  1. Sums up my sub http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UsUNDhQhnQ
  2. The problem is that the customer has been conditioned to accept this. When I was playing MMO's 10 years ago they valued their subs, gave monthly cosmetic rewards, events w/e. Now ppl think your sub should pay for just basic game functions, nothing more. Which I really don't get why MMO's have went this direction (well I do they want more money). The player base just accepts it keeps paying them for things that a sub should get. The MMO community certainly has changed, Remember in SWG when the Devs would hang out and spawn AT-AT's or what ever in Theed on the weekends for fun, or if you had a suit Mando before the armor color kits you could write a ticket and a DEV would come and color it for you while you talked to them? Or the fact that almost everything in that game was player made. This is just one example but ppl felt connected to that community. For myself I miss games like that but like I said ppl just accept less for more $. They could have made the game more community based, they didn't and put a lot things that players could craft, fight bosses for the new items and actually play the game and give players reasons to leave the fleet instead of just pressing the market button and entering a credit card number. They keep saying "LOOK OVER THERE" we have an update around the corner, they have said this time and time again to help quell the backlash and it seems to work for em. There is no way that the money they are making even remotely reflects the quality of updates we get. Yup here sums up my sub http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UsUNDhQhnQ

And before some banthas backside comes in a says why don't you unsub....8 days left and not lookn back.
  5. The thing that bothers me the most about what's going on in game is not the latest 2.1 patch, quite honestly I like it minus the fact that subs do not get one free name change or customization. Subs only monthly reward is 500cc which really wont get ya much on the CM. But again this does not bother me. What does bother me is the fact that ppl who spend RL cash do get a major in game credit boost from selling the "desirable" items for in game cash. Subs who don't spend money in the CM cant craft anything, cant loot anything that sells for 2 mill plus (if so I am unaware of this item). You can say we pay a sub for basic game functionality but in all reality that should be a given in any game you pay a sub for. In my opinion the way the game has progressed the monthly stipend really is dwarfed and it value at the moment is not much. In the other MMO's I play they do have a market but the subs get a special item each month (purely cosmetic) as a thank you for subbing, in addition to enough market credit to buy one outfit a month if they so choose to, this game you have save for 3 months. Which is not really a thank you for your sub. It just bothers me that as a sub its not really feeling that we are appreciated as much as those who spend a lot in the CM albeit a lot of subs do. Which this has definitely caused the wallet warrior to have a distinct advantage credit wise again the rest who just play the game for what it is and don't waste RL cash on virtual items. I understand that the CM prolly saved this game from shutting down, which is great but they have a created a monster here and its def becoming a wallet warrior's game. Again yes they are cosmetic for the most part cept for crystals/ ship parts but I'd bet if BW looked at ppl's credit balance and compared that with the amount money they have spent in the CM they would see a huge difference in totals, in favor of the wallet warrior types. So I must ask why do you not condone credit farmers selling creds for money because the CM is doing the same thing. Hoping 2.2 brings something in game to play not to just buy for RL money.(Howa bout a new WZ for starters)
  6. 41 endurance crystal at lvl 10 is a pretty big advantage, just a shame Subs cant customize their chars for in game creds (not a deal breaker for me) Whats looking really bad is the rate at which cartel market gets updated, I know they are 2 different teams but maybe they should switch teams for a while and they can pump out the content faster....
  7. Somebody also posted about ESO , that game will bomb the combat is based on right and left click....but for those who like that kinda thing see you all later, you can go complain in those forums.
  8. I'll be glad when all the epeen warriors and are gone.
  9. I find a lot of OW pvp maybe if you leave the fleet once in awhile after you hit 55 you might find other activities.
  10. From my understanding atm is that in a WZ Conq wpns are better because of bolster but in OW the PVE barrels are better because of the damage increase.
  11. I truly feel bad for you. This is a game which in the real world bears no sign of achievement. So keep thinking a video game made for teens is a show of sort of personal greatness while the real world passes you by. I can see you in 20 years..."Back in my day I was a rated WZ pro I had true skill and stood high above the regs" reply..."What's a WZ and what's a reg?". To the OP thanks for staying positive, and thanks for the vids always good to see what others are doing.
  12. I would be very happy if BW picked the Star Wars 1313 title and are finishing it. If you haven't seen this game http://www.lucasarts.com/games/1313/
  13. But you will criticize them on the forums? What's more productive? Is it that hard to offer advice?
  14. Well the times I have offered advice its usually the tank saying I know how to do this if you don't like it go sit inanother que. IMO most tanks have this weird sense of " I am the only person who matters here besides maybe the healer" so it goes both ways. And to op thanks for posting yet another thread that makes my latter statement even more true. I have 4 55's atm and I play all roles of the trinity. Not all players are so bold to come and post some sort of EPEEN post comparing a person mental state to the classes they play. Its a game get over it, don't like your group, you always have the option to leave.
  15. Philastra

    Another Hack?

if it was a sorc/sage they have an ability that looks like that. btw naming names is against tos.
  16. do you have the +10 to all stats on fleet?
  17. back when the game was announced a lot of ppl wanted this but more didn't. because they didn't like the idea of being hunted while questing, would hurt epeen to much I guess. miss swg had a suit of mando with saber resistance on it. but running to the DWB before speeders was a pain lol.
  18. You can't spec into that until your over half way through lvling. To the op Merc gets better the closer you get to 55 so stick with it. But the cast/channel times is this classes downfall for sure albeit better in 2.0 than it was, still not quite up to par with other rangedDPS due to this fact.
  19. chick's? like baby chickens ...I like chicken hmm I think he has told us much about himself:eek:
  20. I have only truly seen 4 ppl w/o a doubt doing it (speed and bandwidth hack) and I reported them, oddly enough they aren't around anymore now either they quit or action was taken again them. But that was a long time ago and haven't seen anything weird as of late. Most ppl claiming a hack do not understand the classes they fight against.
  21. Mine is the person who is to busy complaining about what everyone else is doing instead of making the objective, then coming on the forums and making a post about it.
  22. You rolled on a pvp server, when you did thats what you signed up for. Sounds like you need to reroll on a PVE server or wait for transfers. (you rolled on a pvp server and refuse to get pvp gear?)
  23. Thanks for the reply I was getting obsessed with them, LOL. Yeah they didn't update on the datacron codex either still say 67 so BW add this to the list
