  1. The GSI speeder parts as I hear are trade-able, at least some of them. Are there any players out there with doubles of speeder parts looking to trade? Maybe we can get something started here because looking for them all is a *****.

  4. thx for the info guys. i still havent been able to tweak my gear to the point I really want to, a lot of my stuff is still stock as I got it from the dread guard vendor however with this build: http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/character/c533500a-0e38-4b87-ac54-9890541908b9 my guild was able to finish Nim EC 16 man a couple weeks back. Hoping to get more play time so I can get to all unlettered mods/enh and swap out a couple armorings and crystals. I am still wondering if 25% def chance is enough... most of the NiM 16m Kephess fight is fine, I guess getting hit by kephess for 15k out of the blue would make anyone take a second look at how to maintain mitigation/while keeping somewhat high endurance.

Thanks, the 27k hp mark is what I was kind of aiming for while trying to get max threat gen and max mitigation. this is what I'm aiming for, (mainly just in terms of stats) but it's only a 1st draft, I think it will be drastically different in terms of augments / relics / crystals / and a couple of armorings when I'm done.
  6. Kitru, with that gear build, what is the toughest content you've run? Have you run 16 player Nightmare mode EC? Just curious because my guild is running NiM EC 16 and I am tempted to try out something more along the lines of crazy threat generation.
  7. <Level Capped> finished Firebrand & Stormcaller fight on 16 Player Nightmare Mode on Dec 3rd, at about 8:58pm before patch 1.5.2 that made changes to the damage output and enrage timer. http://i.imgur.com/DUXAF.jpg

  9. where do you buy the 400 comm relics? I checked the daily vendors on belsavis/black hole/ilum and they only have the 200 comm campaign relics.
  10. they are going to introduce a new set of WZ adrenals that biochem players can craft and use in WZs so all usable adrenals in WZs will be consumed-on-use. I assume biochem players will also be able to sell these to everyone. Only reusable stuff from Biochem in WZs will be the stims
  11. I gotten the +41 crit and +41 end magenta crystal schematics from BH trash mobs. Both times they were from normal mobs that weren't even silver or elite level. It's totally random it seems. I didn't farm the area all day but I do the dailies almost every day.
  12. So what specific relics do you recommend running with in PVE? Assuming all campaign level relics and/or a matrix cube? is the healer relic required for us to tank comfortably ?

  14. yes I noticed this as well. is it a glitch? The robe also seems to change color to brown during cut-scenes and on the character select screen as well..

Maybe someone that has synthweaving can answer this because I have been thinking of switching just to check it out: From little bits and pieces of info I've gathered from reading the forums, is it true that you can reverse engineer almost any [Prototype] purple gear (robe/helm/glove/etc types that synthweaving can produce) and have a chance to get an orange shell schematic from it? Which then you can try to crit craft on? I see the same pieces offered over and over on the GTN, so I don't think the above situation is the case, but if its true, there are so many more styles of gear out there ppl have not tried craft yet,
  17. I actually got a +41 crit magenta crystal schem drop from a trash mob in the black hole area on corellia, so I know for sure that those don't require killing a worldboss for. Not sure for the lowbie magenta crystals...
  18. if the original was not moddable, the schematic item will not be moddable. That's what I've come to understand after reading various posts from the experiences of others at least.
  19. twice, I rode the balloon with an imp (I'm Rep) and both times it took them over 15 minutes before they attacked me, funny they didn't open with a push attack. Both times I just knocked them off. Took 2 tried to get the datacron.

I am not 100% sure, but I did recall reading that while converted BM pieces will become fully moddable and have their stats increased (if all mods are original) the set bonus will not follow the armor mod. but remain on the shell New BM armor after 1.2 will have the set bonus attached to the armor mod. Can someone confirm?
  22. Haven't seen those results around much, maybe once before, but if that screenshot was a republic victory, I'd be more shocked.
  23. I'm on The Maw as a Rep as well, and it seems there are just times of the day that really good/organized players are online on both sides. When that's the case PuG games seem to be a crap-shoot at best and the rest of the time almost always go badly. However after "primetime" it evens out a lot more. It has gotten better lately, though there are still stretches where there can be nights where not a single win comes out of it. I still have no problems doing dailies most days if I have enough time to play.
  24. bought one of the "cheap" red war hero crystals just to have one to mess around with later on and it was BoP.
