  1. Adding my report here- edited to add that I'm a subscriber, in case that matters My grade 11 crew skills missions have gone missing, grade 11 is no longer available in the drop down menu. In addition, the two of my three crew skills, Bioanalysis and Diplomacy, are listed at 600/600 when they should be 700/700. Only my Biochem is still listed as 700/700. When I first click the Bio and Diplo buttons, exactly two grade 11 missions will come up, but listed as either grade 1 or grade 10 on the drop down menu. Also, some of the grade 11 Diplomacy missions show the dark side symbol when completing, even though I am locked in as light side. After reading some other reports, I tried going to the trainer so see if the option to buy was available but it is not there for me.
  2. I don't hate Koth, and he doesn't hate me
  3. My favorite moment was when a couple of sith came to meditate beside me in the palace
  4. Oh, I hadn't thought of other problems. Maybe I'll just play a low level character for now
  5. Yes! Ignoring it and hitting play worked, thank you guys for sharing
  6. I enjoyed it. I liked having an old "friend" come back, and I really liked that my ending was different than the majority, at least according to the swearing that was going on in chat - lol! But I'm hoping that more of the original spouses show up soon, because it's getting harder and harder to believe that the particular character I'm taking through the story wouldn't be moving heaven and earth to find his wife.
  7. This is close to what finally worked for me after I tried everything else. I just didn't attempt to log in at all UNTIL the error message popped up, then logged in, then let it sit for a couple minutes and it finally started patching.
  8. Yes! I would love to be able to choose which mounts are included. I have quite a few that I don't actually want to use, but were "consumed" just because they were free or using up inventory space or I thought I liked them (haha) or whatever. I also agree with the rocket boost thing.
  9. I wish my husband would play more! He doesn't really like this kind of game, so while he has played a bit for me, it will never be a regular thing for him. However, my sister is a subscriber and we play together regularly (although I also play a lot by myself, altaholic, haha) , and have since beta. We always pick a different class so we can see twice the story. She can't get her husband to play either. Our mom played for a bit, and she sort of liked it, but went back to WoW pretty quickly. Our kids aren't old enough yet, but I'm sure that would be fun for us, if the game is still around.
  10. Let me check 94608 Guess it took me a while! And edit two to check date 03.03.09
  11. I just acquired a couple of items that seem steam-punk-ish This, from the Cutter series of mounts: http://tor-fashion.com/skybreeze-cutter/ And this armor set, mostly because of the eye patch: http://tor-fashion.com/outlander-observer/
  12. This is still happening. No codex entry when completing the mission.
  13. I use MSI Afterburner, which has options to change the format and quality, which key you want to bind it to, and where you want to save it to. And does video capture, which I don't use often. It also has overclocking video card stuff that I don't really understand or even use... But the parts I use work well for me and I'm very happy with it. It's worth a try anyway since it is free.
  14. It seems you have to actually stand in the droid's blue shield now - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=859213 I found this after encountering this problem myself, and it worked for me
  15. Well, darn? Flashpoints during leveling have always been my favorite thing to do in game, but tactical flashpoints have always been my least favorite. Go with the flow, I guess. *shrug* Tactical Red Reaper? - ick
  16. I'm going to have to come watch the fun one of these Thursdays I try to be nice, and most of all patient, in general. I answer "newbie" questions in general chat whenever I can. I'm patient and polite when someone is learning their role, makes mistakes, doesn't understand need/greed, or wants to see the cut scenes during a flashpoint or heroic. I'm never the one you see spamming "SPACEBAR!" into the chat, haha. Basically, I just want everyone to have a good time, and remember that we all needed to learn this stuff ourselves once.
  17. I love this thread. I pretend to be a male player IRL when I play on my male characters - It's just easier to not correct people all the time anymore. My Revan was a woman, and my Exile was a man - And they still are. Designing outfits to match my character's personality is my favorite mini-game. I keep romancing Darmas Pollaran. I always save Captain Orzik. If he gets killed, I have to re-run Black Talon until he is spared. I love group content, play flashpoints and heroics constantly, but I have social anxiety and can't keep myself in a guild so I miss out on operations. This is also why I can't play a tank, as I don't want to be the "leader." I hate the female trooper romance because all I can think is "cat breath." I get really attached to my character names, and dread server merges. I think the whole "love/passion = dark side" thing is ridiculous. I never tell on the Tython lovers, but I always take their crystal. I take every flirt option that comes my way. It's almost like I auto-click without even thinking about it. I don't usually like the skimpy outfits, but my Jedi spent the entirety of Tatooine in the metal bikini, just for the hell of it. I've actually grown to like it when I get a flashpoint/heroic group that has a "bad" player. I like the challenge. Especially when I'm healing. Aaaaaand I need more character slots.
  18. I started the beta in June of that year, won an invite for a friend while testing (she is still playing too!), CE pre-order, and Canderous Ordo was my server before the merges. Now I have characters on a few servers. Need more slots, haha. Still love the game, can't help it.
  19. This question is harder than I thought... I guess I must be most fond of Alderaan (both) and Empire Tatooine. Good stories and nice to look at, and I never feel like I've been there too long or itching to leave. I also feel this way about all of the starter planets, but it would probably be different if they were any longer. Nar Shaddaa, however, I am only happy when I'm leaving it. I have no idea why, but the stories and atmosphere there just do not hold my interest. I believe I only did the bonus series once. All of the rest have good and bad points, and it just depends on how I am feeling or what faction/class I am playing.
  20. I want to say a lot of them did (I've played all classes), but the one that comes to mind immediately is Darmas Pollaran. Especially since I played a female smuggler who side-romanced him.
