  1. Have a good day. Paying to play the content you want is more expensive then 15 dollars a month. Trust me that is why I left DDO. Found out that I paid 20 dollars for a group of content, instead of the sub rate.
  2. I guess I look at 15 dollars as really nothing. I go out to dinner and a few drinks cost more, a movie and popcorn costs more, etc. To me, I would rather them keep it a sub game, then make it FTP Also, FTP brings in the worse kind of people. People know the game is FREE, but expect tons of new content every month. Take a look at DDO forums for an example. Their new expansion is being released and the only way to access the content is to pay for it.
  3. if you consider that anything outside of the newbies zones including quests you have to purchase a success then I agree.
  4. This is what worries me about it going FTP. They go FTP and its the way for them to take the developers and move them to another project and keep just a bare-bones team. All the extra content people love that they are bringing out will become Pay TO Play. I'll /quit before this happens
  5. I think its brilliant honestly. With 1.3 group finder coming out. Having these busy servers will make this game 100 times more enjoyable.
  6. I agree. Cross Server only fixes one thing. People that are a dead server because of a time zone issue. Thats it. the pool is still going to be the same. 3 DPS to 1 tank and healer. It doesnt speed anything up. What it does do is focus a bad community.
  7. Let me guess your playing DPS. There is no LFG tool in any game that will fix this issue. Every MMO that has a LFG has this issue. Here is just a sample of them Tera: - Tank: Instant Que - Other classes : 45 min + Rift: - Tank and Healer: About 10 Minutes - DPS: 30 Minutes + WOW: - Tank and Healer: About 5 minutes - DPS: 15 minutes + and those games has cross server.. So honestly I dont think cross-server will fix anything other then people being on different time zones. This is the plague of MMO's. Roll Tank or healer, or wait for a group. There is nothing that can fix this,
  8. Good point and thank you for being respectful. I agree the dev are coming out with new content regually and I am hopeful that this game will be great. I never once said I was going to quit of unsub. Another thing it missing even though its just fluff is a Robust Achievement system.
  9. I love your true show of maturity, because I have an opinion which by no means I was trolling or being disprectful ; I would say act your age, but I am guessing your 12 ------------------------------
  10. but they had 4 years to come out with "Voice Acting"
  11. This game as very best defines what vanilla is? I would think that EA and BW would learn from there competiros and actually add modern technolofy to an MMO Take Rift. So many things do there. Run Dungeons, Run Rifts, Raid Rifts, Raids, World Events, Exploration rewards. Ranked PVP, PVP Rifts, and so on.... Before Rift - WAR & Champions Online - Both games has open world PVE events that add "Flavor" to the game. I just don't understand how in 2012 a game could be released with just blanket, vanilla quests. Is it me, or am I expecting to much?
  12. 4/10 ----------------------------- 1. No real sense of cohesiveness with other players. 2. Customer service is a joke. Took over 4 days to get the patcher fixed after 1.2 3. No LFG finder. Impossible to find a group. 4. Legacy - decent system if you like to grind out newbies
  13. I think its funny? What do they expect from GW2? The game as a whole seems kinda weak and uninspired? For example, Same classes, races as GW1. Wow. For the first time you can now raid but guess what? Gear is for cosmetics only, and offer no stats. Oh and if you want to loot that chest. Go and purchase a key with real life money.
  14. Are you serious? Take your statement for a second and think about it. Respect you as a gamer. LOL. Gaming is entertainment or at best a hobby. There should be no respecting "someone" for being a gamer. If you do, perhaps you needs a life, a job, a hobby or all of the above. Grow up! I lost all respect for you as a human that shares my oxygen.
  15. Hate to say it but that has little to do wtih server population. I am a a server that is always high population or more. The problem is most planets only caters to about 4 to 5 levels, so people move on quickly. Its poor game design not bad servers.
  16. Then quit. No one is forcing you to stay here.
  17. Is it going to be worth it?
  18. Its not a nurf its a Bug fix. The Devs plainly said in the pod cast that it was an exploit that they were going to fix all along! Bugs are intended to be fixed.
  19. Are you serious? What skill does it take to run around in a circle and kill a player? Your right no mechanics there at at!
  20. The reason why GW2 is going to fail is its the same thing. Dungeon and Dragon. Elf VS Goblin. You want an original game. Check out The Secret World. Modern World Locations. No levels, no classes.
  21. I agree with no cross-server LFG but a nice working same server LFG would be a nice addition.
  22. QQ. Credits are easy to make in this game. You can level Biochem and its subskills to level 400 for around 300k. Bioware owes you nothing.
  23. The number one reason why I say this. All of the features look good, but the number one thing that could save this game is a good solid LFG tool. 1. The legacy system & family tree looks fun but does not assist players looking for a group. 2. More flashpoints! Great, but unless your in a prominent guild that has enough players to benefits from the OPs then once again; It does not benefit the community as a whole. 3. Ranked PVP & and a new Wz. Well this is a great addition if you like PvP but if you don't then number 1 & 2 apply. Conclusion: Bioware needs to learn to prioritize there patches and content. Legacy should have been introduced in 1.3. The LFG should been 1.2.
  24. It does destroy the community to have a cross server LFG tool because people from other servers have no fear of retaltion for being stupid. For example. When Rift implented the Xserer LFG tool. I can not remember how many times a player would win a "drop" then drop the group. Keeping it in server forces a played to maintain their reputation on that server.
  25. Very wrong. WOW requried you to raid to get high end crafting recipes and matts. Same with RIFT, FFXI, LOTRO, and name a few others that I have played. You can make your basic recipes without running PVE, but I can not recall one MMO that EVER rewarded crafting Matts for PVP SO stop QQ
