  1. I'm actually very pleased with class balance at the moment. It's important you understand that a class is not overpowered simply because they have an advantage over yours. Edit: I may have misunderstood. ;p
  2. I've concluded that you haven't given assault specialist a real try based on a number of your comments. Respec assault specialist. It's far less reliant on abilities with activation times.
  3. A view distance slider was present in the beta and I'd really love to know where it went and when I can expect it's return. My FPS would improve drastically with its re-implementation.
  4. It's true, I don't know what I'd do without AA. Now if only my card could affect view distance.. >_>'
  5. Wasn't there a view distance gauge under graphics settings during the beta? Why was this feature excluded at launch?
  6. Apparently those who have registered up to late November will get their invites tomorrow (expect the last wave, if anything).
  7. Make sure that you registered for EGA, it isn't enough to just pre-order.
  8. Thanks everyone! *Queue the awaited sigh of relief*
  9. I pre-ordered October 11th but didn't register for EGA until the 2nd of November because, well, I can be a little dense at times.
  10. The following is listed under my code redemption history: "Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Early Game Access: Ready to patch." This means that I've successfully registered for early access, right? Thank you in advance for begrudgingly addressing my obvious question.
  11. No, I just mean his analogy doesn't accurately represent the matter being discussed. Try to keep up.
  12. I don't believe the complaining in regards to EGA is justified, but he shouldn't have written off the community's concerns like that. How unprofessional.
  13. Your post is a little overstated to be fair, though I do agree to an extent. This game's quality has certainly surpassed my expectations by no small margin.
  14. Let me clarify this, because like the gunner, an assault specialist must also remain still to maximize damage (being that charged bolts and full auto refresh high impact bolt's cooldown and remove its cost if talented appropriately). The difference is that the assault specialist will deal more damage on the move and the gunner while the opposite is true. Both need to plant their feet to shoot to the best of their ability.
  15. How have I not seen this guy before? Absolutely made my day.
