  1. I haven't seen a post on this in a while. And it may get moved to technical support. But im not seeking a solution. Im asking if im the only one having the issue. My Laptop is perfectly capable of running the game its an Alienware m14x, a mid-high range 'gaming' laptop, designed to run games like this highest quality without breaking a sweat, it surpasses the recommended specs which are usually set too high anyway. For example. Recommended Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz or better. My Laptop: Intel ® Core i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30GHz Recommended RAM for Window's 7: 2GB. My Laptop: 6GB. Recommended Graphics Card (nVidia): nVidia 7800 or better. My Laptop (nVidia): nVidia GeForce GT 555M. And lets face it this games graphic's aren't high-end top of the class. My laptop can run games like Skyrim on Ultra with no frame-rate issues, If Skyrim isn't a good example, then please show me a game which will test my laptop's performance. I'm just wanting to know if there is anyone else who is experiencing low FPS with a system which is perfectly capable, even on the fleet. I'm asking because these issues were supposed to be fixed, memory leaks etc.
  2. Haha, this is brilliant. To sum it up for every question answered "Were thinking about it, but we've not actually done anything". And these are the questions they answered.
  3. They'll answer question's which people likely asked out of a joke, just to simply avoid having to answer question's like "Are there any movements toward more endgame content?"

  5. Grammatical Crusade #1331441890 The game is 'Too' easy.
  6. I didn't look at it that way. My point about being in a game with an iron fist. I would find it somewhat discouraging to play a game where I know if I did one thing wrong I wouldn't be given a second chance. Perhaps not a character deletion right away, which is what the OP is calling for.
  7. Some good points... Although some are just to skip annoying points in the game, they shouldn't fix them by putting them into legacy they should just fix them.
  8. This Is an absolutely brilliant idea.. No rages, quick space-barring action if its been done already. Love it. although enemies should be at perhaps 60-70% hp, seeing at its difficult to gear 3 companions, so they may suck. (just a thought)
  9. I would agree to some extent. All republic endgame gear is a poor excuse for high-end finishing armour. The designers really need to put more effort into the republic side. And empire side alike... Although the empire side... they've got at least one good set of endgame per class, Warrior pvp Great.
  10. Thats simply ruling with an Iron fist. Which puts off quite a large customer base. Don't get me wrong, Exploitation negates many other players, and as a republic player the Exploiters on Ilum effected Pvp to the extent where we didn't win a game for a good week. But I think they've already received their punishment in aspect of ending the fun. The feeling of achievement, which you don't get when you cheat/exploit your way through. At battlemaster there is literally nothing to do at this early stage, no pvp charts etc. So let them exploit with perhaps a 3 day ban, but when they get back, what will they do?
  11. I beg to differ.. low level healers are still extremely effective. I know because I am one, 170k in total heals and 60k damage in a game, I was managing 75% the amount of average damage, and healing at a rate which kept players alive in a 6v6. Poor playing is 50% player 50% gear/levels. (25% for each if you want to get picky). You cant remove all bad players so you cant remove all low level players.
  12. He's already come back from a blow which would have killed a normal sith. (trailers). But its not even the point, he was far too easy to defeat, it could have left a large opportunity for more content, wiping him in just one small flashpoint seems a waste. He was so meaty!
  13. Hmm thats what I thought, but still have doubts.
  14. Good! Deceptive though... the game isn't actually that good lol.
  15. Ofcourse it is, but he wanted a perfect game... Really?
  16. The implications of being pushed off the edge suggest he's dead end of.
  17. Lol, i'd like you to take note on the silence of this topic.. The amount of times people have called for better textures etc, and its gone 'unheard' the devs seem to have input for most other things, so no were probably not getting high res for a good few months. Till then it will be swept under the rug, thinking nobody will care, which is really quite the opposite.
  18. In this thread haters attacking the developers for not doing a 'perfect' job.
  19. Reading this post will reveal the plot of the story **Spoiler**
  20. Perfection from an imperfect system. good-one.
  21. Gahh scary, I was thinking about this yesterday, after a while double-bladed becomes chunky and frankly it looks crap. even on a Role-playing aspect it wouldn't affect it negatively because a shadow can use a single sided saber and not be questioned.
  22. I wasnt complaining it was too big... at all, Infact im just pointing out if was going to re-roll a sith character it would take a fraction of the time to get it to a milestone level. and infact in complete comparison there isn't much more content because more xp is gained via killing particular mobs, which isn't exciting. With sith the most running you do can be done by quick-travel. Its more fluent and more important alot more enjoyable.
  23. Aye this as well, tython has alot of running... ALOT, on korriban the 1st time you have to run far there is a taxi which does that for you. From level 2 onwards jedi's are running from point to point picking up kills etc.
