60mb connection and refresh rate is fine... tried all this =/

Hi guys. I Have a load of friends who play this and is having no problems with their gaming experience. I have a better computer than all of them however im experiencing a lot of loading lag. (Micro stuttering) whatever u wanna call it. Happens whenever im running or turning round the game jutters like mad. BTW it happens with a lot of mmo games not just this 1 but this is what im wanting to play at the moment. Thanks
