Seems like no fix in 4.6 either. Is this ever going to be fixed/acknowledged?

Argh! Yes, bound to legacy would be nice for this. My fear came true tonight. I was fortunate enough to have the rancor drop again for me...on the character that it had dropped for the first time. So now it sits in bank hoping for a day I can pass it to an alt. Please, legacy this thing!

2nd this I do. The only one that's dropped for me so far dropped on an alt char. I'm cool w/ that, for now, but if it drops on that char again vs my main I'll be cursing the RNG gods. Bound to Legacy would be nice.

So far I've ran it, on various chars, about 5 times. I mainly just do the weekly and then I'm done w/ the EC for another week. On my first run it dropped, but all future runs have just been credits or a blue armor piece or such. It was solo. While I'm stoked to have one, it would have to drop on the character I didn't/don't play much!

I can confirm they drop, and are bound to character instead of legacy. I lucked out and got it on my tank. Have ran 3 more characters through it but not seen another one.

Is this ever going to be fixed? Considering it was a reward for being subbed, and that date is now past, I'm guessing they don't care anymore whether it works? I've held off on the quest on a few alts waiting for the achievements to be fixed. This is going on several months w/ not even a recognition from them that it is broken is beyond frustrating. Can we at least get that? Acknowledgement that it's a known issue and at least slated to be fixed?

Can also confirm this as happening. I tested it w/ the 216 crystal vendor and my 208 armor on a tank vanguard. I figured I'd add some extra info that I also observed in the hopes that we can get them to address this. When I take off my current armor my stats, obviously, drop. When I put on t he 216 armor there is virtually no change f/ not having anything on in that slot. Defense went up 10 basis points, which is kinda funny as I should've lost Defense since it was Endurance heavy mods/etc. I am curious if it is tied to the shell or the mods/armor themselves, but wasn't willing to pull the mods and test as I didn't want to waste the crystals if I was wrong. If it's tied to just the shell then it's annoying, but at least not a waste of crystals. If it's the mods/etc though? Yeah, this needs to be fixed. Any clue if it is like this on the token armor as well?

Just wanted to add that this is still an issue that needs fixing. Have ran it multiple times and no achievement.

If only you had been in the group w/ us, instead of assuming we wasn't following mechanics, you would know that when I said he was invulnerable he was actually invulnerable. Trolls gonna troll.. We ran circles around him hitting him w/ damage for a good few mins. Which, for those who needed it explained to 'em, would include behind him...yes? This wasn't required on the first attempt, before it bugged on us, as he took damage fine. We just goofed on phase 3. Had dulfy's guide open before and during. Alt-tabbed between each wipe. Did it 4 times before accepting it was bugged and choosing to reset. Going to try it again when willing to have it bug on us again.

2nd this I do. Does it in tactical as well. Got all the way to the last fight only for him to still snipe through the pillars and to be invulnerable. Awesome. Great way to spend a couple hours. Maybe they'll put fixes for this, and the many other things, inside a Cartel Pack. Seems the only thing Bioware cares about.

Shoot. At this point I'm disappointed it doesn't even make it onto their "known issues" list. Would really love this to be fixed as I'd love to do the quest on other chars. Especially since it was a subscriber award. Seems shady that after the sub period they don't seem to care if it works or not.

Was hoping it'd be fixed w/ the new update, but sadly no. Really not looking forward to waiting another month for just the promise of it being fixed.

Can confirm this is true. Tried to RE a Purple Indestructible crystal, the way I had done an Eviscerating one months ago, and got the "no research available". Has it been said yet whether this is intentional, a bug, or "just don't care, buy the CM crystals" by the Devs? I fear it's a latter.

In similar boat myself. I was under the assumption that when you deactivated the stronghold it kept all the unlocks upon reactivation. That the only thing different between being bought w/ CC and credits is that the CC didn't have the reactivation cost, but w/ credits you paid the fee only to reactivate. The fact that when I check the stronghold terminal it just shows me "purchase" instead of "reactivate" leads me to believe it just doesn't see it.

Similar happened to me the other day. I got an email saying my EA password had been reset. I reset it again through SWTOR and was able to gain control back , thankfully. My Netflix a few months ago got hacked. Reason I bring that up is that they both shared same login email address and password. My guess is that someone used the list that has that login/password on EA to see if any worked. I know it goes w/o saying but I'm glad you got yours restored, and make sure to change any other accounts that use that login/password combo. It's probably on a list alongside my old one haha.

Argh! Ya definitely have my sympathy! I was thankful it was only a few chars, and that for some was just a matter of pulling a copy f/ collections to replace. I've since went through other chars and pulled out their hard/impossible to replace customization, and the ones that got restored are now sitting in bank till my worries about whether cause of bug is fixed has left me haha. Here's hoping ya get one of the good CSRs soon!

I like how so many are, basically, telling OP to just wait for it to be fixed in future patch. That it's a known issue. That he got a response just not the one he liked, etc etc. It's like they didn't even read his post. OP stated that a CSR did attempt to fix the issue, but apparently did wrong items/chars. OP's frustration is coming from having to go through the process again to find someone willing to fix the issue vs just autoclose the ticket. Very understandable to be annoyed w/ this. It's not like OP is asking for something that can't be done, which some seem to imply. . To OP: I feel ya, but as others have said all you can do is keep at it w/ submitting tickets and hoping you get one of the good CSRs. I had/have a similar problem and, after 2 autoclosed tickets, I got a CSR to restore all of 'em except for one character. I've resubmitted a ticket for that issue (this time w/ the typo in the chars name fixed) and hoping for the best. Just make sure ya tickets stay calm/polite and as short as possible. In my case I pointed out that problems like this have been fixed for others and just requires checking logs. I listed the chars name and the item they was missing, and I only listed the ones that were irreplaceable or difficult to replace. IE: I didn't bother 'em w/ the ones I could replace from cartel collection.

Wanted to post an update. Submitting tickets can work. I submitted two and on the third I got an actual human. 3 of my chars had their HK-51 customization go AWOL while wearing. More had their Treek, but that was easily replaced (for me) so I didn't mention those chars. I did mention that it happened tho so their bug department had the information. I listed the chars & the type of customization and hoped for the best. They restored all but one, and I'm assuming that's only due to fact I didn't put a space between its name and the next word. I've resubmitted another ticket for that character w/ name spelled w/o the typo on my part. They do have some good folk working CS, you just gotta hope you get them.

I'm in a similar boat myself. Thankfully the Treek ones are a CM so I immediately replaced it. The HK ones, though, were the Bounty Contract one & the one you get for doing Revan storyline. Here's hoping it's fixed/restored in next patch. I've also submitted tickets in case that route turns out to be faster.

I'm curious about this as well. I know the relics crafted from schematics learned by RE'ing operation drops can't be RE'd for the schematic after being bound. Curious if that's true for hilts/mods/enh/barrels too. Sucks about the crystal change. That's how I learned my cyan/purples.

Ah missed it in that. Just now noticed it happened. Either way it poofed ones that can't be replaced.

Just discovered another bug. Whatever customization my HK-51 or Treek had on them are now gone. Some can be replaced easily, such as the one I was using for Treek. Others, not so much. The HK-51 ones you get for finishing the Forged Alliances story/questline I can't replace, and are now gone. A few characters still have their customization still, but most do not. I've, of course, submitted a ticket but know what a long task that will be. Wanted to post the bug though anyways.

That's not necessarily true. On the Bounty Hunter Act 3 completion achievement my first couple tickets were answered in the exact same manner. The copy/paste cyborg relations post. I had seen on the forums where others had had their's fixed so I kept putting it back in. After a month wait on a ticket It finally got a human response. They fixed the problem and even granted some coins for the wait. The tickets for the other achievement bugs didn't get answered before they got fixed in the latest patch, but I now no longer doubt that they could have been. It's just easier for them to claim "it's a bug, sorry can't do anything"' than to find out. Now I'm not saying that they can do anything in this case, but simply getting that response doesn't mean CSRs can't do anything. Only that this specific CSR didn't/couldn't.

Haha! Guess I'm a really big cheapskate. I run the mission for the Grade 9's and the one for the Grade 8's to trade in for 9's. Least until they take that vendor away.

Yeah, we get it. You don't care. But seriously, some obviously did/do consider it a loss. I'm sure some could say the same you did about issues you think are a loss.
