I can transfer my characters only to one PvP server, Tomb of Freedon Nadd. All the other servers are shown as "full" and don't give me the option to transfer to. Is it because I'm late? Was it different earlier?

I totally agree with Mephane. The first world event in Rift involved so much boring grinding that I lost any interest in the game and quit. Also, imagine the frustration of those who cannot participate in a short event (and the Q&A suggests those will be very short), knowing that they will never be able to experience it or to get the associated rewards.

I'm level 29 on my main (and only character basically) and haven't finished Chapter 1 yet. I've just reversed engineered several items and received twice a message that I've gained a legacy level. The problem is that although the legacy bar is enabled in the UI, I don't actually see it, so I'm in the dark regarding how much legacy XP I have if at all. Is this a bug, or can you actually accumulate legacy XP prior to finishing Chapter 1? Perhaps the XP is accumulating in the background but will only show after Chapter 1?

I also have the same problem. I simply don't manage to unlock the Sith Academy codex location entry no matter what I do or where I stand.
