Exactly. I happen to love both games for what they offer, but it does seem like there's a lot of people that would only be happy if every company just licensed WoW from blizzard and redid the artwork...Star WoW anybody?

OMG, once my brain stopped spinning from the totally absurd lack of logic put forth by the quitting whiners and I could once again focus (nice weapon there btw) this thread ended up being one of the funniest I've read yet.

The item they show clearly shows it as a "use" item, were you like expecting them to send you a medal you could actually wear or take to show and tell or something?

Another 47er here and I've been gaming for the majority of that. I also am here with the hubby. Currently playing about 10 hours during the week and 12 -16 hours on the weekend plus raiding in that other game that shall not be mentioned, for another 9 - 12 hours a week

Same here, I've no plans on leaving either game in the near future. I'm a long time gamer and enjoy getting my fix in multiple games

That's just it, employees of the competing game companies don't want this to succeed, thus their huge presence on these boards

haha, there's been several npc's, especially on Sith side where I thought to myself that I'd so love to make them eat their smuggness...that guy in the daily shuttle heroic is one of them. Sometimes, I really like them so much that I can't bring myself to kill them, like the guy employed by Nimro and don't even get me started on Kaliyo...what do you mean I've gotta lug her around everwhere? Google "Can you RUN It" or System requirements lab, it's been pretty spot on for me for a long time.

It seems to me that the majority of your list are complaints that a hard core raider or pvper would have. The game was never put forward as either of those things and therefore not a priority and therefore it's not surprising that this audience would be unhappy here. I'm hardcore in other games but chose this one for a nice change of pace and I don't pvp, so the majority of your list has had no impact on me. "Different strokes for different folks".

You honestly believe that NO bugs were fixed in beta? That's just not realistic at all. There's only so much you can do before launch but that doesn't mean that they aren't aware of or working on the bugs that were brought up in beta it's just that at some point you've got to say it's close enough and move ahead.

What everyone else is saying, if your sampling was just from forum viewers then all your data is biased and doesn't tell you anything. I'm impressed with your effort but you really need to research how to get a good population for reliable statistics.

Outside addons are big business...why should the 3 venture capital companies that own curse dictate how this game (and all games for that matter) operate? I don't want all my games to be the same and I really hope Bio-ware and EA do not succumb to the advertising lure of the addon industry, like Blizzard did, and keeps full control of their game.
