I would agree. I have had issue even seeing 1 member on my members list. The Fix to this is hitting CTRL U U everytime I want to open the guild roster.

There is no need for a LFD or LFG auto forming tool. Soon after something like this gets implemented people start complaining that they cant finish the instance because its too hard. Much like the WoW community did with Cata because everyone was spoon feed in Wrath. After some time the ques became 45+ minutes for people to get into an instance. Why because no one wanted to tank or heal because people can not play tough instances. So what did WoW do? Gave extra loot to tanks and healers so they would go and nerfed the instances to group pull and AoE mobs down again. Dont think this is happening? The new WoW Expansion is going back to AoE all instances down, no need for CC. Sorry no LFD tool is needed. If you want to be spoon fed there are other games for that.

I too do not like censorship However we have too many people asking for SWTOR to equal WOW. Its getting old FAST. Any talk about LFD tools or anything that caused many of the WoW community to come here should get the person banned from the forms. We do not need nor want the hey give it to me just because I pay $15 a month crowd. It will become much better game for it.

No its not unwarranted. Its Simple people dont want this to be WOWTOR. People are leaving WoW for SWTOR because they dont like the way it has gone. They dont like the LFD tool. They dont like the LFR tool. They dont want the game handed to them a silver plate. So if you want all this its not wrong to ask you to stay where its happening.

^ Agreed. I am not having problems finding groups for anything. Why because I am using General to find people. I am asking in my Guild. I am not like everyone asking for a LFD tool just wanting the game to play itself for me. Sorry guys but its the truth. If you want a LFD tool so badly there are other games that have it, also you could play games like Diablo which you just join a server and beat the dungeon and move on. That is the type of game you are truly looking for. Not the MMO Genera. An MMO means you need to put effort into the Social Aspect of the game and get to know people. If you want to Solo then dont do any group quest or instances. If you want to run with people Do not expect the game just to throw people in a group for you and allow you to run.

Why? Its the Truth. LFD Destroys guilds. Go back to WoW you have only 1 reason to be in a guild now. Perks. Most people in guilds now dont ever run with their guild. They just Que to play the game. If you want a LFD Que go play a game that has it. Your playing the wrong game.

There is going to be spam in any game you play. LFD tools kills the need for a guild and having friends in the game.

I paid for 6 months and as long as they do not pander to the WoW Fanboys I will stick here. After LFG came to Rift I quit long with basically the whole guild I was in. (over 200+ members) The game is good it does need some polish however I been playing MMOS for years and know that improvement of the game is always on going in an mmo. So you will not hear me cry because its not polished when the game is not even the official launch.

I completely agree with CyberData here. We do need a LFG Channel that is server wide it would make things easier to get groups together. The LFG should be always on unless a person turns it off.

Most people just use General for looking for group members. It normally takes 5 minutes to find groups for quest, sometimes its faster.

We are doing Both. However my main concern is when I get alts of members saying invite. Then they having some special character or I am busy in a flashpoint, inviting in the current way is cumbersome. A few UI changes making the UI more friendly will make managing a guild fun not a 2nd job.

There are members that really have trouble typing and are handing inviting people mainly alts to the guild. There is no need to make something as trivial as inviting a character to the guild as troublesome as it is right now. I have no problem doing it because I am use to command line typing. For someone who does not and only knows how to click buttons well they are completely lost. What is being asked in my post are not game breaking UI changes. If you want people to play the game sometimes you need to make the UI easy to use. Just like when I tell my Developers that their application UI sucks and half of the application users Cant use it because how unfriendly the UI is.

Not really. Inviting alts of people in the game is being a pain in the ***. Why simple most people in my guild HATE typing and have problems typing commands. Other games Way before wow made them like this. So it has falling to me to invite the masses. Sorry I dont care to have to spend my day inviting people when an Add button or a click add which is in every other MMO can be added. I am not talking nerf **** like people here are acting like. Sorry you guys are trolling for no reason.

You know how hard it is to invite alts. Even sometimes when they do special characters which they have no clue what alt code they even used? Already happened a handful of times. Just random Alt codes a day later they forget. Sorry guys you have no logical argument against these things.

If people have alts and new people come in there is a lot of need for these tools.

Add to the right click menu for a person's name (Invite to Guild) Add to the guild window an (Add Member) Button so you can invite to the guild easier Add a Looking for Guild Channel for players to join that are looking for guilds Add a Channel Looking for Guild Add in Text over players health Bar. All these are small additions to the game that make the UI easier to use.

Things that can be added to the game and the website that will help out are. #1 A Looking for Guild Channel. Right now if you are recruiting for a guild you are getting trolled big time. Sorry but there is no Server Only Forum or a Looking for Guild Channel. These trolls need to deal with the spamage. #2 Server Forums. Guilds wanting to recruit will post here and not have to bump their post every 20 to 30 minutes on the current looking for guild forums. #3 Text over my health bar. I looked for this now and during the beta and have not found how to do it so, I would say its not in game #4 Looking for Group Channel. #5 An Invite button to add people to the guild. #6 Allow to click the persons name in chat and invite them to the guild #7 Make it so you can see who is online in the guild at all times. Some of these phases are keeping people from seeing who is online in their guild. #8 The ability to right click and invite someone to the group from the guild

Make raid frames enabled for groups. Put your Text over the health bars. Move the health bars closer to the center of the screen so you dont need to look to your left all the time. Now you dont need to use Party frames and look at the left of your screen all the time.

The Large Thanksgiving weekend Beta had about 800K people in it. I am not sure what is the size of each wave, maybe the 4th wave could have 500K people and the other waves only had 100K. Who knows. I do feel that they could make an effort to do more waves or do a large late wave.

Who knows what the limits are. I think they can maybe up the limits from what other people have said. However I will not say I know exactly what is going on.
