The points mentioned in patch notes didnt happen , it appears everything that was broke ...Still is broke. example: That daily mission to fix the last log , still not there ... plus just look at the posts of other about the other fine fixes, you guys really need to do some QA here.

Actually BW actively monitors all social media outlets for the game - There are special search engines supplied by google and others that can crawl web sites and perform a keyword search which will help BW monitor and track any discussion about their game. Even the devs stated that they are continuously monitoring all discussion and gaming sites that reference this game, I didnt forget your fact on drama - I just didnt elaborate on it

Have you ever done forecasting or market analysis? these are discussions that are held I'm sure in meetings for BW -- How old are you ? Have you ever been part of a project or software deployment? is so you would consider these things... NEXT...

Many players posts are often posted in anger or disappointment and what not .. here is some thing to consider. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How BW will evaluate your concerns in these forums.. BW gathers metrics and data on many things e.g. How many new free accounts were opened? How many free accounts are closed? Last active date for account activity ( free, subscriber, etc.. ) How many sub accounts are inactive? How many Sub accounts are active ? --- these accounts are the gravy - the ones that pay the bills --- How many subscriber accounts are unsubscribed in the last week , month , 3 months ...etc. How do we attract new sub accounts ? --- Potential gravy------ How do we get previous subs back ? These are the types of metrics and more Im sure that are pondered in a meeting. Forum users account for 0.2 % out of the subscribers. Most players couldn't be bothered to spend their time in these discussion forums. So when BW makes a change or acts on a game mechanic- its not your opinion ( in these forums ) but a huge amount of back end data that gets analyzed then a decision is made there - they also have a software that monitors each servers chat logs and they do a keyword search of these logs that can help formulate these metrics. So when you are voicing a complaint or a "beef" here in these forums - bear in mind your voice is as loud as a pin drop at a NASCAR race. Ok for those with Impulsive disorders -- Flame Away --

Eric is the face of BW in these forums, he is the Forum GM and the main POC. Therefore people mad at BW will invoke his name and he in turn will convey the info in a meeting of his peers and management - from which they will discuss the on goings of the game. It is in this meeting where Eric will convey people's opinions and what not in the forums ( thats only 0.2% of paid subs) of gamer's on the servers feelings. This would be different if ALL players voiced their issues on these Forum , but sadly just a very small percent are being vocal in this medium. Free players and non subs - unfortunately- your voice does not bring home the Bacon...

Well, I agree the people in the game can be explicitly rude and quite offensive, my remedy is to turn of chat totally and only keep system notification and whispers on . That way I dont get a squirrel on my screen when they are talking some random thought or you watch as they tear a person down. Even guilds are quite a playground that includes the drunks , the bullies and the perverts all with access to a Team speak to voice their vulgar incantations of themselves and extend their digital persona's. its sad , and a pity..

Well lets see, your one of "Those" players .. an elitist or a ops infant that screams and shouts when he doesn't get his way ... Not all players enjoy your company and prefer to entertain themselves playing the game in story and solo mode as to not be ridiculed and insulted by children like you.. The Nerf rings of bad change to a game we enjoy... memoirs of SWG comes to mind - remember Smedly .. remember what he did and you will know why a small nerf to a gaming mechanic can ruin the whole game and yes even take away your precious OP.. So I would defiantly pay attention to Sub Paying players with a gripe... one day it may be you gripping . There are many game-styles of play , Balance and fun should stay paramount.
