It is all about comfort. Everyone is comfortable using a certain set of keys. Personally I use W for moving, Q and E for moving and a select set of other keys to do different things. Play with them, see what is easiest for you.

What is your monitor Hz set to? If it doesn't match what the ingame settings are, you can get some weird lag. When I 1st started, the monitor was set to 75 Hz and the game was set to 60. Changing the game to 75 cleared away a ton of lag for me.

That was me, I am up over 20 reps (each companion) now. With the same results.

In testing, Ashara out dpses Revel on single target. In 20+ attempts against the same mob with 130k health, Ashara does roughly 13% more dps. ( Yes, I farm mobs for orange drops ) 577dps vs 505dps. The gear I have them in is as close to the same as I can get it, the level 51 purple mods from dailies. I could post my numbers on each attempt, but the people who like revel will say it is anecdotal. In my testing with a stopwatch and zero help from me, Ashara does better dps in Exsanguination stance against a single target. On packs, Revel does better, but it is much harder to test.

It isn't her job to hold aggro. Don't ask companions to do things they aren't designed and you have no cause to make bad generalization like "ashara is useless" She has a use, a very good one. She can in fact kill champions, quickly and easily with you providing support. I use her to kill level 50 champions all the time as a healer. In short, if you have a problem with Ashara, the problem isn't her.

If you have heat issues as a PT Tank, you are doing it wrong. Stop spamming flame sweep and flame burst and use the abilities that keep your heat low. I have a 50 PT tank and to max out my heat I have to actually try and spam abilities that are high heat instead of prioritizing threat and mitigation abilities. That 5 seconds every 30 seconds you are shielded is not gonna make or break the fight.
