  1. Things should be harder to obtain. I have to side with the OP in this one. I DON'T agree with people having characters on different servers being made to do it again though. Maybe tie legacy into accounts and not servers? I know the text said "most people" will need a... but I think it will be everyone. I think the Q&A post was just a figure of speech. It'll be one level 50 and 1 opposing faction character that's completed Act 2. That makes the most sense if they are doing it like that. Hope things are harder to obtain in future though. No one should be excluded from anything, but everyone should have different ways of slowly working towards an end reward.
  2. You can play 'KOTOR' all you like. Just install it and away you go. Pretty cheap on Steam.
  3. SOON General answer to every question every week in the Q&A.
  4. Sounds like their resources are in that area of making sure the transfers work, but with something a big an issue as this I pictured people working 7 day weeks, not going home, sleeping in the office, doing all they can to save this game (and their jobs).
  5. I went to and from SWG a few times over the years. I left and then went back to COH after a years break. I have gone back to WoW several times. I sometimes check back into Star Trek Online (Even before it was F2P). I have cancelled my sub on Swtor, due to low pop on servers, but if and when it is fixed I'll be back. If I do leave for good I will probably come back later in the year anyway.
  6. Some of you are answering with helpful tips, others are "I did it with 9000 melee and played blindfolded. Why can't you be as pro as me?". That kind of attitude really isn't helpful. For a group that is doing Toth / Zorn for the first time there can be lots of problems. I did 16 man Toth & Zorn the other day and it was easy. No one died and we did it first go. We split ranged/melee and it went smooth. Last night I tried 8 man with a more inexperienced group and only had ONE ranged dps. Everyone else was melee and it was a wreck. We only got him down to 20% at most.
  7. It will be a week or so long, maybe 2. I don't want them to keep it though. That wouldn't make it special. I like the idea that some people (including myself) miss out on things. It makes the world feel more unique.
  8. Probably be a 10-14 day thing. Could even be longer. Don't worry though, I am pretty certain it won't be gone tomorrow, or anytime this week.
  9. Bioware were pretty good before EA. It's a shame. Mass Effect 1 and 'most' of Dragon Age Origins were done before the sale was completed. You can see the dip in quality from those games to what's been released since.
  10. It made me feel quite sick earlier with no sound. I know it sounds silly but not hearing footsteps or ability sound effects was rather weird - especially wearing a headset.
  11. It'll just be nice to see my friends list active again. Going from 9+ friends online at peak times to 1-2 is pityful.
  12. I doubt it'll ever happen because of the time line thing. If it did it'd be for like 6 years non-stop subscription service as a reward, and only be a role-playing type armour that you can wear for fun. Seeing dozens of people running around as Darth Vader would be silly in my opinion.
  13. I joined a very active guild, at the time. Now most people only come on for raid nights. Aside from that there's only 2-5 people online as everyone is waiting for 1.2.
