I think it's only certain rakghouls in a certain area that can infect you, I tried once just killing all except one of them and then just had him hit me over and over while my companion healed me. stood there for 3-4 minutes before some idiot wandered by and killed it... Then I moved to another area and got the infection right before I got killed by one of the big ones. Still, it got the job done.

Both my trooper, Jedi knight and consular have had options that involved flirting...not nearly as many as my smuggler, but they're there. Only seen the Flirt option with one of my Empire characters however...

Glad I'm not the only one having problems with this ****, I'm a lvl36 Vanguard speccing as a tank and using Elara Dorne to heal, I last about 15 seconds against this guy, something is waaay off here. And if you have to level up and bring friends to take this guy down then maybe someone should correct the mission log information, until they do I'll just assume that someone ****ed up... Bioware fix this ********.

Yes, you are the Republics most elite soldier...and obviously you can't order Padawans around because the Jedi Order is not part of the Republic military, it's a religious order with it's own agenda, that just happen to be on the same side as the Republic. The sith big wigs on the other hand call the shots in the Empire, regardless of what the moffs say. About your attempt at trolling? I think not. No, it's not nearly as sterile as WoW, and I can say that despite only having played 14 days of that money milking machine Blizzard calls a game. And there are plenty of roaming npcs, plenty of enviromental scenes playing out, I sure as hell never saw a bunch of guys charge other guys while gryphons flew overhead while their riders batteled each other in WoW... You might want to check out Balmorra, NPC's are fighting all over the place. turrets fire in the distance, fighters chase each other across the sky, bombs fall, sith apprentices charge the resistancefighters lines etc etc. So yes, you're trolling and failing at it - hard.

You can solo Flashpoints that are grey in your quest log (below your level range) to easily obtain Orange gear, now simply replace the low level mods with some that fit your current level and you're ready for a night on the town in your hot new outfit that other guy ninja'd the first time you ran the FP.

Things you have equipped won't be removed if you stray from the alignment, you just won't be able to remove it and then re-equip it until you are within specs. I had a Dark I lightsaber equipped at one point, when I gained more LS points and lost the Dark I rank it didn't pop out of my inventory or anything, the only thing that happened was that I got a "damaged item" message above my portrait saying I couldn't use one of my equipped items any more...didn't stop me from killing lots of npcs with it.

hot tip: you can do flashpoints by yourself and get all it's loot for yourself after it grey out in your quest log, oranges still drop even if you are too high level but enemies won't be able to hurt you (I resist or dodge all damage when I plow through esseles or hammer station at lvl30). You'll have to replace mods and all that but you get the gear for it

I hate the Counsular Shadow and Inquisitor...nothing to close the distance with and half-arsed range on most abilities (20m? come on, get with the program, give me 30 or give me *BLARGH*!) It's annoying the hell out of me.

companions are Biowares way of making sure nobody ends up like that Korean kid who played for days on end without eating, sleeping etc. and then died. The companions will annoy you until you get sick of it and log off for a while so you can sleep and eat.
