  1. A Few ideas: One make our Alts alive for each character. Add the ability to place alts in our strongholds as deco. That way character A can walk around and see character B, C, D and so on. We have rename tokens, how about a token to add a Surname to a character and the Legacy name is more to the point of the story you are writing for your characters. My main is my hero and my alts the supporting cast. They are not related and have no surnames. Only my main. Anakin didn't have Obi-Wan Skywalker or Mace Skywalker, these are all different characters in his legacy. While we're talking names how about the naming being Legacy unique? So we can see less of xxNAMExx. Tells could work /whisper Character Name Legacy Name. Allow us to have different player ships now. Player owned decorative ships would be nice outside guild ships. I was hoping for the Gravestone but that didn't happen. A smaller frigate would be fine, not as much as the guild ship but enough to have fun with. Ultimately I'd love to see more appearance slots. Backs (coats separate from the chest), possible upper and lower arms, upper and lower legs along with groin and feet, head and hands. This would allow for some real customized looks. And talking appearence. Gear that will make us truly appear as a droid. Maybe even loosen up the naming restrictions so we can use numbers. Maybe I want a C4-V2. I'm done for now.
  2. I am a sub and wholeheartedly disagree. I enjoy the story, only PvP when I feel bored, enjoy Flashpoints when they have Solo mode and rarely do Ops. So do not feel the need to petition for ALL subs.
  3. Doc's creepy. He doesn't know boundaries. No means no. Soon he'll be a convicted stalker.
  4. Just image a well placed Fallen Empire trailer right before or after a Force Awakens TV spot. That would draw some interested people in for sure.
  5. I'm sure soon titles such as Darth, Lord, Acolyte, Padawan and Master will become available in the Cartel market for those that want them for level 60 token toons..
  6. If I were writing: The Eternal Empire will fall, and with the fight many heroes will fall on both sides. The Sith Empire will use this power vacuum as a stepping stone to gain absolute power over the galaxy. Thus reining in the Oppression of the Sith. The Jedi Order will be all but destroyed, the few that remain will go into hiding. The Republic will be absorbed into the Empire and few if any worlds that stand up for freedom will be occupied to maintain control. The Sith Empire will not just tax these worlds leaving them some freedoms, they will maintain total control. The Sith Empire will use superior technologies harvested from the Eternal Empire to stand superior over the few pockets of rebel fighters that will stand for justice. This would set up a period of Sith power that will leave its mark on the galaxy. Mace Windu himself mentioned Sith Oppression and this would be a perfect time to give them power.
  7. Well our property value just went down. No to the request, never heard of you. You want to pay me say sixty million credits I'd do it.
  8. But really the hype was on our end. I only ever saw one post from them talking about the announcement during the live stream. We blew it up into something epic. I'm happy my sub will give me more perks. Will use all of them? Don't know. At least some of my characters will enjoy what will be given.
  9. 1) Crafting seems fine, I don't do a lot but the steps to get when I need seem pretty much the same. I craft a few components to make items I want or need now but that's pretty much it. 2) Level Sync gave me some worries, but I gave it a shot. And liked it. I usually passed over Heroics because they took too long or finding a group at the right time too time consuming. Level Sync was their way of getting us into Heroics on each world without having to redesign the Heroic of instance areas to accommodate higher levels. And I was fine with that. It didn't make going to each planet difficult or cause me to have trouble going from point A to point B. 3) Companions, I enjoy not having to spend crystals on mods for their gear, saves more for me. As for new ones, it's part of the story. And I like having new faces. They are all stated the same and it's nice to have a different face aiding me on my adventures. Being the Outlander I should have more resources to draw from, I'm a galactic hero. There is a terminal in your instance HQ that you can use to get old companions back early, I did not use it because I'm sure Kira and company will swoop in to help save my Jedi a$s at some point making their return fun. The grind is to keep us busy, you get so many gifts now it's tedious when you have so many, but doable. Focus on one at a time if that helps. Me personally I'm slowing working each group at the same time. The main KOTFE cast i'm working separate from the supporting cast (ones unlocked through Alliance Alerts). All in all I'm having more fun now that I was before. Aspects of the story I had left to try someday (old Heroics) I am doing for the Alliance grind and having fun doing so. Crafting is just as it was to me, easier to get resources but still the same cIickity click click steps. And companions are easier to enjoy, you think about your gear, your stats and beat their Imperial asses.
  10. So 4.0 has been out a month now. Great story btw. However I am wondering why the loading screen has not updated to the Fallen Empire story? My main who is standing by ready to continue the fight against evil still shows the Shadow of Revan interlude. Any change for that soon? I rather enjoy these brief summaries of where my character stand in the grand scheme of things as I load in.
  11. Seems the recent patch unfixed something.
  12. This was the route I took, and it only took me a couple hours. I figured I could look for WB groups and hope they are there to get the kill, or I could make things faster and easier kill 20 worther creatures.
  13. Happy Thanksgiving to the community and the Devs. Enjoy your time with friends and family.
  14. There's no like button here? Oh well. But yeah a friend of mine and I had a blast doing so much in the last month. Now we've taken a hit to the fun factor.
  15. Don't want nor was expecting her to solo anything. But ZERO damage? The video clearly shows too much power. But now they are little more than walking medpacks. Under healing for the DPS being dealt and no help on the DPS side if they aren't spec'd for DPS makes them fairly useless. And tanking I didn't see much help either.
  16. I was in a Heroic last night. I sent my companion on healing stance to start the fight and aggro. I watched to see how she'd keep up. Lana rank 12. She died as expected, but what got me the most, she did zero damage to the Paladin she was attacking, ZERO. We went in a few times having to kill one, end up dead, rinse and repeat. That bugger was hitting just way to hard for her to keep up the heals and me keep up the def skills. Many are in agreement they needed to tone them down A BIT. But not this far, it's made simple things too much.
  17. Did he really just ask why do content that's part of the expansion laid before us
  18. I personally didn't like the grind. One reason I hurried through so much of it and took so long to level up alts. The 12xp was very helpful with the grind. The new xp system for class and planetary missions good. The companions being good post 4.0 made those repeatable grinds for alliance and achievements tolerable. That is gone, and if they don't at least raise the companion strength higher or dps of these Star Fortress bosses a bit it's gonna be content many hurry through and never touch again.
  19. I have done a couple of the Star Fortress Heroics solo, but grabbed all the buffs. The unbuffed run for the achievement nada. I have 208s to 220s on my main with T7 sitting at rank 24. So while I'm sure there will plenty of human error comments, as a person that plays just fine any other time this seems a bit out of reach for A LOT of people. Buff the companions up some or lower the DPS and hitpoints the paladins and knights do in there. It's brutal in the areas you have more than one, or silvers or multiple attackers. Companions just can't keep up the healing vs the damage taken. And only able to use one medpack self heals doing less defensive timers active to save your ***** just a bit much.
  20. Pre 4.0 I hardly did Heroics on planets unless the story took me there. It was just a harder fight that was usually not worth the reward and not always finding a person to run with you when you're ready to start it. 4.0 hit and the Alliance system gave me a reason to run them. Some I had never done before while others I had but had been so long it felt new again. Now with the nerf I have yet to have an issue with the planetary Heroics, though I haven't done any of the higher leveled planets. It's only that damned Star Fortress I have issues with. Yes it was terrible for them to make this change so close to Christmas. Chances are we won't get any kind of balance before they all leave for a couple weeks. I say this because if it breaks things further they have no time to fix it until next year. And they can't have things too broken until next year when so many might be playing. I am what I would call the hardcore casual? I play a lot but not to hurry and get the best of it all. I am a completest and collector so I try and get all the achievements and perks I can. I try and gear up the best I can but don't have a lot invested in endgame, yet. While I have no problems trying endgame harder content I do enjoy what is meant to be the main focus of the game. That is something not so easy now with companions not pulling their weight. I don't mind them tweaking them companions because they felt they were too strong, but I rather enjoyed it. My friend and I had fun running missions regularly. This gave us group content without the *****hats. This let us play our way. So I had fun with powerful companions game didn't feel boring or too easy it felt FUN, ya know like a game should be.
  21. This just in!!!! First Jessica Chobot is hot. Second she mentions things that we may have seen before? I just a conversation about the Emperor with a friend of mine the other day. My theory is there has only ever been one Emperor. He is disembodied and possess force users that then become his physical form and take the reins of power as Emperor and Sith Lord of some mighty government. TOR has many times used this Emperor and ancient dark side evil. He's occupied two entries at once, Valkorian being his favorite possibly? If my theory is true he'd even be Palatine. So having him take over Snoke and build up this First Order would be in line with what TOR did with Valkorian as well as taking 30 years to build up a new Empire to take over the galaxy. She mentions there were rumors of him being disembodied and this too if true could add to the relevance of TORs story of the Emperor as well. Could this also be why JJ came into Bioware's studio to see what they were doing beforehand to either get the just of what they've done or to set them up with the early backstory that the Eternal Empire is an early attempt or seed of the First Order. Another thing that caught my attention was the fact Snoke was designed as a serpent or reptilian in some concept art. There is a faction on Zakuul that worships a snake god, connection?
  22. The point missed I believe is the grind for Alliance. See before this recent update the grind for the Alliance was time consuming but doable with companions being what they were after 4.0. Were they too much? Maybe, maybe not. It made that grind more pleasant though that's for sure. Then you have this Star Fortress you have to run a few times for story, then more is you want the achievements. That is a pain in the buckets. The Star Fortress shouldn't be so hard you have to be 100% perfect to get through it even for achievements, there has to be room for errors you can recover from. Right now it's not, you're either on point or dead. I would prefer the last months companions to this. As many have said deselect abilities for your companions if you feel the need for a greater challenge. Lower the damage and hitpoints of some of these Paladins, knights and the boss fights on Star Fortress there just a bit too much. Return them to pre patch or pre 4.0 so we can customize them and be responsible for their effectiveness.
  23. Problem is there is an achievement that wants you to run the normal (not solo) heroic without the buffs from the four contacts as well as ungrouped no sliced containers for abilities. Just you and your companion. Can it be done? I'm sure it can. But it'll take A LOT of work and probably gear up as far as you can to do so.
  24. It's all been said on both sides. It's doable came close myself on the Heroic trying to get the One For All. Did not do it. I won't say impossible but I will need to gear up more that what I did before. Yes I believe BW took the swing too far. I don't mind a challenge, but this was a time consuming mess tonight. I'd either suggest take the number back up some to give us a chance or drop some of the hit points or damage the heroic does to give us a chance.
