story driven is fine.
All of the class quests and planet quests are great.
They already have non-story quests (the ones you turn into a terminal with no cinematic). EVERY non class/planet quest could have been that way and it wouldn't have changed the story focus one bit.
It seems to me (and many others) they did cutscenes simply to have cutscenes. Most don't have any effect on the story and are not needed. Spend some of that development time and $ on making a better game.
