5.9 is about right... id give it a 7, myself. i like this game, a lot, but its not 8+ then again, i realistically score my stuff... im not in the "anything less than a 9 is garbage" camp i see so much on the internet.

Human is the only choice... if youre a fan of the original movies. the only time the Imperials used aliens was to outsource finidng the Falcon. Imperials are meant to be Human. oh, and my character is named Sapien... kinda have to go human

the only time the story is revisitied is in your mail box, so dont worry too much. Revan, in the end (of the game KOTOR) was beyond Jedi or Sith. you could call it a type of Neutrality, but neutrality (in this regard) is more of the balance between sith and jedi, since he was niether he could not really be both (though he was... its wierd and never really laid out) as is implied with jedi-sith-neutrality.

Andronikas can become your pilot, if you let him. both you and he have a similar skill, that you are both very highly skilled pilots as well as being captains. you both do your own piloting as a captain, too (untill/unless you let him drive).

pug is an acronym for pick up group, not public group. same meaning, i guess, but you seemed to not know. while were on the topic, i hate the term noob. I AM old school... as i still like the term Rookie. I used to like "scrub" as a term, long berfore internet times, but its gotten played-out (theres a term that should date me) Pub is an in-game terms used by NPCs to refer to Rebublic. just as Imp is used in-game for Imperials. hard to change terms creaed BY the game.

WoW had open-world pvp. it was all i did the first month of release. there were huge battles. i played on Tichondrius pvp server.

and i wish there was MORE lightning. everytime my character killed someone, with his sabre in a cut scene, i was sad... i wanna lightning everyone!

BUMP. also, for Focus Target, your cursor changes color. Purple for Focus target and Green for self-target. nice for the guy who said he cant tell who hes got targeted with ToT.

i like to get my instant DoTs up ASAP and Crushing Darkness needs Wrath, so its placement in my rotation is dependent on that. so, CD is not a "given" in my initial rotation (though it usually does make it in). also, im still learning Creeping Terror... so far, the fear portion is a huge disappointment. seems the other DoT ticks break it, so its worthless for the CC portion, even as an iterrupt.

i miss LOTRO's pass-through-targeting... attack a player and youll attack the mob they are attacking. heal a mob and you heal the player they are attacking. its spoiled me

depends on the group make-up. also, im just lvl 40 and got my first capstone for Madness im toying with. 3-6 regular mobs: just get Lightning Storm until about 1/4 health then they get Death Fielded for that last, boom. if one or two get through the storm, i use Overload and knock them back. if its a group of a Single strong and regular mob or two: i target the strong one and hit death field below them. hit Affliction or that new capstone i got for full Madness (the DoT with fear) and then switch to the weak one and Force Lightning them till dead. give em a shock, if they didnt die for FL. then i switch back to the Strong and hit the Corruption DoT (if Wrath procced) and FL as needed. all the while refreshing Death Field and Affilction and throwing in Electrocutes to stun. for Elites: shield pet. Open with Corruption (blanking on the name, the red icon. the DoT with the cast-time) and hit Death Field and Affliction or that other-full-madness-one. re-shield pet. FL for a Wrath proc. the basic is to keep the Death Field debuff up and all three DoTs. Force Lightning and Bubble as needed. oh, i also do not really believe in rotations. more Triage. things happen and it not always possible to completely control the flow of a fight. have to be ready to switch anything on the fly!

Luke had the same shaggy hair. i found it funny that the SW "style" of the 70s had come back just in time for the new movies: shaggy hair and brown clothes. those didnt fly in the late 80s and early 90s.

Ultima Online knew better... then came EverQuest and "they" all followed suit after. kinda sucks. in fact, ALL the Ultima games were open-world and NOT scaled. the way games should be. I blame EQ and ES:Oblivion for ruining gaming, in this respect. the irony is, they are two of the more loved games. my solution: no character levels, only skill levels and you find where/what you can handle. again, worked GREAT in Ultima Online.

it is great in Lord of The Rings Online and is very helpful for PUGs. however, any serious raiding or grouping and we use vent. im for it, but not at the sacrifice of other stuff.

i have a different bug, associated with Diplomacy. sometimes my companion comes back and rewards Dark Side points with an infinite decimal. sometimes it gives me a *very small* amount of LS points. right now, im at like ~8300.xxx on the DS and have about ~0.0008xxxx LS points. im afraid ill be screwed by a ten-thousandth of a point i should never have earned.

this. also, just because other games have set a bad president, doesnt make it right. and "throw away" accounts is a total BS reason... there are no free trials in this game yet. everyone has paid, at least, $60 to be here.

i should NOT have to give you my credit card when it clearly says i have 27 days left to play. you do not have my understanding.
