  1. I think that any new content, slightly more challenging, and dropping better looking gear would be a plus. Class storyline extensions and maybe some more filler content (minigames, world events) as well would never hurt. Also, they need to balance PVP. And launch the ranking system soon. Rocking battlemaster is not fun unless you go against other battlemasters.
  2. All the trooper companions are relatively young. Joran looks like he is in his mid to late thirties, same for Elara. M1-4X is a newly created Droid, so maybe five or six (LOL), and Tanno also looks in his thirties and Yuun is pretty old.
  3. I hate the Operative's ability to chain stun. It is really annoying to spend your cooldown to get out of one, then to only get stunned again just a couple of seconds later. Also, the TTK is way to low.
  4. I was looking through the class section of the HoloNet and watching the character progression videos, deciding on an alt class, and I realized that characters don't actually get that gear in the game, while progressing through those areas. My trooper didn't have the gear the character progression video showed on Ord Mantell, or Taris, or Belsavis. So, I guess my question is, where, if possible, can you find that gear? Because it looks really awesome and I'd like to get it.
  5. I did her... part of the R&R quest. She seems okay, but too awkward with Elara around... you know, since I married her. Sort of
  6. I'm definitely going to take a free transfer with my irl friend that plays with me, if the servers available for transferring to are good. Otherwise, I'd pay twenty to go to a better populated, more lively server. I like it when you go to the fleet and you see people everywhere, and notice that there are 150+ people online there, versus having 40-60. It's really pathetic being on a standard-low population server. BW should roll out character transfers ASAP.
  7. Trooper story is not boring at all. I absolutely loved it. Although to tell you the truth, IMO, the Imperial Agent storyline is the best. Who doesn't want to be a Secret Police officer that can illicit fear just by saying :" I'm from Imperial Intelligence." In the empire, when you hear that phrase spoken to you, you know you're life is about to get really, really hard. And short.
  8. Nope, this game is just like all MMO's in their earliest stages. A lot of growing pains, but it'll live and I'm having fun anyways.
  9. The server I play on, Master Gnost-Dural, is a a Standard population server during prime time, and a little before and after, and light population during the rest of the day. The normal number of people on the Republic Fleet at prime time, is around 30-50 and between 20-30 during not prime time. I think the one big mistake that BW made was launching with too many servers, and too many different types of servers. They should launch with only enough servers to hold the pre-orders and then estimate low on the number of extra servers for people who buy later. Then, if the demand exceeds the supply, open up more servers and authorize free transfers. Seeing as that is all in the past though, at least we can all agree that introducing paid server transfers would alleviate the situation a bit.
  10. What I MEANT was that when I flirted with a female character, Aric would respond negatively.
  11. Lol, I remember how Aric Jorgan would react negatively everytime my Vanguard would choose the flirt option. I have yet to play a female character though. For some reason, I'm just one of those guys who feel weird playing a character of the opposite sex. But if they really don't have any flirt options, BW should add some more.
  12. BW is a great game production corporation. They made several blockbusters. The main one is Mass Effect. And in Mass Effect you get to make several decisions, including whether to recruit some people. Sometimes the recruitment is hidden. For example, Legion. You could give him to Cerberus or re-activate him. Therefore, you probably just lost a companion.
  13. To serve the Republic, no matter the cost, no matter what sick, disgusting, dark-side actions my character has to make, he will serve the rightful government. ^ That is the "public" image he portrays to his superiors. His true internal motivations are revenge on Tavus' betrayal and the defection of his SpecForce Team, Havoc Squad. Personal gain are placed after serving the republic, but he won't say no to some well paying side jobs. Also, he is a bit of a zealot, so he kills all traitors, all potential traitors, and lies, cheats, steals, and takes advantage of all who oppose the Republic. AKA 100% Tier 5, 0 LS points, Dark-Sided Trooper XD
  14. It was definitely sudden. They should have either kept it for longer, or done as OP suggested. Add some sort of Containment Captain NPC on Carrick Station and Vaikan Spacedock which will take the DNA samples and sell you event gear/pets/crystals, etc. "for your hard work - ahem, standing on Carrick Station waiting for infection". And he should be there for at least another week. I also hope they do it again sometime next year though. And make it a different more populated planet... like Alderaan. OOOOHHHHHHHHH.
  15. I know what you mean. I remember while leveling up my trooper, Aric Jorgan would just walk around with his auto cannon unsheathed. And we would walk into the Senate Tower. I would have my rifle sheathed, but no, my companion thinks someone in the friggin' SENATE TOWER in the UPPER CITY OF THE CAPITOL OF THE REPUBLIC is going to ambush us. And don't get me started on Tanno...
