4.0 is live for all now, so, jusy wondering whats their status in pvp atm according to community. Honestly i think mercs should be removed from the game, because powertechs do all better and faster except healing, which is a joke the same if you are dps . Also, im trying ap these days, is ridicolous atm, imho, Im also playing merc, rocket out is useless, so i think they should : 1) give 75% buff spped for 4 secs after u land. 2) if 1 can't happen, i'd say rocket out should hinder all ppl in 5 meters aoe for 4 secs, so we have the time to breathe a little. For powertechs well i'd say to buff their burst, because lets be honest 26k cell burst is too low:(

juggs are fun yes, and with mercs they are probably my best bet for 4.0, pt's in the other hand

Roll + ghost. And the fact is among all teleport ****, devs give to all classes, mercs have surely the worse. Maybe id they give 6 sec of smoke screen + 75 % speed boost when u land, probably would be playable. Besides, why mercs have hydraulic at 45 sec cd's ? While operative have 24 meters roll + god mode every 10 sec ? + a teleport ? From these things u understand devs have no idea how to properluy balance and indeed, its better they focus on the story

sAME, rocket out is awesome and is really canon, like i always wanted, but in ranked is awful, even with smoke screen, ur a free kill because well, u can't be lupped, but u can be hitted. Its more awful if u are vs an op, bcause he needs only one roll to close ur gap distance, and without proper def cd's and burst, we are free kill, like well, forever. In the other hand im pklaying a ap pt, and is so insane, i wonder why someone should play a merc instead

did some wz's with both Bhunters ( yes i like bhunters and wanted to main one since sorcs are screwed).from what i tested, mercs are usefull like a bottle of salty water in the middle of the ocean. I mean their surviv, sucks like never before, no valid def cd's, low sustained, decent burst, ( yeaj hsm can hit hard, BUT u know, is not enough". Rocket out is nice, canonic ability, shame is useless, so my question is " qhats the pint on playing a merc atm ? " And more precisely, whats the point in pvp in this game ? No doom posts, but after all these years im getting really tired of this. Now ranked s7 is coming, whats the point in playing again and again vs the same 3 classes ? MEh, little disappointed from pvp in 4.0 . ALl ofc IMHO

lightning never been a great deal for burst damage, tbh, so im considering to change main class, because i want serious burst specs. roblem is only class i like are Bhunters (after inquisitors ofc) and ap pt's are boring
