Thats not what they said at all. They will be fixing it, just it won't be fixed in time for the end of the event. Maybe in your magical world people click fingers and things magically start functioning again, but thats not the way the real world works.

I believe its tied to the permanent bind timer. I bought mine, and went and did other things in games for a couple of hours, then suddenly got a message it was in my collections. Same things probably applies to other permanent trinket toys.

It sounds incredibly guilty to try and project that the majority of people exploited when theres no evidence of that. "I exploited, so the majority of the playerbase must have." And it could be a case of none of the DPS clicking on the Kolto tanks, in which case wiping would be the obvious outcome. Really, with Tacticals everyone is able to heal with them so theres far less of an excuse for wipes due to no heals not happening since anyone can click a tank. Even the highest levels DPS in the group should just click it if no one else is to stop horrible deaths happening. No excuses. I think tacticals are brilliant since it went for seeking for a group every night for a week without a bite, to actually getting runs in relatively short order.

(I only resubbed a couple of months back after last having played near Launch. Since i've only just started Story Mode Operations (Whee!) reading through the notes it appears that NiM is pretty much purely for pets and mounts? Thats... ok isn't it? For the collectors to show off the nifties that only they can get from NiM? Or are they just not anything special?

Speak for yourself. I always have the sound on so I can tell when I've been dropped to character select while alt-tabbed waiting for something interesting to happen. Now I wish they'd fix the bug where you get stuck with two very different audio tracks playing concurrently. The discordant sounds continue until you close the program entirely :/

Seems more like the kind of Class Rebalancing I got used to in WoW during the Burning Crusade / Wrath of the Lich King, except missing the blatant Dev's pet getting a boost alongside all the nerfs to everyone else.

I guess Bioware took my pointing out that the problem with certain people ROFLStomping Star Fortresses wasn’t that Companions were too strong, but rather that the players were and have acted appropriately to rebalance them. Notably, Fury Warriors weren’t hit by the nerf hammer because… well… everyone else needed to be brought in line with us!

They did make a big deal out of companions abandoning you, betraying you or just plain old dying which had me half curious and half wanting to leave certain companions home... unless of course a part of the story has everyone back at base dying horribly. ><; ... Recruiting Jaesa to the Dark Side. The entire end sequence making the Sith Warrior demonstrating how the Dark Side can corrupt the Light was well written and played out. Vette. Seriously, I pull her out for almost every story sequence just for the bits where she gives her feedback like the Taris one mentioned above. Theres a reason why my Warrior will go around being a flirtacious, menacing, dark manipulator, but whenever it comes to his wife he goes full 'Grrrr' face and doesn't allow her to be corrupted. Its his job to be the Dark ******* of the Galaxy. ... I'm going to be so sad when I get around to playing KotFE.

Having played Marauder through mid-SoR, Trooper to end of Chapter 3 and Sage mid-Chapter 2, I would say... Vette. Twi'lek waifu for laifu. (And I'm not just saying that because she'd beat me senseless if I looked sideways at Jaesa)

Honestly, I'd rather them take a break over the Christmas / New Year period and not release any content in the lead up to it because there are few things as bad as content being released, then all the people that could do anything to fix it (which could take a lot of intensive resources) going on holidays, leaving the poor customer service reps that don't get vacation to deal with the ensuing fireball. If you want a classic example of that, see if you can find out what happened with the first End of Days event of The Secret World, where the devs literally went on vacation the moment they pushed the button to turn on the content... leaving the playerbase with utterly broken world bosses and insane environmental exploits, which despite those of us saying that they were exploits and such, the exploiters kept doing it openly with the argument 'Well, theres no official word not to so it must be ok' since anyone with any sayso was on holiday. That was... horrible.

Weirdly, the reward box for completing the HK-51 chain still gives you all the old droid armour, rather than the new droid parts.

You're just in luck! Disney Infinity 3.0 is possibly the best Star Wars game in a very long time. We have a whole new Clone Wars storyline with the original voice actors reprising their roles, a hilarious reimagining of the Original Trilogy complete with scenes from the Theatrical Edition and *not* Lucas’ edits, as well as the final fate of Jar Jar Binks, and soon a Force Awakens pack. Not just an open world sandbox with collectibles, it has racing, flying (both on rails and freestyle), arena battles and dancing!

Has anyone called out Keyboardninja on the paradox in their post? First they say that Story isn't content, then they say they finished playing through all the Story Content in the next paragraph... but if Story isn't Content then what were they just playing? (Cue Twilight Zone theme)

Thats my main issue with the system they used for this, Nico et all. Someone finds the game, considers subbing on January 12th… then finds they wouldn’t get the bonus chapter so doesn’t bother until the next cycle of nifty bonus, if they even bother at all. I really do think that time rather than date based subscriptions, such as the ones that FFXIV does, would be better. Subscribed for 2 months, get HK-55, subscribe for 8 months, get the bonus chapter, etc. With the timer for the subscriptions starting now, so that when everyone currently subscribed gets the unlocks at the same time. But have it, so that if someone at the 7 months line finds the game, give them an option of a ‘catchup’ amount to get them to date, and then keep on with everyone else.

Could be worse. Could be a Jacob from Mass Effect 3 situation. It would be nice if, as part of KotFE, Aric actually acknowledges after the time skip if your trooper was a Cathar as well. There were so many awkward parts of the script in the vanilla game since Cathar were implemented later. ><;

I keep on stumbling on locked ones, primarily on Alderaan but found some on other planets too. They do seem to primarily be convenience based ones since they're not located near taxi points for the most part but are useful for missions. I'm in love with the Organa Palace one you have to manually unlock since it cut down the time on doing the Bounty quests on Alderaan.

So that you can hit the level cap on Coruscant / Dromund Kaas? ( Its silly fast levelling now as it is @_@; )
