you can get to 400 Biochem and reap ALL the BoP benefits and then drop it like it's hot and go back to skilling up Cybertech/Armstech/whatever again You don't NEED Bioanalysis (although you'll either have to be lucky at the GTN or know someone who has it) and you certainly do NOT need Diplomacy. That means you only need to drop your current crafting skill and maybe your gathering skill to get Biochem/Bioanalysis. Once you get them both up to 400, you can gather the green quality mats + the BoP mats and make your flavour of stim/medpack/adrenal (and maybe your offspec stim/adrenal for 2 Biometric crystals more). These epic, reusable, 120m duration, "significantly better than the craftable non-BoP epic stims" do NOT have a requirement for you to have Biochem to use them. So once you have them crafted, drop Biochem/Bioanalysis and go back to whatever you had before and spend another day levelling that back up and enjoy the fact that THIS time 'round you didn't have to skill up your mission skill also The same goes with Cybertech Grenades/BoP rides.. these are also still usable by ppl who don't have Cybertech anymore. So either BW will add in the "This item requires Biochem(1)" or they'll accept that all worthwhile raiders will maybe have 5 epic reusable grenades and most definitely 5 epic reusable stim/adrenal/medpacks that are infinitely better than whatever else is available as BoE, thus ruining any chance SWTOR had as having a buff-consumable economy..
  7. Wait until you enter an Operation in normal mode. Boss dies. You get 3 loot popups - 2 Biometric Crystals and 1 Cybertech Ear Schematic (for an Aim/End piece). All crafters need on both Biometric Crystals, the 2 Cybertechs Need on the schematic. The Assasin Cybertech wins it and discovers that the earpiece is BoP, so if he crafts it, he can't trade it or sell it. But the Recipe is BoP, so it's just too late. Then someone looks at the boss. They see 4 items, but the items apparently already have been distributed.. So the Assasin tank gets a nice epic WP/End/Alacrity head instead of the Sorcerer who actually wants it. The same Assasin tank gets a WP/End/Crit belt over the Assasin DPS who is also there. Some epic boots are handed out to someone who already have them, instead of to a player who actually wants it as an upgrade. And last but not least, 1 piece of loot is distro'd correctly.. And now that you're reading this, you're thinking : "Hah, they forgot to change loot mode". But alas, you can't change loot mode in Normal Ops.. well, you can try, but it won't take effect, so all the actual loot is distro'd by the server in accordance to some very limited rules. And don't worry, if you make a ticket to re-distro one item, you'll get a copy-pasted message saying that this bug has been noted down and given over to the development team. So - the morale of this story - there's only more injustice ahead PS : In hard and nightmare mode ops the loot distro CAN be changed and it does work.. only thing you're missing is a /roll command to randomly determine who wins a given item. With ML on, there IS an option to give it to a random Ops group member, but it can't be narrowed down to a subset of the Ops Group members.
