The corelia drop was boned. I am going to say in advance, I am actually having trouble remembering, so don't smack me down if I get the wrong bosses... But I got mine from SOA and the belsavis world boss. (I think - it was quite awhile ago) It was actually a group activity for us. We would get 8 people or so, do the whole run, and have a good stack of crystals when we were done. Mining the other crystals was no more irritating than other resource gathering, it was just limited to one planet.

Holy hell. That's what I get for being all pissy and posting when I can't login. I went and looked at my schematics, and lo and behold... I was wrong, The Magenta are in fact called Vehemance, but I do, in fact craft non cartel Hawkeyes. /Sorry

Oh I see ... sorry for last post. I understand now. I am all for variety, the thing is, the magenta crystal is irrelevant now. The difficulty / specialness is taken away now, as well as the usefulness. There are quite a few pink combo sabers that look better. There must be 6 or 7 that are very close to magenta. Rather than have it crafted by anyone who spends 230 hours farming corellia, just remove it completely, not make everyone be the same, but to distinguish the people from the beginning time who had the fun and figured out the puzzles. A conversation piece in your stronghold, a title people can ask about. No one is going notice your pink crystal is a slightly different shade and ask about it..

I don't think you understand my viewpoint.... I was crafting Magenta long before most of those colors. Some of the black-whatevers were available from events, but not directly. You could not get a red crystal republic side. Magenta was LONG before purple.... your memory is slipping The first purple was in ops gear. You had to win the right piece, then an extra one to pull the purple crystal. And it was bound. Your communism comment.. baffles me. Completely. You should re read my posts, you seem to have gotten a 180 impression.

Because it is irrelevant now, Has been for some time. I bet most of people who play now, weren't playing then. We were all spying on each other, following people around, exploring for clues, It was crazy fun. It wasn't needed to progress anywhere. It was the only way to get a crystal that wasn't one of 3 or 4 colors. I haven't crafted one in years, however I didn't care that it didn't matter anymore. But now, if it can still be crafted, it will be from random drop junk, and the only difficulty will be in getting the schematic, which is just run of the mill kill x billion mobs. Id rather they took the whole thing away and gave us a decoration and a title.

LOTS! The champion you have to fight was always a group effort. There were 2 of us in our group that had schematics, we would group up and get as many shock frozen water as we could. I was excited about level sync, as it would actually be a challenge again. The CM market killed crystals anyway, so meh for doing it, but I liked having the stuff and having a few pink crystals around. Whatever, I let it go after a bout of initial disappointment. Games change, usually to cater to the twitter generation. I sometimes forget that to play AAA titles now a days requires a lowering of attention span. I am over it

Seconded. That was the most fun I had at launch was figuring out how to make the pink crystal. I have a stock of the Adegan crystals, I am going to be pissed when they turn into <random ********mat43837662>

Those all sound great. Colors, styles, Ergonomic awesomeness WOW so flashy!! I fell for it. I could not move cursor UP. Flashy style got round filed. Money!=Quality. I have spent over 200 bucks on a peripheral, It just has to WORK.

I think the "4 years" is key to your experience. Like a previous poster said, it seems the quality of Razor mice has declined the last 2 or 3 years.

I will try to be non-biased. I tried a Razor Naga - What a piece of crap. When it works, it works awesome, however, probably 8-12 times an hour, it would just stop responding on one of its axis. It either would not go up / down, or left right. I had to pick it up off the surface, wait 4-8 seconds, put it down, and give it small movements for another 4-8 seconds, then it would work. I never did get to the bottom of the issue. I even went and bought Razor "special surface" mouse pad - no change, but its a great mouse pad, and I still use it. I am currently using a Logitech G602 and love it. Two issues with it: 1 - the wheel does not have left and right clicks. I really like pushing the mouse wheel side to side for the under 30% attacks and the 4 second interrupt. 2 - Once in a while, my camera will freak out and point straight the sky. Some people have told me this is an issue with Logitech mice in general, but I have not got to the bottom of it yet. Edit: Side note, I use the Razor Black Widow Ultimate Keyboard, it is fantastic!

I don't need a one-click to do something I have always been able to do. I really don't think (nor personally hope for) that sort of functionality would be put in game. It would take away a huge time/credit/cartel coin sink. I really enjoy suiting my characters up - it gets me making up all sorts of crazy stories that make my wife laugh when I explain why my juggernaut is running around in his. jammies and taking a taxi everywhere.

Because like it or not, this is a trinity game. Tank Heal Dps Vanguard is a Tank Or Dps Commando is a Healer or Dps SWTOR already, by default, gives us more options than other games. I was a druid in wow because I loved utility classes. I liked being able to tank, dps or heal. Unfortunately, to keep the game balanced, I was never as good as a class that was native to any of those roles. In SWTOR, There is no full hybrid class, WE ARE ALL HYBRIDS. The caveat - we have to pick 2 of the 3;Tank/Dps, Heal/Dps, Or Dps/Dps! This is a BASIC GAME BALANCING mechanic. It will not change. I feel bad some people are confused because the character select screen does not Say "Vangaurd, Sentinel, Shadow, etc" But that does not change the basic mechanics, sorry.
