  1. hey, just resubbed after about 3 months away playing gw2, and decided i just wanted to play my scoundrel a bit again, queued for warzones, and the first warzone i get is huttball and OH MY GOD. It was slideshowing worse than Ilum was in the early zerg fests. Please tell me it isn't always like this and that maybe it's just laggy because of everything that my computer has to catch up with, as it played very smoothly before i left. EDIT: even stupidly laggy in fleet aswell.

  3. Then as I said, you're playing teams with terrible dps or your 2nd healer is doing all the work.....as there is no way you can just use your main energy spending heals with an emergency medpac every now and then, at the rate you need to to keep people up unless the enemy team has terrible dps.
  4. If you can get away with healing without running out of energy and without diagnostic scan, then either you're very slow getting heals off, or the enemy teams damage is complete crap.....Simple as that.
  5. Accuracy has nothing to do with it, there's no way you can swap expertise for accuracy.

As Xerain said, the rage/focus 31 point skill is cleansable......flechette round is cleansable (admittedly you also get armour pen but pyros get that anyway).....slow time snare is cleansable.....balance specced sages/shadows 31 pointer is cleansable? Why are powertechs and co the only one that isnt? The weakness of commando/merc is an issue but not in this discussion they need other fixes.
  7. Not always agreed with what you've said but I certainly do here. You're still forcing someone to use a gcd on a cleanse with which they may not even succeed in cleansing the right thing.
  8. maybe it would force powertechs to have some form of 'skill' to actually have to cover their detonator and think about when to use it.

  13. So many of your facts are just completely wrong, maybe have an actual look at both classes then write this again.
  14. Quickdraw now has like a 2 second travel time....its the new project. Coverpulse very rarely knocks anyone back at all anymore, and when it does, they apparently hit an object about 2m back on flat ground. Most of mine now seem to go through the animation on my screen of them being knocked back, then they warp back to where they were ( no it's not a marauder or so jumping back ) Dirty kick now misses quite alot when you're not even accuracy debuffed.

  16. How about change it to be like the other dps chars aggro dumps, and make it just dump aggro with a root break to spec for if you want, rather than a stealth? Why do Maras all seem to say "It only mitigates 50% damage, it's fine" How stupid are you?.....It mitigates far more than 50%, think of all the attacks you would be receiving if you could be targeted, then come back and say it only mitigates 50%. Yes you can't do damage from your stealth, but you can be healed, so like your GBTF/UR its just another 4+seconds of being effectively unkillable.
  17. as the guy above me said... "say wut?" DF spec, in PvE where your dots run their full course, has very little energy management problems, sure you have to chuck out a few basic blaster attacks here and there so your energy doesnt go spacko, but you dont have to do that often. Df is only melee dependant if you're playing it on your Scoundrel, which you said you aren't, so I'm afraid that leads me to believe you're doing something wrong, what's your actual spec?
  18. Why would there be? Keybindings are for what suits you. If you have to be told what they should be, they don't really suit you.
  19. Maybe already been said but you can prove its post 1.2... Look at the number of medals, if it was pre 1.2 the 13 medals the guy at the top got would be show a gold icon next to them, not silver

  21. Well, it takes a cooldown longer for the burst to happen, because of HB, but it makes the burst ridiculous......
  22. This annoys me, being in Dirty Fighting does not mean you ignore the cover system!! You dont need to keep running around in Dirty fighting just because you dont need to go into cover for your main attacks. You can use all your main abilities from cover, preventing a warrior/knight from jumping at you..... You have knockback with root combined, another root, ....if you use those and are still not in cover for when the knights/warriors charge is off cooldown again, you are doing something wrong. All dirty fighting gunslingers should still be using cover ALOT!
  23. Why does everyone say marauder/sents? do you long for the feeling of self superiority that comes with saying you play the hardest class? Do you have to regulate your resource? hardly.... Do you have to watch for many procs while you fight? erm, no Do you have to pay attention to the health of your own party while you fight, guard someone and use taunts properly, erm no. You jump in, you mash some buttons in a fixed-ish rotation without ever having to worry about your energy running down and completely gimping yourself for the next fight.. And if you play the other classes properly, you'll notice you still fill up at least 3 if not more of the quickbars with regularly used abilities aswell......so get off your high horse, its not hard to play because you may have a few more abilities to press......
